चंडीगढ़ | [पंजाब बुलेटिन] | हरियाणा में बाहरवीं कक्षा में टॉप करने वाली गैंगरेप पीड़िता को अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए बीते 10 दिनों से धरने पर बैठने को मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है। सोमवार को पीड़िता की तबीयत बिगड़ गई। डॉक्टर की टीम धरना स्थल पर पहुंचकर उसका इलाज किया। अब तबीयत में सुधार है। पीड़िता का आरोप है कि उसे लगातार धमकियां मिल रही हैं। ऐसे में उसे अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए गन लाइसेंस दिया जाए।
पीड़िता का आरोप है कि मामला अदालत में होने के बावजूद उसे व उसके परिजनों को आरोपी पक्ष की ओर से धमकियां मिल रही हैं। उसने प्रशासन से गन लाइसेंस की मांग की थी। उसने सभी औपचारिकताओं को पूरा भी कर दिया था, लेकिन उसे लाइसेंस नहीं दिया गया है।
युवती का आरोप है कि वह लाइसेंस के लिए दफ्तर के लगातार चक्कर काट रही है। 15 अप्रैल को एक सप्ताह में लाइसेंस जारी करने का आश्वासन दिया गया था। मजबूरी में उसे जिला सचिवालय स्थित डीसी कार्यालय के समक्ष धरने पर बैठना पड़ा।
सितंबर 2018 में जिले के एक गांव की छात्रा के साथ गांव के ही 3 युवकों ने गैंगरेप किया था। प्रशासन की ओर से पीड़िता व उसके परिजनों को सुरक्षा भी उपलब्ध कराई गई थी। राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग की ओर से भी सरकार को उसे सुरक्षा देने के निर्देश जारी किए गए थे। 29 अक्टूबर 2021 को जिला अदालत ने 3 दोषियों को सजा सुनाई थी, जबकि 5 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया था।

The girl alleges that she is constantly making rounds of the office for the license. On April 15, the assurance was given to issue the license in a week. Under compulsion, he had to sit on a dharna in front of the DC office located at the District Secretariat.
In September 2018, a girl student of a village in the district was gang-raped by 3 youths of the same village. Security was also provided to the victim and her family members by the administration. On behalf of the National Commission for Women, instructions were also issued to the government to give her security. On 29 October 2021, the district court had sentenced 3 convicts, while 5 accused were acquitted.
