चंडीगढ़ | [पंजाब बुलेटिन] | पंजाब के मोहाली में पुलिस खुफिया विभाग के हेडक्वार्टर पर हमले का पहला सुराग एक पिज्जा डिलिवरी से मिला है। सोमवार को शाम करीब 7:45 बजे मुख्यालय की इमारत की तीसरी मंजिल पर हमला किया गया। यह हमला रॉकेट प्रोपेल्ड ग्रेनेड यानी आरपीजी से किया गया था। बिल्डिंग पर रॉकेटनुमा हथियार से हमले के कुछ मिनट पहले पिज्जा का यह ऑर्डर किया गया था। इसी क्लू से दो संदिग्धों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

ग्रेनेड के हमले से कुछ खिड़कियां टूट गईं और छत का एक हिस्सा ढह गया। इंडिया टुडे की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक इस हमले से कुछ देर पहले ही एक इंटेलिजेंस ऑफिसर बाहर अपनी पिज्जा डिलिवरी लेने के लिए गया था। गेट के बाहर कदम रखते ही ऑफिसर ने देखा कि ऑफिस के पास ही एक सफेद रंग की स्विफ्ट कार खड़ी है। हेडक्वार्टर के बाहर एक बड़ी कार पार्किंग भी है।

ऑफिसर जब अपना पिज्जा लेकर अंदर गया तो पता चला कि यहां आरपीजी से हमला हुआ है। वह भागकर बाहर आया लेकिन तब तक कार जा चुकी थी। उसे इन कार सवारों पर शक हुआ। सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगालने और लगभग 7 हजार मोबाइल फोन ट्रैश करने के बाद इंटेलिजेंस के सूत्रों का कहना है कि यह आरपीजी ड्रोन से गिराया गया होगा।

वहीं पंजाब पुलिस के दूसरे अधिकारी का कहना है कि खालिस्तानी आतंकवादी हरविंदर सिंह रिंदा इस हमले का जिम्मेदार हो सकता है। अधिकारी ने कहा कि पिछला रिकॉर्ड देखें तो जिस तरह से हमला किया गया है, हमले के पीछे रिंदा का हाथ होने से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता। उसने सीमा पर कई बार इस तरह हमला किया है और पुलिस पैटर्न को निकालने की कोशिश कर रही है।

इस हमले के बाद पंजाब पुलिस सतर्क हो गई है। मुख्यालय में भी अतिरिक्त सीसीटीवी कैमरे और चेकिंग पर जोर दिया जाएगा। वहीं अधिकारियों का कहना है कि रिंदा और भी पुलिसकर्मियों को टारगेट कर सकता है। ऐसे में सुरक्षा के लिए और ज्यादा उपकरणों की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि ड्रोन से किया जाने वाला हमला अब भी बड़ी चुनौती बना हुआ है।

हाल ही में इस तरह की तीन घटनाएं हुई हैं। पंजाब में वोटों की गिनती से एक दिन पहले 9 मार्च को रोपड़ में हमला किया गया था। यह हमला एक प पुलिस चौकी पर हुआ था हालांकि कोई हताहत नहीं हुआ था। इसी तरह नवंबर में पठानकोट में आर्मी छावनी के त्रिवेणी गेट पर हमला किया गया था।
