बिलासपुर | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | संस्कारधानी बिलासपुर जिले में 11 साल की बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म करने वाले नराधम पिता को जिला न्यायालय ने उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई है। पत्नी की मौत के बाद पिता पिछले 3 वर्षों से अपनी ही बेटी को हवस का शिकार बन रहा था।
बच्ची की बड़ी मां ने मोहल्ले के लोगों की मदद से पुलिस की रक्षा टीम को इसकी जानकारी दी थी, तब पुलिस ने आरोपी पिता को गिरफ्तार किया था। बच्ची की काउंसिलिंग कराई गई और उसके पिता के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया गया। जिला न्यायालय ने दुष्कर्मी पिता को उसकी करतूतों की सजा दी है। आरोपी को अब जीवनभर में जेल में रहना होगा।
बता दें कि यह मामला बिलासपुर जिले के सिरगिट्टी थाना क्षेत्र का है। 20 जनवरी 2021 को यह मामला सामने आया था। 11 साल की बच्ची से उसके पिता ने ही दुष्कर्म किया था। बच्ची की मां की मौत 5 साल पहले हो गई थी। वह अपने पिता के पास ही रहती थी। कलयुगी पिता की बुरी नीयत मासूम पर तब पड़ी, जब वह 8 साल की थी। इसके बाद से वह 3 वर्षों तक लगातार बच्ची से दुष्कर्म करता रहा। 20 जनवरी 2021 को शराब के नशे में धुत होकर पिता घर पहुंचा और बेटी से शारीरिक संबंध बनाने की कोशिश करने लगा। बच्ची ने शोर मचाया तब आवाज सुनकर पड़ोस की महिलाएं घर पहुंची।
बड़ी मां की सूचना पर पकड़ाया था आरोपी
पड़ोसियों को देखकर बच्ची का पिता घर से भाग गया। बच्ची ने आसपास के लोगों को घटना की जानकारी दी। मोहल्ले वालों ने बच्ची को उसकी बड़ी मां के घर भेज दिया। बड़ी मां ने मासूम को एक दिन अपने घर पर रखा, फिर दूसरे दिन उसे उसके पिता के घर छोड़ दी। बच्ची घबराई हुई थी।
बच्ची की बड़ी मां ने पड़ोसियों की मदद से पुलिस की रक्षा टीम को इसकी जानकारी दी। पुलिस ने आरोपी पिता को गिरफ्तार किया। पुलिस ने बच्ची की काउंसिलिंग कराई, तब मासूम ने आप बीती सुनाई। पुलिस ने जांच के बाद कोर्ट में चालान पेश किया। कोर्ट ने आरोपी को उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई है।

Seeing the neighbors, the girl’s father ran away from the house. The girl informed the nearby people about the incident. The local people sent the girl to her elder mother’s house. The elder mother kept the innocent at her house one day, then dropped her the next day at her father’s house. The girl was terrified.
The elder mother of the girl informed the police defense team with the help of neighbors. The police arrested the accused father. The police got the girl counseled, then the innocent narrated her past. After investigation, the police presented the challan in the court. The court has sentenced the accused to life imprisonment.
