भोपाल | [मध्य प्रदेश बुलेटिन] | राज्य के खरगोन जिले के औद्योगिक क्षेत्र निमरानी में मॉब लिन्चिंग का सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है। बताया जा रहा है कि 4 दिन पूर्व एक फैक्ट्री के बाहर भीड़ ने दलित युवक को निर्वस्त्र कर पीटा। उसका अंडरवियर उतार कर देखा कि यह मुसलमान है या हिन्दू। जबकि उसने अपना नाम, पता और जाति भी उन लोगों को बता दिया था। घटना का वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद पुलिस अधिकारियों ने 4 आरोपियों के खिलाफ अपराध दर्ज किया गया है। इतना ही नहीं इस मामले में चौकी प्रभारी को भी देर से कार्रवाई करने पर सस्पेंड किया गया है और मामले में ST-SC एक्ट सहित IPC की अन्य धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया है।
जिले के निमरानी में ढोल बजाने का काम करने वाले एक दलित शख्स की लोगों ने बेरहमी से पिटाई की है। वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद पुलिस ने आदित्य की ओर से एफआईआर दर्ज कर लिंचिंग करने वाले आरोपियों के खिलाफ ST SC एक्ट सहित IPC की अन्य धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया है।
वायरल वीडियो के मुताबिक, दलित युवक को केवल इसलिए पीटा किया गया क्योंकि उसके चेहरे पर दाढ़ी थी। वीडियो में बार-बार उसका नाम पूछ कर उसे धर्म विशेष का होने की बात कहकर मारा जा रहा था। पीड़ित की मां ने भी आरोप लगाया कि उनके बेटे को जबरन एक धर्म विशेष का बताकर उसके कपड़े उतरवा कर देखा गया। जबकि पीड़ित ने अपना नाम और जाति उन्हें बता दी थी। पुलिस अब इस मामले की जाँच में जुट गई है।
इस वायरल वीडियो में भीड़ एक दाढ़ी वाले शख्स को लाठी-डंडों से मार रही है। वीडियो में साफ सुनाई दे रहा है कि मार खाने वाले शख्स से बार-बार उसका नाम पूछा जा रहा है। इतना ही नहीं उसे एक धर्म विशेष का होना बता कर मारा जा रहा है। हालांकि, मार खाने वाला शख्स अपना नाम बार-बार बता रहा है। साथ ही उसने अपनी धर्म और जाति के बारे में भी मारने वाले लोगों को बताया लेकिन उसके साथ भीड़ लिन्चिंग करती रही।

मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, 3 अगस्त 2022 की रात ढोल बजाने का काम करने वाले युवक की समुदाय विशेष का होने की आशंका में लोगों ने बेरहमी से पिटाई की। पीड़ित के भाई को जब वायरल वीडियो की जानकारी मिली तो उसने खरगोन के खलटाका पुलिस चौकी में इस मामले की रिपोर्ट दर्ज करना चाही लेकिन उसकी रिपोर्ट नहीं लिखी गई। जब मामला बढ़ने लगा तो खलटाका पुलिस चौकी पर बाद में एफआईआर लिखी गई।
पीड़ित के भाई ने पुलिस को दी अपनी तहरीर में लिखवाया कि दिनांक 03.08.22 को दिन के 11 बजे मुझे कालु केवट एवं बटी पचोले ने आकर बताया कि सोशल मीडिया पर तेरे भाई के साथ मारपीट का वीडियो चल रहा है। नर्मदा फूड प्रोसेसिंग कम्पनी निमरानी के कर्मचारी इस वीडियो में घूसे और डंडे तथा बेल्ट से उसे पीटते नजर आ रहे हैं।
मैने उनके नाम पते लोगों से ज्ञात किया तो रितेश शर्मा, रामनिवास चौधरी, बबलू दौडवे, चेतन पाटील व अन्य निवासी नर्मदा फुड प्रोसेसिंग कम्पनी के कर्मचारियों द्वारा मारपीट कर जान से मारने की धमकी देने की बात सामने आई एवं मेरे परिवार को भी कर्मचारीयों द्वारा जान से मारने की धमकी दी जा रही है कि तुमने यदि थाने में रिपोर्ट की तो जान से मार देंगे।

वहीं पीड़ित की माँ ने बताया कि मेरा बेटा ढोल बजाने का काम करता है। वह खलघाट ढोल बजने गया था। वहां से आते समय उसने घर आने के लिए शॉटकर्ट का रास्ता अपनाया। जब वह फैक्ट्री के पास से निकल रहा था तब वहां कोई विवाद हो रहा था। फैक्ट्री के पास ही उसे कुछ लोगों ने उसे देखा और उसकी और दौड़े क्योंकि उस समय उसने शराब भी पी हुई थी। भीड़ ने उसे पकड़ लिया। भीड़ ने उसके साथ मारपीट की और उसके कपडे निकाल दिए।
उसका अंडरवियर उतार कर देखा कि यह मुसलमान है या हिन्दू। जबकि उसने अपना नाम पता और जाति भी उन लोगों को बता दिया था। वो कह रहा था कि वो हिंदू है। उसके बाद भी उसे मारते रहे उसे गोली मरने की बात बोलते रहे। मां का आरोप है कि जहां मारपीट हो रही थी वहां पुलिस भी मौजूद थी लेकिन उसके बाद भी उन्होंने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की। भीड़, मेरे लड़के को पुलिस के सामने भी मरती रही।
चौकी प्रभारी केे खिलाफ जांच के आदेश
इधर खरगोन पुलिस अधीक्षक ने बताया कि एक दलित युवक के साथ मारपीट करने का मामला संज्ञान में आया है। उसके वीडियो भी वायरल हुए हैं। पीड़ित को तलाश कर उसके परिजनों की तरफ से वीडियो में जो लोग मारपीट करते हुए दिख रहे है उनके खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है। घटना संज्ञान में आने के बाद लापरवाही बरतने के मामले में चौकी प्रभारी के खिलाफ भी जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। इस मामले में एसडीओपी जाँच कर रहे हैं।
