नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में आज बिहार में बंद बुलाया गया है। राज्य के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री लालू प्रसाद यादव की पार्टी आरजेडी की ओर से इस बंद का आह्वान किया गया है। इस बंद का मुकेश सहनी की पार्टी वीआईपी और जीतनराम मांझी के दल ‘हम’ ने भी समर्थन प्रदान किया है। इस बीच ऐहतियात के तौर पर बिहार के अधिकांश जिलों में मोबाइल इंटरनेट को ही बंद कर दिया गया है ताकि अफवाहों को रोका जा सके। बता दें कि मोदी सरकार के अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध का आज लगातार चौथा दिन है और लगातार उत्तर प्रदेश, झारखंड, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान और हरियाणा समेत देश के कई राज्यों में भारी विरोध जारी है।
वहीं हरियाणा में किसान आंदोलन जैसा नजारा देखने को मिल रहा है। किसान नेताओं का कहना है कि सेना में आखिर किसानों के बच्चे ही जाते हैं। ऐसे में वे अपने बच्चों के लिए लड़ेंगे और आंदोलन करेंगे। कांग्रेस, आम आदमी पार्टी, जीतनराम मांझी की हम, आरजेडी व अन्य राजनीतिक पार्टियां आग्निपथ के विरोध में आंदोलन को दे रहीं समर्थन। इस मामले में देश की सबसे चर्चित पंचायत खाप पंचायत ने भी युवाओं को खुला समर्थन देने का ऐलान किया है।

यूपी के जौनपुर में रोडवेज बस को फूंका
जौनपुर के सिकरारा थाना क्षेत्र स्थित बर्गर पुल व लाला बाजार के बीच सैकड़ों की संख्या में युवक सड़क पर उतरे। अग्निपथ को लेकर उनका विरोध प्रदर्शन जारी है। एक रोडवेज बस को फूंक दिया। दो रोडवेज बसों में पथराव कर तोड़फोड़ किया। मछली शहर व सिकरारा पुलिस के ऊपर पथराव किया। जिसमें 2 सिपाही जख्मी हो गए। पुलिस के वाहन को भी युवाओं ने क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया।
बिहार बंद को लेकर रेलवे ने रद्द की 315 ट्रेनें
ट्रेनों में आगजनी और रेल परिसरों में शुक्रवार को हुए उपद्रव को देखते हुए रेलवे ने 18 जून को कुल 315 ट्रेनों को रद्द कर दिया है। ये ट्रेनें पूर्व मध्य रेलवे के अलग अलग स्टेशनों से खुलती हैं, गुजरती हैं या फिर इनका समापन बिहार के स्टेशनों पर होता है। दिल्ली, मुंबई, बंगलुरू, कोलकाता जाने वाले हजारों यात्री पटना में फंसे हैं। ट्रेनों के रद्द होने से ज़रूरी यात्रा करने वाले लोगों को काफी समस्या आ रही है।
कांग्रेस का जंतर-मंतर पर सत्याग्रह कल
कांग्रेस ने सेना भर्ती की नई स्कीम अग्निपथ का विरोध करने का ऐलान किया है। पार्टी के सभी सांसद, कार्य समिति के सदस्य और अन्य पदाधिकारी रविवार को जंतर-मंतर पहुंचकर सत्याग्रह करेंगे। बता दें कि आम आदमी पार्टी ने भी सोमवार को जंतर-मंतर पर प्रदर्शन करने का ऐलान किया है।
अलीगढ़ में पूछताछ के लिए 30 हिरासत में
अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में अलीगढ़ में शुक्रवार को हिंसक आंदोलन हुआ था। इस दौरान उपद्रवियों की भीड़ ने टप्पल थाना क्षेत्र में स्थित जट्टारी चौकी में आग लगा दी थी। इसके अलावा बड़े पैमाने पर वाहनों में तोड़फोड़ की गई थी और पत्थर भी फेंके गए थे। अब ऐसे उपद्रवियों की अलीगढ़ पुलिस ने तस्वीरें जारी की हैं। यही नहीं शुक्रवार की रात को ही पुलिस ने तीस लोगों को हिरासत में लिया था और उनसे पूछताछ की जा रही है।
बिहार के 15 जिलों में इंटरनेट पर 2 दिन की रोक
बिहार के 15 जिलों में 2 दिनों के लिए मोबाइल इंटरनेट बंद कर दिया गया है। बिहार बंद के दौरान किसी तरह की अफवाह को रोकने के लिए सरकार ने यह फैसला लिया है।
बिहार बंद में ट्रक और बस में लगाई आग
अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में लगातार चौथे दिन आज आंदोलन हो रहा है। इस बीच बिहार में बुलाया गया बंद भी हिंसक साबित हुआ है। जहानाबाद में बिहार बंद के दौरान टेहटा ओपी के बाहर सड़क पर खड़ी पुलिस द्वारा जब्त ट्रक और बस में उपद्रवियों ने लगाई आग। स्टेशन के पास भी किया हंगामा। डीएम, एसपी घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे।
लखनऊ में बढ़ाई सुरक्षा, भारी पुलिस बल तैनात
अग्निपथ योजना के विरोध प्रदेश के कई शहरों में हो रहे विरोध प्रदर्शन को देखते हुये लखनऊ में अलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया है। पुलिस कमिश्नर डीके ठाकुर के आदेश शुक्रवार रात रेलवे, बस स्टेशन, हास्टल व स्टेडियम के पास पुलिस बल की चौकसी बढ़ा दी गई है। इसके साथ ही सभी थानेदारों को अलर्ट कर दिया गया है कि वे अपने क्षेत्र में सभी प्रमुख स्थानों पर पुलिस डयूटी लगा दें।
सेना में जाने की तैयारी कर रहे राकेश की पुलिस की गोली से मौत
सिकंदराबाद रेलवे स्टेशन पर पुलिस फायरिंग में मारे गए दामोदर राकेश के परिजनों ने कहा कि हमारा बेटा सेना में जाने का बहुत इच्छुक था। 18 साल के राकेश की पुलिस की गोली से मौत हो गई। दरअसल शुक्रवार को सिकंदराबाद रेलवे स्टेशन पर भीषण उपद्रव मचा था और उसे कंट्रोल करने के लिए फायरिंग करनी पड़ी थी। इस बीच तेलंगाना सरकार ने दामोदर राकेश के परिजनों को 25 लाख रुपये की सहायता राशि और किसी परिजन को नौकरी देने का ऐलान किया है।

यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे जाम करने वाले गिरफ्तार
केंद्र की अग्निपथ योजना के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन शुक्रवार को भी जारी रहा। यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे पर कई युवा उतरे और कुछ समय के लिए यातायात बाधित किया, जिसके बाद गौतम बौद्ध नगर पुलिस ने 225 प्रदर्शनकारियों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की और 15 को गिरफ्तार किया। केंद्रीय रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने 14 जून को अग्निपथ योजना शुरू की थी। योजना का अनावरण करते हुए, सरकार ने कहा था कि साढ़े 17 से 21 वर्ष की आयु के युवाओं को चार साल के कार्यकाल के लिए शामिल किया जाएगा, जबकि उनमें से 25 प्रतिशत को बाद में नियमित सेवा के लिए शामिल किया जाएगा। उन्हें ‘अग्निवीर’ कहा जाएगा।
आआ 20 जून को जंतर-मंतर पर करेगी प्रदर्शन
देश के कई राज्यों में मोदी सरकार की अग्निपथ योजना का विरोध हो रहा है। अब आम आदमी पार्टी ने भी प्रदर्शन का ऐलान किया है। दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि अग्निपथ योजना के खिलाफ राजधानी के जंतर मंतर पर 20 जून को संयुक्त आंदोलन किया जाएगा। उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा, ‘अग्निपथ योजना के विरोध में 20 जून को सुबह 11 बजे दिल्ली के जंतर मंतर पर संयुक्त आंदोलन किया जाएगा।’
कुछ लोग नहीं समझ रहे- केंद्रीय मंत्री
अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध को लेकर केंद्रीय मंत्री वी. मुरलीधरण का कहना है कि इसे सही मंशा से लाया गया था, लेकिन कुछ लोग समझ नहीं पा रहे हैं। इसी के चलते इसका विरोध हो रहा है।
भाजपा की सहयोगी ‘हम’ भी विरोध में
बिहार में अग्निपथ स्कीम की गठबंधन सरकार की भी अग्निपरीक्षा ले रहा है। एक तरफ भाजपा के साथ सरकार चला रही जेडीयू ने इस मसले पर पुनर्विचार की बात कह दी है तो वहीं गठबंधन का ही हिस्सा जीतन राम मांझी की पार्टी ‘हम’ ने बंद का समर्थन करते हुए मोदी सरकार की योजना का खुला विरोध किया है।
यूपी में अब तक 260 युवा गिरफ्तार
उत्तर प्रदेश में शुक्रवार को अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में हिंसक प्रदर्शन करने वाले 260 युवाओं को अरेस्ट किया गया है। बलिया में प्रदर्शनकारियों ने एक ट्रेन के खाली डिब्बे को आग के हवाले कर दिया और अलीगढ़ में एक पुलिस चौकी फूंक दी गयी। हिंसक प्रदर्शन के मामले में प्रदेश में अब तक 260 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। एडीजी (कानून-व्यवस्था) प्रशांत कुमार ने बताया कि अलीगढ़ के टप्पल क्षेत्र में कुछ नौजवानों के एक समूह ने अलीगढ़-पलवल राज्यमार्ग पर स्थित जट्टारी पुलिस चौकी में आग लगा दी। इसके अलावा उन्होंने पुलिस के एक वाहन को भी आग के हवाले कर दिया। कुमार ने बताया कि प्रदेश में 17 जगहों से धरना प्रदर्शन की सूचना आई। हिंसक घटनाओं के मामले में वाराणसी में तीन तथा फिरोजाबाद, अलीगढ़ और गौतम बुद्ध नगर जिलों में एक-एक मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। वारदात ग्रस्त पांच जिलों में कुल 260 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे जाम, 225 पर केस दर्ज
अग्निपथ विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान यमुना एक्सप्रेस-वे जाम करने वाले 15 गिरफ्तार। इसके अलावा पुलिस ने 225 लोगों पर हिंसा का मामला दर्ज किया है। इससे पहले कल बलिया में भी 100 से ज्यादा लोगों को अरेस्ट किया गया था।
विरोध का आज चौथा दिन, बिहार बना है केंद्र
अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध का आज चौथा दिन है। सेना में भर्ती की नई योजना के विरोध का बिहार गढ़ बनता दिख रहा है। बुधवार से ही सूबे के कई जिलों में आंदोलन चल रहे हैं और कई जगहों पर तो कुछ उपद्रवियों ने जमकर उत्पात भी मचाया है।
बिहार बंद को वीआईपी और ‘हम’ का भी समर्थन
अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में आरजेडी ने आज बिहार बंद बुलाया है। ऐसे में किसी भी अफवाह से बचने के लिए सरकार ने ज्यादातर जिलों में मोबाइल इंटरनेट पर रोक लगा दी है।
कोचिंग सेंटरों की भूमिका की भी जांच
पटना के डीएम डॉ. चंद्रशेखर सिंह ने कहा है कि अग्निपथ भर्ती योजना के विरोध में हिंसक प्रदर्शन करने वालों से कानून के अनुसार सख्ती से निपटा जाएगा। वीडियो फुटेज के आधार पर उपद्रवियों को चिह्नित किया गया है। अशांति उत्पन्न करने वालों की पहचान की जा रही है। 8 प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है। उन्होंने बताया है कि गिरफ्तार किए गए लोगों के मोबाइल पर कुछ कोचिंग सेंटरों के वीडियो फुटेज और व्हाट्सएप मैसेज मिले हैं। हम उस आधार पर कोचिंग सेंटरों की भूमिका की भी जांच कर रहे हैं। जिन कोचिंग संस्थानों की संलिप्तता होगी, उनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
भाजपा को इस चुनाव में भारी नुकसान के आसार
हरियाणा में 19 जून को होने वाले नगर निकाय चुनाव में भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन को अग्निपथ के विरोध के चलते मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। नई भर्ती योजना का विरोध राज्य के अधिकतर हिस्सों में फैल गया है। इसके साथ ही गठबंधन के उम्मीदवारों के लिए चुनौती बढ़ती जा रही है। भाजपा-जजपा सरकार के खिलाफ सत्ता विरोधी लहर भी रहेगी। वहीं, आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) भी सत्ता पक्ष को कड़ी चुनौती पेश कर रही है।

Railways canceled 315 trains due to Bihar bandh

30 detained for questioning in Aligarh

Arrested for jamming Yamuna Expressway
Protests against the Centre’s Agneepath scheme continued on Friday as well. Several youths descended on the Yamuna Expressway and disrupted traffic for some time, following which the Gautam Buddh Nagar police registered an FIR against 225 protesters and arrested 15. The Agneepath scheme was launched by the Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on 14 June. Unveiling the scheme, the government had said that youth in the age group of 17-and-a-half to 21 years would be inducted for a four-year term, while 25 per cent of them would be inducted for regular service later. He will be called ‘Agniveer’.
AAP will protest at Jantar Mantar on June 20

260 youth arrested so far in UP
In Uttar Pradesh, 260 youths have been arrested for violently protesting against the Agneepath scheme on Friday. In Ballia, protesters torched an empty coach of a train and a police post in Aligarh was torched. So far 260 people have been arrested in the state in connection with the violent protests.
