नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट से अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार को बड़ा और तगड़ा झटका लगा है। दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने घर-घर राशन पहुंचाने की योजना को मौजूदा स्वरूप को रद्द कर दिया है। एक्टिंग चीफ जस्टिस विपिन सांघी और जस्टिस जसमीन सिंह ने गुरुवार 19 मई 2022 को यह फैसला सुनाया।
दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि केजरीवाल सरकार घर-घर राशन पहुंचाने के लिए दूसरी योजना ला सकती है लेकिन यह केंद्र सरकार की ओर से दिए जाने वाले अनाज से यह योजना नहीं चला सकती है। दिल्ली सरकारी राशन डीलर्स और दिल्ली राशन डीलर्स यूनियन ने योजना का विरोध करते हुए हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। कोर्ट ने जनवरी में फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था।
इससे पहले दिल्ली के एलजी अनिल बैजल ने आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) सरकार की घर घर राशन योजना पर रोक लगा दी थी। इस योजना के तहत केजरीवाल सरकार ने राशन की होम डिलिवरी का वादा किया था। केंद्र सरकार ने कहा था कि राशन की उचित मूल्य दुकानें नेशनल फूड सिक्यॉरिटी ऐक्ट का अभिन्न हिस्सा है।
Big blow to Kejriwal government from High Court, door-to-door ration scheme canceled

The Delhi High Court has canceled the scheme of door-to-door delivery of ration in its current form. Acting Chief Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Jasmin Singh gave this decision on Thursday, 19 May 2022.
The Delhi High Court said that the Kejriwal government can bring another scheme to deliver ration from door to door, but it cannot run this scheme from the food grains given by the central government. The Delhi Government Ration Dealers and Delhi Ration Dealers Union had approached the High Court opposing the plan. The court had reserved the verdict in January.
Earlier, Delhi’s LG Anil Baijal had banned the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government’s house-to-house ration scheme. Under this scheme, the Kejriwal government had promised home delivery of ration. The central government had said that fair price shops of ration are an integral part of the National Food Security Act.
