रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] प्रदेश विधानसभा के सचिव ने राज्यसभा चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। पीठासीन अधिकारी द्वारा मंगलवार को अधिसूचना जारी करने के साथ ही चुनाव की औपचारिक प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। राज्यसभा के लिए 31 मई 2022 तक नामांकन दाखिल किया जा सकेगा। 1 जून 2022 को नामांकन पत्रों की जांच होगी और 2 जून 2022 तक उम्मीदवार को नामांकन वापस लेने का मौका दिया जाएगा। एक सीट के लिए 2 से अधिक उम्मीदवार होने पर 10 जून 2022 को राज्यसभा के लिए मतदान कराया जाएगा। मतदान सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 4 बजे तक होगा। 10 जून 2022 को ही परिणाम जारी किए जाएंगे।
बता दें कि भाजपा के रामविचार नेताम और कांग्रेस की छाया वर्मा का कार्यकाल 29 जून 2022 को समाप्त हो रहा है। 10 जून 2022 तक छत्तीसगढ़ से राज्यसभा के लिए दो सांसदों का चुनाव किया जाना है। 31 मई 2022 को नामांकन दाखिल करने की अंतिम तिथि है।
सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर बाद 3 बजे के बीच विधानसभा स्थित पीठासीन अधिकारी के कार्यालय में नामांकन जमा होगा। तय तिथि में सभी वैध उम्मीदवारों की सूची जारी हो जाएगी।
दो से अधिक उम्मीदवार हुए तो 10 जून को मतदान होगा। सचिव दिनेश शर्मा ने बताया नामांकन की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। पहले दिन किसी ने नामांकन नहीं लिया है।
सीएम भूपेश बघेल की पसंद से तय होगा नाम
बता दें कि छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष डॉ. चरणदास महंत राज्यसभा जाने की इच्छा जता चुके हैं। डॉ. महंत ने कहा था कि मैं विधानसभा और लोकसभा जा चुका हूं। 11 बार चुनाव लड़ चुका हूं।
ऐसे में राज्यसभा में एक बार सेवा करना चाहता हूं। यह मैं आज करूं या 5 साल बाद करूं यह अलग बात है। 90 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में कांग्रेस के 71 विधायक हैं। ऐसे में दोनों सीटों पर कांग्रेस प्रत्याशियों की जीत तय है।
अधिसूचना जारी होते ही राज्यसभा जाने के दावेदारों की लॉबिंग शुरू हो गई है। कुछ समाज के लोगों ने राज्यसभा के लिए दावेदारी ठोकी है। कांग्रेस से भी कई दावेदार हैं। कौन राज्यसभा जाएगा इसका अंतिम फैसला मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल को ही लेना है। दो-तीन दिनों में नाम सामने आने की उम्मीद है।
2 MPs from Chhattisgarh quota will go to Rajya Sabha, election notification issued
Raipur | [Chhattisgarh Bulletin] The Secretary of the State Legislative Assembly has issued notification of Rajya Sabha elections. With the issuance of notification by the presiding officer on Tuesday, the formal process of election has started. Nomination for Rajya Sabha can be filed till 31 May 2022. Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on 1st June 2022 and the candidate will be given a chance to withdraw nominations till 2nd June 2022. Voting for Rajya Sabha will be held on 10 June 2022 if there are more than 2 candidates for a seat. Voting will be held from 9 am to 4 pm. The results will be released on 10th June 2022 only.
Let us tell you that the tenure of BJP’s Ramvichar Netam and Congress’s Chhaya Verma is ending on June 29, 2022. Two MPs are to be elected to the Rajya Sabha from Chhattisgarh by June 10, 2022. 31st May 2022 is the last date for filing nominations.
Nomination will be deposited in the office of the Presiding Officer located in the Vidhan Sabha between 11 am and 3 pm. The list of all valid candidates will be released in due date.
If there are more than two candidates, voting will be held on June 10. Secretary Dinesh Sharma told that the process of nomination has started. No one took the nomination on the first day.
Name will be decided by the choice of CM Bhupesh Baghel
Let us inform that the Speaker of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, Dr. Charandas Mahant has expressed his desire to go to the Rajya Sabha. Dr. Mahant had said that I have gone to the assembly and the Lok Sabha. I have contested elections 11 times.
In such a situation, I want to serve once in the Rajya Sabha. Whether I do it today or after 5 years is a different matter. The Congress has 71 MLAs in the 90-member assembly. In such a situation, the victory of Congress candidates in both the seats is certain.
As soon as the notification is issued, the lobbying of the candidates to go to the Rajya Sabha has started. Some people of the society have staked claim for the Rajya Sabha. There are many contenders from Congress as well. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has to take the final decision of who will go to Rajya Sabha. The names are expected to come out in two-three days.
