हैदराबाद | [तेलंगाना ] | पैगंबर मोहम्मद कर घिरे भाजपा विधायक टी. राजा सिंह का कहना है कि वह धर्म के लिए लड़ रहे हैं और मरने के लिए भी तैयार हैं। पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए जाने पर भाजपा विधायक राजा सिंह ने कहा कि ‘उन्होंने यूट्यूब से मेरी वीडियो हटा दी। जब मैं रिहा हो जाऊंगा तो निश्चित तौर पर वीडियो का दूसरा हिस्सा अपलोड करूंगा।’
राजा सिंह ने कहा, ‘शिकायतें क्यों दर्ज की गईं? हमारे राम, राम नहीं हैं? हमारी सीता, सीता नहीं है? मैंने डीजीपी से हाथ जोड़कर अनुरोध किया था कि वह राम और सीता के खिलाफ अभद्र भाषा में कॉमेडी करने वाले शख्स (मुनव्वर फारुकी) को कार्यक्रम की अनुमति न दें।’
दरअसल मुनव्वर फारूकी का 20 अगस्त को हैदराबाद में एक कार्यक्रम हुआ था, जिसका भाजपा विधायक टी. राजा सिंह ने विरोध किया था। इसके चलते उन्हें हिरासत में भी लिया गया था। उनके विरोध के बाद भी कार्यक्रम हुआ था और उसके जवाब में ही वह एक वीडियो में बोल रहे थे।
हजारों मुसलमानों की भीड़ ने थानों को घेरकर किया प्रदर्शन
इसी दौरान भाजपा विधायक राजा सिंह ने पैगंबर मोहम्मद पर टिप्पणी कर दी, जिसे लेकर बवाल मचा हुआ है। सोमवार रात को ही दबीरपुर समेत हैदराबाद के कई थानों का घेराव कर हजारों मुसलमानों ने विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। इसके बाद पुलिस ने राजा सिंह के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया और उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
पुलिस ने बताया कि सिंह के खिलाफ कई पुलिस थानों में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई है। दबीरपुर पुलिस थाने के निरीक्षक जी कोटेश्वर राव ने बताया कि उन्हें भाजपा विधायक के खिलाफ एक शिकायत मिली है, जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया है कि भाजपा विधायक ने मुस्लिम धर्म के खिलाफ अपमानजनक टिप्पणियां की हैं।
विधायक बोले- लौटकर रिलीज करूंगा वीडियो का दूसरा हिस्सा
भाजपा विधायक राजा सिंह के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता (आईपीसी) की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत धर्म के आधार पर विभिन्न समूहों में शत्रुता को बढ़ावा देने, जानबूझकर और दुर्भावनापूर्ण कृत्य करने, धर्म व धार्मिक मान्यताओं का अपमान करके किसी भी वर्ग की धार्मिक भावनाओं को आहत करने की मंशा तथा आपराधिक धमकी के आरोप में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।
गोशामहल से भाजपा विधायक राजा सिंह ने गिरफ्तारी के दौरान पत्रकारों से कहा कि उन्होंने जिस सोशल मीडिया साइट पर अपना वीडियो साझा किया था, उसने उसे हटा दिया है और वह रिहा होने के बाद इस वीडियो क्लिप का ‘दूसरा हिस्सा’ अपलोड करेंगे।

Raja Singh said, ‘Why were the complaints registered? Our Ram is not Ram? Our Sita is not Sita? I had requested the DGP with folded hands that he should not allow the man (Munawwar Farooqui) who has done comedy in hate speech against Ram and Sita.
In fact, Munawwar Farooqui had a program in Hyderabad on August 20, which was opposed by BJP MLA T. Raja Singh. Due to this he was also taken into custody. The program took place even after his protest and in response to that he was speaking in a video.
Thousands of Muslim mobs surrounded the police stations and demonstrated
Meanwhile, BJP MLA Raja Singh made a comment on Prophet Mohammad, which has created a ruckus. Thousands of Muslims protested on Monday night itself by gheraoing many police stations of Hyderabad including Dabirpur. After this the police registered a case against Raja Singh and arrested him.
Police said complaints have been lodged against Singh in several police stations. Dabirpur Police Station Inspector G Koteswara Rao said that he has received a complaint against the BJP MLA alleging that the BJP MLA has made derogatory remarks against the Muslim religion.
MLA said – I will return and release the second part of the video
BJP MLA Raja Singh has been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, doing intentional and malicious acts, insulting religion and religious beliefs and hurting religious sentiments of any class. An FIR has been registered on charges of intent to commit and criminal intimidation.
BJP MLA from Goshamahal Raja Singh told reporters during his arrest that the social media site on which he had shared his video had removed it and that he would upload the “second part” of the video clip once he is released.
