नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | #Babri #mosque #Case: 6 दिसंबर 1992 को उत्तर प्रदेश के अयोध्या में बाबरी ढांचे को ढहाए जाने से जुड़े सभी मामले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बंद कर दिया है। इसके अलावा सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इससे जुड़ी दाखिल अवमानना याचिका को भी बंद कर दिया है।
सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि याचिकाकर्ता असलम भूरे अब इस दुनिया में नहीं हैं। साथ ही, 2019 में आए फैसले के चलते भी अब इस मामले को बनाए रखना जरूरी नहीं।
बाबरी मस्जिद विध्वंस (1992)
छह दिसंबर 1992 को अयोध्या में विवादित बाबरी मस्जिद को गिरा दिया गया। 16वीं सदी में अयोध्या में बनी मस्जिद को कारसेवकों ने ढहा दिया। इस मामले में फैजाबाद में 2 एफआईआर दर्ज हुई।
भाजपा नेता लालकृष्ण आडवणी, उमा भारती समेत लाखों कारसेवकों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज हुआ। इस वजह से पूरे देश में तनाव फैल गया। देशभर में हुए दंगों में 2 हजार से ज्यादा लोग मारे गए।

During the hearing, the Supreme Court said that the petitioner Aslam Bhure is no longer in this world. Also, due to the decision in 2019, it is no longer necessary to maintain this matter.
Babri Masjid Demolition (1992)
The disputed Babri Masjid in Ayodhya was demolished on 6 December 1992. The mosque built in Ayodhya in the 16th century was demolished by kar sevaks. In this case 2 FIRs were registered in Faizabad.
Case registered against lakhs of kar sevaks including BJP leader LK Advani, Uma Bharti. Due to this tension spread throughout the country. More than 2 thousand people died in the riots across the country.
