जयपुर | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | राज्यसभा चुनाव से एक एक दिन पहले राजस्थान कांग्रेस को बड़ी राहत मिली है। बहुजन समाज पार्टी से कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए 6 विधायकों के विलय मामले में राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने हस्तक्षेप से साफ इंकार कर दिया है। हाईकोर्ट की जस्टिस पंकज भंडारी की खंडपीठ ने मामले में हस्तक्षेप से इंकार कर दिया है। हाल ही में बहुजन समाज पार्टी ने कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए विधायकों को व्हिप जारी कर निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी सुभाष चंद्रा के पक्ष में वोट डालने के निर्देश दिए थे।
कोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ता के प्रार्थना पत्र को राज्यसभा चुनाव प्रक्रिया शुरू होने की वजह से स्वीकार करने से मना कर दिया है। बहुजन समाज पार्टी के 6 विधायक 2019 में कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए थे। उन पर दलबदल का मामला चल रहा है।
बसपा ने जारी किया था व्हिप
उल्लेखनीय है कि 5 जून को बसपा की राज्य इकाई ने व्हिप जारी कर कांग्रेस में शामिल होने वाले 6 विधायकों को भाजपा समर्थित निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार सुभाष चंद्रा के पक्ष में मतदाने करने के निर्देश दिए थे।
बसपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भगवान सिंह बाबा ने मंत्री राजेंद्र गुढ़ा, लाखन मीना, दीपचंद खैरिया, संदीय यादव, जोगिंदर अवाना और वाजिब अली से व्हिप में कहा कि आप बसपा के चुनाव चिन्ह पर जीते हैं, इसलिए पार्टी व्हिप के अनुसार काम करने के लिए बाध्य है।
राजस्थान की 4 राज्यसभा सीटों के लिए 10 जून को मतदान होना है। कांग्रेस ने रणदीप सुरजेवाला, मुकुल वासनिक और प्रमोद तिवारी को अपना उम्मीदवार बनाया है। जबकि भाजपा ने दूसरी सीट के लिए निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार सुभाष चंद्रा को समर्थन दिया है। ऐसे में अगर हाईकोर्ट याचिका खारिज नहीं होती तो कांग्रेस के लिए मुश्किलें खड़ी हो जाती है।
बसपा ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कर रखी है अपील
राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव 2018 में बसपा पार्टी के चिन्ह पर 6 विधायक जीतकर आए थे। जीतने के बाद सभी विधायक कांग्रेस में शामिल हो गए थे। जिनके खिलाफ बसपा ने दलबदल कानून के तहत सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील कर रखी है। इसलिए बसपा ने 6 विधायकों को व्हिप जारी किया है।

BSP had issued whip
It is noteworthy that on June 5, the state unit of BSP had issued a whip, instructing the 6 MLAs who joined the Congress to vote in favor of independent candidate Subhash Chandra, supported by the BJP.
BSP state president Bhagwan Singh Baba said in a whip to ministers Rajendra Gudha, Lakhan Meena, Deepchand Khaaria, Sandiya Yadav, Joginder Awana and Wajib Ali that you won on the BSP symbol, so the party is bound to work according to the whip. .
Voting for 4 Rajya Sabha seats in Rajasthan is to be held on June 10. Congress has fielded Randeep Surjewala, Mukul Wasnik and Pramod Tiwari as its candidates. Whereas BJP has given support to independent candidate Subhash Chandra for the second seat. In such a situation, if the High Court petition is not dismissed, then problems arise for the Congress.
BSP has appealed in the Supreme Court
