मुंगेली | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | कलेक्टर राहुल देव के निर्देश पर कस्टम मिलिंग के लिए धान उठाव की धीमी गति पर मुंगेली जिले के 7 राइस मिलर्स को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया है।
जारी किए गए नोटिस के अनुसार खरीफ विपणन वर्ष 2021-22 में उपार्जित धान के निराकरण के लिए समितियों में और संग्रहण केन्द्रों में उपलब्ध धान का कस्टम मिलिंग हेतु उठाव के लिए डी.ओ. जारी किया गया था, परंतु 22 अगस्त 2022 की स्थिति में जारी डी.ओ. के खिलाफ धान उठाव और चावल जमा नहीं किया गया।
वहीं इस पर गहरी नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए गनपती फूड प्रोडक्ट, सिद्धी राइस इंडस्ट्रीज, उपलेटा राइस मिल, वर्धमान मिलिंग इंडस्ट्रीज, राज मिलिंग इंडस्ट्रीज और दीपक राइस मिल को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया है। वहीं 3 दिन के अंतर्गत उल्लेखित मात्रा में चावल जमा करना सुनिश्चित किए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
जिला खाद्य अधिकारी देवेंद्र कुमार बग्गा ने बताया कि, बिना उचित कारण के चावल जमा नहीं किए जाने की स्थिति में छत्तीसगढ़ कस्टम मिलिंग चावल उत्पादन 2016 आदेश के प्रावधानों के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर नियमानुसार आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
CG Breaking: Show cause notices to 7 rice millers for slow pace of paddy lifting
Mungeli | [Chhattisgarh Bulletin] | On the instructions of Collector Rahul Dev, a show cause notice has been issued to 7 rice millers of Mungeli district on the slow pace of paddy lifting for custom milling.
According to the notice issued, for the disposal of the paddy procured in the Kharif marketing year 2021-22, the D.O. was issued, but the D.O. issued as on 22nd August 2022. Against paddy lifting and rice not deposited.
While expressing deep displeasure over this, show cause notices have been issued to Ganpati Food Products, Siddhi Rice Industries, Upleta Rice Mill, Vardhman Milling Industries, Raj Milling Industries and Deepak Rice Mill. At the same time, instructions have been given to ensure that rice is deposited in the mentioned quantity within 3 days.
District Food Officer Devendra Kumar Bagga said that in case of non-deposit of rice without proper reason, necessary legal action will be taken as per rules by registering a case under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Custom Milling Rice Production Order 2016.
