नई दिल्ली | [जॉब बुलेटिन] | रेलवे ने अगले एक साल के अंदर डेढ़ लाख पदों पर भर्ती करने का फैसला लिया है। Indian Railway Recruitment यही नहीं इस पूरी प्रक्रिया को अगले साल जून तक ही पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। रेलवे ने बताया कि बीते 8 सालों में हर वर्ष औसतन 43,678 लोगों की ही भर्ती होती थी, लेकिन इस बार एक साल के अंदर इसके मुकाबले करीब तीन गुना कर्मचारी नियुक्त करने का फैसला लिया गया है। रेलवे का यह ऐलान लंबे समय से भर्ती का इंतजार कर रहे युवाओं के लिए खुशखबरी है।
भारत सरकार के व्यय विभाग के अनुसार केंद्र सरकार के तमाम विभागों में कुल 40.78 लाख पद हैं, लेकिन उसके मुकाबले सिर्फ 31.91 कर्मचारी ही नियुक्त हैं। इस तरह से करीब 9 लाख पद खाली हैं। यही नहीं यह आंकड़ा मार्च, 2020 तक का था। ऐसे में रिटायर हुए कर्मचारियों को जोड़ लिया जाए तो यह आंकड़ा 10 लाख के करीब हो जाता है।
यह संख्या कुल पदों के 25 फीसदी से ज्यादा है। यानी अगले डेढ़ साल के अंदर केंद्र सरकार में कुल क्षमता के एक चौथाई कर्मचारियों की भर्ती की जाएगी। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक केंद्र सरकार के 92 फीसदी कर्मचारी तो अकेले रेलवे, डिफेंस, गृह मंत्रालय, डाक विभाग और रेवेन्यू डिपार्टमेंट में हैं।
सूत्रों का कहना है कि आदेश के बाद तमाम विभागों ने रिक्त पदों का आंकड़ा जुटाना शुरू कर दिया गया है। डिटेल हासिल करने के बाद भर्ती की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी। अगले डेढ़ साल के अंदर 10 लाख भर्तियों का फैसला सरकार ने ऐसे वक्त में लिया है, जब देश भर में बेरोजगारी को लेकर चिंता बढ़ रही है।
रेलवे ने डेटा जारी कर बताया है कि 2014-15 से 2021-22 तक उसने कुल 3,49,422 लोगों को भर्ती किया था। यह आंकड़ा प्रति वर्ष औसतन 43,678 का था, लेकिन इस बार एक साल के अंदर ही करीब डेढ़ लाख लोगों को नौकरी दी जाएगी।
गौरतलब है कि कुछ महीने पहले ही यह खबर थी कि रेलवे 72,000 पदों को खत्म करने वाला है। इसकी वजह यह बताई गई थी कि तकनीक के अपग्रेड होने के चलते ग्रुप सी और ग्रुप डी लेवल पर बहुत से पदों की जरूरत नहीं है। ऐसे में भविष्य की भर्तियों में इन पदों को समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा फिलहाल इन पदों पर नियुक्त लोगों को अन्य विभागों में समायोजित किया जाएगा।

According to the Department of Expenditure, Government of India, there are a total of 40.78 lakh posts in all the departments of the Central Government, but only 31.91 employees are appointed against it. In this way about 9 lakh posts are vacant. Not only this, this figure was till March 2020. In such a situation, if the retired employees are added, then this figure becomes close to 10 lakhs.
This number is more than 25 percent of the total posts. That is, within the next one and a half years, one-fourth of the total strength in the central government will be recruited. According to the report, 92 percent of the central government employees are in Railways, Defense, Home Ministry, Postal Department and Revenue Department alone.
Sources say that after the order, all the departments have started collecting the data of vacant posts. After getting the details the process of recruitment will be started. The government has taken the decision of 10 lakh recruitments within the next one and a half years at a time when there is increasing concern about unemployment across the country.
