मुंगेली | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | जिले में प्रसिद्ध लोक गायक गोफेलाल को एक व्यक्ति की हत्या करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। उसने अपने एक साथी के साथ मिलकर एक युवक को पत्थर से कुचल दिया और शव को निर्माणाधीन पुल से नीचे फेंक दिया। मरने वाला युवक लोक गायक का क्राइम पार्टनर था। वह चोरी के आरोप में जेल गया और वापस आने के बाद अपना हिस्सा मांग रहा था।
साइबर सेल की मदद से आरोपी पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ा। युवक जहां मिला था, उस क्षेत्र का मोबाइल लोकेशन खंगाला गया तब गोफेलाल का मोबाइल भी साथ ही ट्रैवल कर रहा था। पुलिस ने गायक गोफेलाल को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की, तब मामले का खुलासा हो गया। आरोपी ने हत्या की बात स्वीकार कर ली है। मामला जरहागांव थाना क्षेत्र का है।
पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक 21 जुलाई को धरमपुरा से दशरंगपुर के बीच में नेशनल हाईवे-130 पर एक घायल युवक मिला। उसे जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां उसकी मौत हो गई। शव की शिनाख्त 22 जुलाई को बेमेतरा के नवागढ़ क्षेत्र के हरिहरपुर निवासी राजकुमार पात्रे (35 वर्ष) के रूप में हुई।
पुलिस को जांच में पता कि 6 माह पहले हरिहरपुर निवासी लोक गायक गोफेलाल गेंदले (45 वर्ष) ने एक चोरी का ट्रैक्टर खरीदा था। इस पर राजकुमार ने आरोप अपने ऊपर लिया और जेल चला गया था। जेल से छूटने के बाद राजकुमार तय डील के हिसाब से अपने पैसे और गाड़ी मांग रहा था।
मरा समझकर नाले में फेंक दिया और चले गए
पुलिस को पूछताछ में गोफेलाल ने बताया कि राजकुमार को जेल जाने पर बाइक और रुपये देने का वादा किया था। जेल से छूटने के बाद वह बाइक और रुपये की डिमांड करने लगा। राजकुमार द्वारा बार-बार दबाव बनाने पर उसकी हत्या की साजिश रची।
20 जुलाई को अपने एक साथी मनीष अनंत, टेमरी गांव निवासी देवचरण और राजकुमार के साथ बैठकर सबने शराब पी और कार में बैठकर सभी धरमपुरा-दशरंगपुर नेशनल हाईवे की तरफ चले गए। सड़क पर गाड़ी खड़ी कर राजकुमार से रुपये व गाड़ी मांगने की बात पर विवाद हुआ।
यह देखकर देवचरण डरकर भाग गया। इसके बाद राजकुमार को पत्थर से कुचल दिया और उसे मरा हुआ समझकर मनीष के साथ मिलकर सड़क किनारे नाले में फेंक दिया। दूसरा आरोपी मनीष घटना के बाद से फरार है।

The police took the singer Gofelal into custody and interrogated, then the matter came to light. The accused has confessed to the murder. The matter is of Jarhagaon police station area.
According to the information received from the police, on July 21, an injured youth was found on National Highway-130 between Dharampura to Dashrangpur. He was admitted to the district hospital, where he died. The body was identified on July 22 as Rajkumar Patre (35 years) resident of Hariharpur in Nawagarh area of Bemetara.
During investigation, the police came to know that 6 months ago, folk singer Gofelal Gendle (45 years) resident of Hariharpur had bought a stolen tractor. On this the prince took the charge on himself and went to jail. After his release from jail, the prince was asking for his money and car according to the deal.
Thinking it was dead, threw it in the drain and went away
During interrogation to the police, Gofelal told that he had promised a bike and money to Rajkumar when he went to jail. After his release from jail, he started demanding bike and Rs. On repeated pressure by the prince, a conspiracy was hatched to kill him.
On July 20, together with one of his companions, Manish Anant, Temri village resident Devcharan and Rajkumar, everyone drank alcohol and went in the car towards Dharampura-Dasrangpur National Highway. There was a dispute over the matter of asking Rajkumar for money and car by parking the car on the road.
Seeing this, Devcharan got scared and ran away. After this, he crushed the prince with a stone and, mistaking him as dead, threw him along with Manish into the drain on the roadside. The second accused Manish is absconding after the incident.
