रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | भेंट मुलाकात कार्यक्रम के दौरान 5 मई 2022 को बलरामपुर के आरागाही गांव में मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने संवेदनशीलता दिखाते हुये कहा था कि आप चिंता ना करें, आपके बच्चों के इलाज में सरकार कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेगी। देश के जिस अस्पताल में इलाज होगा हम वहां इलाज कराएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल की संवेदनशीलता जल्द ही किसी की अंधेरी दुनिया में उजेला बिखेर सकती है। मुख्यमंत्री के वादे के मुताबिक बलरामपुर जिले के बेहद गरीब परिवार से ताल्लुक रखने वाली दृष्टिहीन बहनें चंदा और रिया इलाज के लिये चेन्नई के प्रख्यात शंकरा नेत्रालय अस्पताल पहुंच गईं हैं।

शुक्रवार को नेत्र विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों के निर्देशन में दोनों बच्चियों की आंखों की प्रारंभिक जांच हुई। वहां के डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि बच्चियों को जेनेटिक बीमारी है जिसके लिये और भी विस्तृत जांचों की जरूरत है। आज भी बाकी की जांच की जाएंगी।

आपको बता दें कि 5 मई 2022 को बलरामपुर के आरागाही गांव के भेंट मुलाकात कार्यक्रम में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर अनती देवी मुख्यमंत्री से अपनी दोनों दृष्टिहीन बच्चियों की सहायता की मांग करते हुये रो पड़ी थीं। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने संवेदनशीलता दिखाते हुये अनती देवी से कहा था कि आप चिंता ना करें, आपके बच्चों के इलाज में सरकार कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेगी। देश के जिस अस्पताल में इलाज होगा हम वहां इलाज कराएंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने आश्वासन देते हुये कहा था कि दिल्ली हो या चेन्नई जहां भी इलाज संभव होगा, बच्चियों का इलाज कराएंगे। गरीब परिवार की बच्चियों के इलाज का पूरा खर्च राज्य सरकार उठाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश के बाद चंदा और रिया को सबसे पहले जांच के लिये रायपुर एम्स लाया गया। जहां डॉक्टरों ने चेन्नई के प्रख्यात शंकरा नेत्रालय जाने हेतु अनुशंसा की। इसके बाद स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम के साथ दोनों बच्चियों को परिवार सहित चेन्नई भेजा गया है।

इन जांचों के बाद तय होगा इलाज

डॉक्टरों के मुताबिक दोनों दृष्टिहीन बहनों को जेनेटिक बीमारी है। शुक्रवार सुबह दोनों की जांच नेत्र विशेषज्ञों द्वारा की गयी। डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि अभी प्रारंभिक जांच की गयी है शनिवार को यूएसजी, ईआरजी, एलवीए-1, ग्लूकोमा के विस्तृत जांच करायीं जाएंगी, उसके बाद ही तय किया जाएगा कि क्या इलाज करना है।

As promised by the Chief Minister, blind sisters Chanda and Riya, who belong to extremely poor families of Balrampur district, have reached the renowned Shankara Netralaya Hospital in Chennai for treatment.

On Friday, a preliminary examination of the eyes of both the girls was done under the direction of ophthalmologist doctors. The doctors there told that the girls have a genetic disease for which more detailed tests are needed. Rest of the investigation will be done today.

Let us tell you that on May 5, 2022, in the meeting program of Aragahi village of Balrampur, financially weak Anti Devi cried while demanding the help of her two blind daughters from the Chief Minister. Showing sensitivity, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel told Anti Devi that you should not worry, the government will leave no stone unturned in the treatment of your children. We will get treatment in the hospital in the country where the treatment will be done.

The Chief Minister had assured that wherever treatment is possible, whether it is Delhi or Chennai, the girls will be treated. The state government will bear the entire cost of the treatment of the girls of poor families.

Following the instructions of the Chief Minister, Chanda and Riya were first brought to AIIMS Raipur for investigation. Where doctors recommended to go to the famous Shankara Netralaya in Chennai. After this, both the girls along with the team of Health Department have been sent to Chennai along with the family.

Treatment will be decided after these tests

According to doctors, both the blind sisters have a genetic disease. Both were examined by ophthalmologists on Friday morning. Doctors say that the preliminary investigation has been done now, detailed tests of USG, ERG, LVA-1, Glaucoma will be done on Saturday, only after that it will be decided whether to treat.
