बागपत | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | पंजाब हरियाणा के हाईकोर्ट में डेरा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम को नकली बताकर डाली गई याचिका को कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है। रोहतक की सुनरिया जेल से एक माह का पैरोल लेकर डेरा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम बरनावा के आश्रम में परिवार संग पैरोल अवधि का समय काट रहा है। उधर, आश्रम में पहुंची रोहतक पुलिस ने बताया कि प्रारंभिक जांच में भी राम रहीम असली है।
आश्रम के प्रेस प्रवक्ता जितेंद्र खुराना ने बताया कि कुछ लोगों ने पंजाब हरियाणा की हाईकोर्ट में 51 पेज की याचिका दायर की थी। जिसमें उन्होंने बागपत के बरनावा आश्रम में पैरोल काट रहा गुरमीत राम रहीम को नकली, असली का अपहरण होना, उसकी हत्या होना, हत्या हो जाने के संकेत दर्शा कर डेरे की गद्दी को कब्जाने का प्रयास किया जाना सहित उसके द्वारा अनुयायियों को न पहचानना, कद का एक इंच बढ़ना, पैरों की अंगुली बड़ी होना, हाव भाव अलग होने का दावा किया था।
उन्होंने बताया कि उक्त याचिका की सोमवार को कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। सुनवाई में कोर्ट द्वारा उक्त याचिका को खारिज कर दिया गया है। बरनावा आश्रम में पैरोल का समय काट रहा गुरमीत राम रहीम असली है। वहीं आश्रम में पहुंची रोहतक पुलिस ने बताया कि प्रारंभिक जांच में भी राम रहीम असली है।

He said that the said petition was heard in the court on Monday. In the hearing, the said petition was dismissed by the court. Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who is serving his parole time in Barnawa Ashram, is real. At the same time, Rohtak police, who reached the ashram, told that even in the preliminary investigation, Ram Rahim is real.
