नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | NCRB- 2021:National Crime Records Bureau एनसीआरबी (राष्ट्रीय अपराध रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो) की ताजा रिपोर्ट में पुलिसवालों की हत्याओं को लेकर चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है। National Crime Records Bureau एनसीआरबी (राष्ट्रीय अपराध रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो) के वार्षिक ‘क्राइम इन इंडिया’ के मुताबिक, साल 2021 में वामपंथी उग्रवादियों ने आतंकवादियों की तुलना में दोगुने पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या की। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, left wing extremists एलडब्ल्यूई (वामपंथी चरमपंथियों) द्वारा हिंसा में मारे गए पुलिसकर्मियों की संख्या आतंकवादियों द्वारा मारे गए पुलिसकर्मियों की संख्या से दोगुनी थी।
18 पुलिसकर्मियों की कर दी हत्या
एनसीआरबी की रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि साल 2021 में जहां 18 पुलिसकर्मियों को आतंकवादियों या चरमपंथियों द्वारा मार दिया गया था। वहीं, वामपंथी उग्रवादियों ने 40 पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या इस साल कर दी थी। वहीं, इस साल में सीमा पर हुई गोलीबारी में एक, दंगाई भीड़ में एक और अपराधियों द्वारा 11 पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या कर दी गई थी। रिपोर्ट में यह भी बताया गया है कि सात पुलिसकर्मी दुर्घटनावश अपने ही हथियार से और 339 पुलिसकर्मी दुर्घटनाओं में मारे गए।
सबसे ज्यादा कांस्टेबल रैंक के पुलिसकर्मियों की हुई मौत
रिपोर्ट में यह भी बताया गया है कि ड्यूटी पर मारे गए कुल 427 पुलिसकर्मियों में से, सबसे अधिक पुलिसकर्मी कांस्टेबल रैंक के थे। इनकी संख्या 233 है। इसके बाद 88 हेड कांस्टेबल, 37 सहायक उप-निरीक्षक, 26 उप-निरीक्षक, चार निरीक्षक रैंक के पुलिसकर्मी और एक राजपत्रित अधिकारी और दो अन्य की मौत ड्यूटी के दौरान हुई। इसके अलावा साल 2021 में विभिन्न रैंकों में कुल 1632 पुलिस कर्मियों के घायल होने की सूचना है।
2021 में तमिलनाडु में सबसे ज्यादा पुलिसवालों की मौत
राष्ट्रीय अपराध रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो की हालिया रिपोर्ट से इस बात का भी पता चलता है कि 2021 में तमिलनाडु में सबसे ज्यादा पुलिसवालों की मौत हुई है। तमिलनाडु में अलग-अलग सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में 56 पुलिसकर्मियों की मौत हुई है। साथ ही दो पुलिसवालों को अपराधियों ने मार डाला था। पुलिसवालों की मौत के मामले में दूसरे नंबर पर छत्तीसगढ़ का नाम आता है। यहां वामपंथी उग्रवाद में 40 और सड़क हादसों में सात पुलिसकर्मियों की मौत हुई। इसके अलावा बिहार में सड़क हादसों में 38 पुलिसकर्मियों की मौत हो गई। यहां दंगाइयों ने एक पुलिसकर्मी को मार डाला।
वहीं, बात अगर केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की करें तो 2021 में ऐसे प्रदेशों में जम्मू-कश्मीर टॉप पर रहा। यहां आतंकवादियों ने 18 पुलिसकर्मियों को मार डाला। इसके बाद दिल्ली में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में दो पुलिसवालों की मौत हो गई।
ओडिशा में सबसे ज्यादा पुलिसवाले घायल हुए
एनसीआरबी ने अपनी ताजा रिपोर्ट में बताया है कि 2021 में अपराधियों को पकड़ने के लिए ऑपरेशन के दौरान ओडिशा में सबसे अधिक पुलिसकर्मी घायल हुए। यहां इस तरह के अभियानों में कुल 188 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हुए, इनमें से 176 पुलिसवाले अपराधियों द्वारा और 12 दंगाइयों द्वारा घायल हुए थे। केरल में कुल 159 पुलिसकर्मियों को चोटें आईं, जिनमें 90 अपराधियों द्वारा, 68 दंगाइयों द्वारा और एक पुलिसवाला सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल हुआ। इसी तरह, तमिलनाडु में कुल 133 पुलिसकर्मी साल 2021 में घायल हुए। इनमें 96 पुलिसवाले दुर्घटनाओं में, तीन दुर्घटनावश खुद के हथियार से और 30 को अपराधियों ने घायल कर दिया।
वहीं, केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में 2021 में दिल्ली में सबसे अधिक पुलिस कर्मी घायल हुए। यहां दंगों में 156, अपराधियों द्वारा 22 और दुर्घटनाओं में 17 पुलिसवाले घायल हुए।

Most policemen injured in Odisha
The NCRB in its latest report has said that Odisha has the highest number of policemen injured during the operation to nab the criminals in 2021.
