कोलकाता | [पश्चिम बंगाल बुलेटिन] | डॉक्यूमेंट्री फिल्म ‘काली’ के पोस्टर पर शुरू हुआ विवाद खत्म होने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। अब इस मुद्दे पर तृणमूल कांग्रेस की सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा ने प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए न सिर्फ पोस्ट का बचाव किया बल्कि अपना स्टैंड भी बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरे लिए काली एक मांस खाने वाली और शराब पीने वाली देवी के रूप में है। यह तब हुआ जब फिल्म के पोस्टर में देवी ‘काली’ को सिगरेट पीते हुए दिखाया गया है।
दरअसल, तृणमूल कांग्रेस की सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा ने इंडिया टुडे से बातचीत में कहा कि मेरे लिए काली का मतलब मांस प्रेमी और शराब स्वीकार करने वाली देवी है। लोगों की अलग अलग राय होती है, मुझे इसे लेकर कोई परेशानी नहीं है। हिंदू होते हुए भी मुझे मेरी काली को मेरे हिसाब से देखने की आजादी है और लोगों को भी होनी चाहिए। आपको अपने भगवान को अपने हिसाब से पूजने की आजादी होनी चाहिए।
मोइत्रा ने यह भी कहा कि अगर आप भूटान और सिक्किम जाएं तो वहां पूजा में भगवान को व्हिस्की चढ़ाई जाती है, लेकिन यही आप उत्तर प्रदेश में किसी को प्रसाद में दे दो तो उसकी भावना आहत हो सकती है। उन्होंने तारापीठ का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि आप अगर वहां जाएं तो काली के मंदिर के पास साधू आपको स्मोकिंग करते हुए मिलेंगे।
महुआ मोइत्रा की यह प्रतिक्रिया तब सामने आई है जब फिल्म ‘काली’ के एक पोस्टर में हिंदुओं की देवी मां काली को सिगरेट पीते हुए दिखाया गया है। इतना ही नहीं उनके एक हाथ में त्रिशूल तो दूसरे हाथ में एलजीबीटी समुदाय का सतरंगा झंडा दिखाया गया है। इन्हीं दो चीजों पर विवाद हो रहा है। सोशल मीडिया पर लोग इस फिल्म के फिल्ममेकर लीना मणिमेकलई पर भड़के हुए हैं। कई लोग लीना मणिमेकलई को अरेस्ट करने की मांग भी कर रहे हैं।
उधर अब दिल्ली पुलिस ने इस मामले में एक केस दायर किया है। दिल्ली पुलिस की तरफ से बताया गया है कि ‘काली’ फिल्म से संबंधित एक विवादास्पद पोस्टर के संबंध में केस दर्ज किया गया है। इस मामले में भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 153A और 295A के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया है।

People have different opinions, I don’t mind about it. Despite being a Hindu, I have the freedom to see my Kali according to me and so should the people. You should have the freedom to worship your God in your own way.
Moitra also said that if you go to Bhutan and Sikkim, whiskey is offered to God in worship there, but if you give the same to someone in Uttar Pradesh as a prasad, then his sentiments can be hurt. Referring to Tarapith, he said that if you go there, then you will find sages smoking near the temple of Kali.
Mahua Moitra’s reaction has come to the fore when a poster of the film ‘Kali’ depicts the Hindu goddess Maa Kali smoking a cigarette. Not only this, he has a trident in one hand and a colorful flag of the LGBT community in the other. There is a dispute over these two things. People on social media are furious over the film’s filmmaker Leena Manimekalai. Many people are also demanding the arrest of Leena Manimekalai.
On the other hand, now Delhi Police has filed a case in this matter. It has been told by the Delhi Police that a case has been registered in relation to a controversial poster related to the film ‘Kaali’. A case has been registered in this case under sections 153A and 295A of the Indian Penal Code.
