कोरबा | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | शहर में एक हृदयविदारक घटना सामने आई है। SECL (साउथ ईस्टर्न कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड) के कर्मचारी की पत्नी 50 वर्ष और उसकी 21 साल की बेटी की बेरहमी से हत्या कर दी गई। महिला व उसकी बेटी के शव बाथरूम में खून से लथपथ मिले हैं। शवों को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा गया है। पुलिस ने कर्मचारी के 19 साल के बेटे को हिरासत में लिया है। अभी तक हत्या का कारण स्पष्ट नहीं हो सका है। मामला कुसमुंडा थाना क्षेत्र का है।
सिटी एसपी लतिका सिंह ने बताया कि आदर्श नगर डीएमक्यू क्वार्टर में मां-बेटी की हत्या हुई है। एसईसीएल की कुसमुंडा स्थित खदान में कार्यरत आरके दास यहां निवास करते हैं। शुक्रवार को उनकी सुबह की शिफ्ट थी। वह रोज की तरह सुबह 5 बजे दफ्तर चले गए। वह दोपहर करीब 1.30 बजे घर लौटे तो देखा दरवाजा खुला हुआ था। अंदर गए और आवाज दी, लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। आरके दास बाथरूम की तरफ गए तो उसकी पत्नी लक्ष्मी दास (50 वर्ष) और बेटी आंचल दास (21 वर्ष) की खून से लथपथ लाश पड़ी थी। एसईसीएल कर्मचारी दास ने पड़ोसियों व पुलिस को सूचना दी।
कर्मचारी के बेटे की गतिविधियां संदिग्ध
लतिका सिंह ने बताया कि फॉरेंसिक टीम और डॉग स्क्वायड को मौके पर बुलाया गया। कर्मचारी के 19 साल का बेटे के हाथ में पट्टी बंधी है। खोजी डॉग ने उसे देखते ही छलांग लगा दी। संदेह के आधार पर पुलिस ने उससे पूछताछ शुरू की। ऐसी आशंका है कि आरोपी ने पहले बाथरूम में अपनी बहन पर चाकू से हमला किया। उसकी चीख सुनकर मां पहुंची तो उन पर भी चाकू से कई वार किए। दोनों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। उसकी गतिविधियां संदिग्ध लग रही है। पुलिस अभी पूछताछ कर रही है। दोनों शवों को पोस्टमार्डम के लिए भिजवाया गया है।

City SP Latika Singh said that the mother and daughter were murdered in the Adarsh Nagar DMQ quarter. RK Das, working in SECL’s Kusmunda mine, resides here. He had his morning shift on Friday. He went to office as usual at 5 in the morning. When he returned home at around 1.30 pm, he saw the door was open. Went in and called, but got no answer. When RK Das went towards the bathroom, his wife Laxmi Das (50 years) and daughter Aanchal Das (21 years) were found lying in a pool of blood. SECL employee Das informed the neighbors and the police.

Latika Singh said that the forensic team and dog squad were called to the spot. The employee’s 19-year-old son has a bandage on his hand. The sniffer dog jumped on seeing him. On the basis of suspicion, the police started questioning him. It is feared that the accused first attacked his sister with a knife in the bathroom. When the mother reached after hearing her scream, she also stabbed her several times with a knife. Both died on the spot. His activities seem suspicious. Police is still interrogating. Both the bodies have been sent for postmortem.
