जोधपुर | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | राजस्थान की जोधपुर हाईकोर्ट में 2 एडवोकेट क्लर्क बीजेपी की निलंबित प्रवक्ता नुपुर शर्मा के बयान को लेकर आपस में भिड़ गए। एक मुंशी सोहेल खान ने दूसरे साथी को नुपुर शर्मा के समर्थन में पोस्ट करने पर कन्हैया जैसा हाल करने की धमकी दे डाली। इसी बाद को लेकर गुरुवार हाईकोर्ट परिसर में दोनों के बीच कहासुनी हो गई। पुलिस ने धमकी देने वाले आरोपी सोहेल खान को हिरसात में ले लिया है। उससे पूछताछ की जा रही है।
कुड़ी थाना पुलिस के अनुसार हाईकोर्ट में एडवोकेट क्लर्क महेंद्र सिंह राजपुरोहित ने आरोप लगाया कि उसी कोर्ट में क्लर्क सोहेल खान ने बीजेपी की निलंबित प्रवक्ता नूपुर शर्मा के समर्थन में पोस्ट लगाने पर उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी। महेंद्र ने बताया कि सोहेल ने उससे कहा कि तेरा भी अंजाम कन्हैया की तरह ही होगा।
बताया जा रहा है कि दोनों के बीच हुई बातचीत का व्हाट्सएप चैट भी सामने आए हैं। जिसमें सोहेल खान महेंद्र से धमकी भरे अंदाज में बात कर रहा है। इसी बात को लेकर आज हाईकोर्ट परिसर में दोनों के बीच विवाद हो गया। सूचना पर मौके पर पहुंची कुड़ी थाना पुलिस ने दोनों को शांत कराया। इसके बाद सोहेल खान हिरासत में लेकर थाने ले आई।

इन दिन उदयपुर में कन्हैयालाल की हत्या कर दी गई थी। वह धानमंडी इलाके के भूत महल क्षेत्र में रहते थे और पेशे से दर्जी थे। 2 युवक कपड़े का नाप देने के बहाने उनकी दुकान पर पहुंचे और धारदार हथियार से कन्हैया पर वार करना शुरू कर दिया। ताबड़तोड़ हमलों ने कन्हैया को संभलने का मौका तक नहीं दिया। उसकी गर्दन कट गई और मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। हमले में दुकान पर काम करने वाला उसका साथी ईश्वर सिंह भी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। उसका अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा है।

According to Kudi police station, Advocate Clerk Mahendra Singh Rajpurohit in the High Court alleged that in the same court, Clerk Sohail Khan threatened to kill him for posting a post in support of suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. Mahendra told that Sohail told him that your result will be same as Kanhaiya’s.
It is being told that WhatsApp chats of the conversation between the two have also surfaced. In which Sohail Khan is talking to Mahendra in a threatening manner. There was a dispute between the two in the High Court premises regarding this matter. On information, the Kudi police station reached the spot and pacified both of them. After this, Sohail Khan was taken into custody and brought to the police station.

On these days Kanhaiyalal was murdered in Udaipur. He lived in the Bhoot Mahal area of Dhanmandi area and was a tailor by profession. Two youths reached his shop on the pretext of giving the measurement of clothes and started attacking Kanhaiya with a sharp weapon. The swift attacks did not even give Kanhaiya a chance to recover. His neck was cut and he died on the spot. His colleague Ishwar Singh, who was working at the shop, was also seriously injured in the attack. He is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
