नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | उत्तरी भारत से लेकर दक्षिण तक में मौसम अपना कहर बरपा रहा है। मौसम विभाग ने अगले कुछ दिनों तक कई राज्यों में रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है। एनडीआरएफ टीमों को राहत बचाव कार्य के लिए लगाया गया है। राज्य सरकारें लोगों से सुरक्षित रहने की अपील कर रही हैं। महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, गुजरात, हिमाचल प्रदेश,असम, हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड के कई इलाकों में बारिश से लोगों का जीना बेहाल है।
मॉनसून की दस्तक के साथ ही इन राज्यों में जलजले की तस्वीरें सामने आ रही हैं। मौसम के कहर से कई लोगों की मौत की सूचना भी है।
महाराष्ट्र के बारिश का कहर
महाराष्ट्र में पिछले कुछ दिनों से बारिश तेज हो गई है। मुंबई, ठाणे, कोंकण और महाराष्ट्र के अन्य हिस्सों में बारिश हुई है। कोंकण और पश्चिमी महाराष्ट्र में नदियां उफान पर हैं। इस बीच, मौसम विभाग ने अगले चार से पांच दिनों तक राज्य में मूसलाधार से बहुत भारी बारिश की संभावना जताई है। फिलहाल मुंबई, ठाणे और उपनगरों में मूसलाधार बारिश हो रही है। राज्य में पिछले एक महीने में बारिश के चलते 65 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत की सूचना है।
पालघर में बाढ़ से दो लोग बहे
महाराष्ट्र के पालघर जिले में गुरुवार को भारी बारिश के बाद घर का एक हिस्सा गिरने से दो लोग बाढ़ के पानी में बह गए और एक व्यक्ति घायल हो गया। जिला प्रशासन के एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि भारी बारिश के कारण पालघर के विभिन्न तालुकों में कम से कम 32 घर आंशिक रूप से क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए।
कर्नाटक में जान-माल का नुकसान
कर्नाटक के तटीय क्षेत्रों और मलनाड क्षेत्र में भारी बारिश से सामान्य जनजीवन बाधित गया है। जिससे प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में जान-माल का नुकसान हो रहा है। बारिश के कारण नदियां उफान पर हैं, कृषि क्षेत्र और निचले इलाकों में पानी भर गया है, कोडागु और दक्षिण कन्नड़ जिलों के पहाड़ी इलाकों में भी भूस्खलन की सूचना मिली है। दक्षिण कन्नड़ के बंतवाल तालुक के पंजीकल्लु गांव में बुधवार को चार मजदूरों के कीचड़ में फंस जाने से तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई।
स्कूलों में छुट्टी
दक्षिण कन्नड़ और कोडागु जिलों में बारिश जारी रहने और मौसम विभाग ने और बारिश के पूर्वानुमान के बाद जिला प्रशासन ने वहां के स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में अवकाश घोषित कर दिया है।
असम में बाढ़ से बुरे हाल
असम के कई जिलों में सामान्य जनजीवन बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुआ है। बाढ और बारिश से लोग बेहाल हैं, पीएम मोदी ने लोगों को मदद का भरोसा दिलाया है। बुधवार को पीएम ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा और उनकी टीम बाढ़ प्रभावित लोगों के राहत और बचाव के लिए दिन-रात बहुत मेहनत कर रही है।
गुजरात में चार दिनों का रेड अलर्ट
दक्षिण गुजरात और सौराष्ट्र क्षेत्र के कुछ हिस्सों में गुरुवार को भारी बारिश हुई और अगले चार दिनों तक राज्य में और बारिश होने का अनुमान है। एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून अब पूरे राज्य में सक्रिय है क्योंकि कम दबाव और दक्षिण पाकिस्तान पर संबंधित चक्रवाती परिसंचरण के कारण यह पूरे राज्य में सक्रिय है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, अगले चार दिनों में राज्य के अधिकांश स्थानों पर हल्की से मध्यम बारिश और गरज के साथ छींटे पड़ने की संभावना है।
शिमला में लैंडस्लाइड
राजधानी शिमला में बीतें दिन हुई बारिश के बाद अब लैंडस्लाइड होने की घटनाएं शुरू हो गई है। बुधवार रात मशोबरा में लैंडस्लाइड हुआ है, जिससे 6 भवन खतरे की जद में आ गए हैं और करीब डेढ़ सौ लोग बेघर हो गए हैं। लैंडस्लाइड के चलते भवन गिरने की कगार पर पहुच गए हैं एक भवन की धरातल मंजिल का हिसा भी धंस गई है।
उत्तराकंड में 195 सड़कों पर यातायात ठप
उत्तराखंड में बारिश और भूस्खलन से 195 सड़कों पर यातायात ठप हो गया। चमोली जिले के नंदानगर (घाट) बाजार में भारी बारिश से मलबा घुस गया। मौसम विभाग ने अलग दो दिन के लिए बहुत भारी बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की हे। लोक निर्माण विभागाध्यक्ष अयाज अहमद ने बताया कि, गुरुवार को राज्य के कई हिस्सों में बारिश की वजह से 119 सड़कें बंद हैं। 62 सड़कों को देरशाम तक खोल दिया गया। अब राज्य में कुल 195 सड़कें बंद हैं। उधर, गोपेश्वर-चोपता-केदारनाथ हाईवे बंद हो जाने से केदारनाथ से गोपेश्वर आने वाले चारधाम यात्रियों को दिक्कत उठानी पड़ रही हैं।
दो दिन भारी बारिश की चेतावनी
मौसम विभाग ने शुक्रवार और शनिवार के लिए प्रदेश के अधिकांश जिलों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश का ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है। मौसम विभाग के इस दौरान संवेदनशील इलाकों में भूस्खलन, चट्टान गिरने के कारण सड़कें बंद होने और नदियों में पानी बढ़ने की संभावना जताई है। बारिश के ऑरेंज अलर्ट के मद्देनजर सम्बंधित जिला प्रशासन व आपदा राहत बचाव की टीमों को सतर्क रहने का भी सुझाव दिया गया है।

Rain havoc in Maharashtra
Rain has intensified in Maharashtra for the last few days. Mumbai, Thane, Konkan and other parts of Maharashtra have received rain. Rivers are in spate in Konkan and western Maharashtra. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted very heavy to very heavy rains in the state for the next four to five days. At present, torrential rains are lashing Mumbai, Thane and suburbs. More than 65 people have been reported dead in the state due to rain in the last one month.
Two people were washed away by the flood in Palghar
Two people were washed away in flood waters and one person was injured after a portion of a house collapsed following heavy rains in Maharashtra’s Palghar district on Thursday. At least 32 houses in different taluks of Palghar were partially damaged due to heavy rains, a district administration official said.
Loss of life and property in Karnataka
Normal life has been disrupted due to heavy rains in the coastal areas of Karnataka and Malnad region. Due to which there is loss of life and property in the affected areas. Rivers are in spate due to rain, agricultural areas and low-lying areas have been flooded, landslides have also been reported in hilly areas of Kodagu and Dakshina Kannada districts. Three people died on Wednesday after four laborers got trapped in the mud in Panjikallu village of Bantwal taluk of Dakshina Kannada.

Following continued rain in Dakshina Kannada and Kodagu districts and the Meteorological Department forecasting more rain, the district administration has declared a holiday for schools and colleges there.
Assam floods worse
Normal life has been badly affected in many districts of Assam. People are suffering due to flood and rain, PM Modi has assured help to the people. On Wednesday, the PM said that Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and his team are working hard day and night for the relief and rescue of the flood-affected people.
Four days red alert in Gujarat
Parts of South Gujarat and Saurashtra region received heavy rains on Thursday and more rains are expected in the state for the next four days. An official said that the Southwest Monsoon is now active over the entire state due to the low pressure and associated cyclonic circulation over South Pakistan. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and thundershower at most places of the state in the next four days.
Landslide in Shimla
After the rains in the capital Shimla, the incidents of landslides have started. A landslide occurred in Mashobra on Wednesday night, due to which 6 buildings have come under threat and about 150 people have been rendered homeless. Due to the landslide, the buildings have reached the verge of collapse, part of the ground floor of a building has also collapsed.
Traffic stalled on 195 roads in Uttarkand
Traffic came to a standstill on 195 roads in Uttarakhand due to rain and landslides. Debris entered the Nandanagar (Ghat) market in Chamoli district due to heavy rains. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of very heavy rain for two separate days. Public Works Department head Ayaz Ahmed said that on Thursday, 119 roads were closed due to rain in many parts of the state. 62 roads were opened till late evening. Now a total of 195 roads are closed in the state. On the other hand, due to the closure of the Gopeshwar-Chopta-Kedarnath highway, the Chardham pilgrims coming from Kedarnath to Gopeshwar are facing problems.
Heavy rain warning for two days
The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert of heavy to very heavy rain in most districts of the state for Friday and Saturday. During this period, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of landslides in sensitive areas, road closure due to rock fall and increase in water in rivers. In view of the orange alert of rain, the concerned district administration and disaster relief rescue teams have also been suggested to be alert.
