मुंबई | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | शुक्रवार को बंबई उच्च न्यायालय के एक अदालत कक्ष के अंदर एक व्यक्ति (55) ने अपनी जान लेने की कोशिश की। यह घटना न्यायमूर्ति पीडी नाइक के अदालत कक्ष में दोपहर 1 बजे हुई। संपत्ति विवाद में अपनी याचिका एक न्यायाधीश द्वारा खारिज किए जाने के बाद उसने यह कदम उठाया। हालांकि, अदालत कक्ष में मौजूद वकीलों ने उसे समय रहते रोक लिया।

इसके बाद न्यायाधीश ने व्यक्ति को वरिष्ठ नागरिक अधिनियम के तहत अपना परिसर खाली करने को कहा। इस व्यक्ति का अपनी मां के साथ संपत्ति विवाद चल रहा है। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि जैसे ही न्यायमूर्ति नाइक ने आदेश सुनाया, व्यक्ति उनके करीब पहुंच गया। उसने अपने पायजामे की जेब से कागज काटने वाला एक चाकू निकाला और अपनी कलाई काटने की कोशिश की।

अदालत में मौजूद पुलिस कर्मी व्यक्ति को आजाद मैदान पुलिस थाना ले गए। हालांकि, न्यायमूर्ति नाइक ने व्यक्ति को छोड़ने का निर्देश दिया। पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि व्यक्ति का प्राथमिक उपचार किया गया है।

Attempted suicide in Bombay High Court

Mumbai | [Court Bulletin] | A man (55) tried to take his life inside a court room of the Bombay High Court on Friday. The incident took place at 1 pm in the court room of Justice PD Naik. He took this step after his petition in the property dispute was rejected by a judge. However, the lawyers present in the courtroom stopped him in time.

The judge then asked the person to vacate his premises under the Senior Citizens Act. This person is having a property dispute with his mother. Eyewitnesses said that as soon as Justice Naik pronounced the order, the man approached him. He took a paper-cutting knife out of his pajama pocket and tried to cut his wrist.

The police personnel present in the court took the man to the Azad Maidan police station. However, Justice Naik directed the person to be released. The police officer said that the person has been given first aid.
