रांची | [झारखंड बुलेटिन] | गांव से मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगों ने दलित समुदाय के लोगों से मारपीट करके भगा दिया है। सभी पिछले 4 दशक से गांव में रह रहे थे और फिलहाल जगंल में रहने को मजबूर हैं। पीड़ितों ने बताया था कि मुस्लिमों ने गांव में धावा बोला और उन्हें जबरदस्ती बाहर निकाल दिया। गाड़ियों में हमारा सामान लादा और जंगल में छोड़ दिया। इस मामले पर राज्यपाल रमेश बैस ने पलामू के उपायुक्त ए दोड्डे से दो दिन के अंदर विस्तृत रिपोर्ट देने को कहा था।

राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग की टीम ने झारखंड के पलामू के पांडु इलाके का दौरा किया। यहां कथित तौर पर मुस्लिम समुदाय द्वारा लगभग 50 दलित परिवारों को जबरन बाहर निकाल दिया गया था। इस मामले पर आयोग ने स्वत: संज्ञान लिया है। दौरे के बाद आयोग ने राज्य सरकार की ओर से असहयोग, पुलिस महानिदेशक और मुख्य सचिव के गैर-गंभीर रवैये की तरफ इशारा किया।

इससे पहले एसडीपीओ सुरजीत कुमार और सदर एसडीओ राजेश शाह सहित आला अधिकारियों ने पीड़ित परिवारों की शिकायत सुनी और दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया। राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष अरुण हलदर ने कहा, ‘हमने अपने दौरे के दौरान पाया कि प्रशासन समुदाय की सुरक्षा के प्रति गंभीर नहीं है। ऐसा लगता है कि प्रशासन स्तर पर कुछ सेटिंग है, क्योंकि इसके बिना ऐसी चीजें (परिवारों को बाहर करना) नहीं हो सकतीं।’

हलदर ने कहा कि उन्होंने मुख्य सचिव और डीजीपी को अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित होने के लिए पत्र लिखा था इसके बावजूद दोनों नहीं आए। उन्होंने कहा, ‘आयोग दिल्ली से आया था। हमने मुख्य सचिव और डीजीपी को अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित होने के लिए पत्र लिखा था। हमने उनसे कई बार संपर्क किया लेकिन वे नहीं आए। इससे पता चलता है कि वे आयोग को किस तरह ले रहे हैं।’ उपाध्यक्ष ने बताया कि आयोग ‘जल्द ही उन्हें औपचारिक नोटिस भेजेगा’ और मामले पर मुख्य सचिव और डीजीपी को तलब करेगा।

Earlier, top officials including SDPO Surjit Kumar and Sadar SDO Rajesh Shah heard the complaints of the victims’ families and assured action against the culprits. Arun Halder, Vice-Chairman, National Commission for Scheduled Castes, said, “During our visit we found that the administration is not serious about the safety of the community. There seems to be some setting at the administration level, because without it such things (exclusion of families) cannot happen.

 

Halder said that he had written to the Chief Secretary and the DGP to compulsorily be present, yet both did not come. He said, ‘The commission had come from Delhi.
