Auto driver Rohit Gurjar gang-raped the girl with friends; SHO and Inspector suspended in this heart-wrenching incident
गाजियाबाद | [उत्तर प्रदेश बुलेटिन] | ढाई महीने पहले युवती के साथ हुई दरिंदगी के जिम्मेदार पाए जाने पर एसएसपी ने गाजियाबाद के कविनगर एसएचओ आनंद प्रकाश मिश्र और दरोगा इच्छाराम को सस्पेंड किया है। ऑटो चालक रोहित गुर्जर ने अपने 2 साथियों के साथ मिलकर युवती से इस तरह दरिंदगी की थी कि सुनकर भी रूह कांप जाए। आरोपियों ने पहले तो सुनसान इलाके में उसके साथ गैंगरेप किया और फिर 1 आरोपी की बहन के घर ले जाकर भी उसके साथ दरिंदगी की। युवती के मूत्र और शौच का रास्ता एक हो जाने के कारण युवती को करीब 1 महीने तक अस्पताल में भर्ती रहना पड़ा। डॉक्टरों को बारी-बारी से उसके कई ऑपरेशन करने पड़े। हालत यह है कि ढाई महीने बाद भी युवती घर पर बिस्तर पर पड़ी है।
आरोप है कि एक मामले में पुलिस ने युवती के भाई व मां को हिरासत में लिया था। उन्हें छोड़ने के नाम पर पुलिस ने युवती से रात 1 बजे दस्तावेज लाने को कहा था। युवती दस्तावेज लेकर घर से लौट रही थी तो ऑटो चालक ने उसे अगवा कर लिया और 2 साथियों के संग मिलकर उसके साथ गैंगरेप की घटना को अंजाम दिया था।
संगीन मामले में लापरवाही मिलने पर एसएसपी ने कार्रवाई की है। कविनगर पुलिस ने 31 मार्च की सुबह धोखाधड़ी के मामले में लालकुआं क्षेत्र निवासी युवक व उसके भाई को हिरासत में लिया था। युवक की 22 वर्षीय बहन मामले को गलत बताते हुए पुलिस से भाई व मां को छोड़ने की गुहार लगाती रही। रात करीब एक बजे पुलिस ने दोनों को छोड़ने की एवज में युवती से उसके भाई व मां के आधार कार्ड व अन्य दस्तावेज लाने को कहा।
युवती ने दस्तावेज सुबह लेकर आने की बात भी कही, लेकिन पुलिस ने दस्तावेज न लाने पर दोनों को सुबह जेल भेजने की धमकी दे डाली। मां व भाई को छुड़वाने के लिए युवती रात में ही घर पहुंची और वहां से दस्तावेज लेकर कविनगर थाने के लिए चल दी। रास्ते में उसने एक ऑटो पकड़ा। रात करीब डेढ़ बजे युवती को अकेला देख चालक उसे कविनगर थाने की बजाय ऑटो दादरी की तरफ मोड़ दिया। साथ ही उसने अपने 2 दोस्तों को भी फोन कर दिया।
तीनों आरोपियों ने 2 दिन तक युवती को बंधक बनाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। युवती के मोबाइल की लोकेशन मिलने के बाद पुलिस ने 2 मार्च को उसे बरामद कर ऑटो चालक रोहित गुर्जर व उसके साथियों भूपेंद्र व शिवम को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
पीड़ित परिजनों ने कविनगर पुलिस को घटना का जिम्मेदार बताते हुए जिले के पुलिस अधिकारियों से शिकायत की थी, लेकिन सिर्फ आश्वासन मिला। फिर परिजनों ने एडीजी मेरठ से न्याय की गुहार लगाई। एडीजी ने हापुड़ पुलिस को जांच सौंपी थी। जांच में कविनगर एसएचओ आनंद प्रकाश मिश्र और दरोगा इच्छाराम दोषी पाए गए। जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर दोनों को निलंबित कर दिया है।
14 दिन पहले सिहानी गेट थाने में भी छेड़छाड़ पीड़िता के मामले में भी पुलिस की लापरवाही सामने आई थी। 31 मई को छेड़छाड़ से तंग आकर दसवीं की छात्रा ने जहर खा लिया था। पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं की। लापरवाही के आरोप में एसएसपी ने सिहानी गेट एसएचओ सौरभ विक्रम सिंह, एसएसआई प्रभाकर सिंह तथा पुराना बस अड्डा चौकी इंचार्ज को सस्पेंड किया था।
एसएसपी मुनीराज ने कहा, ‘गैंगरेप के मामले में कविनगर पुलिस पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगा था। एडीजी ने आरोपों की जांच हापुड़ पुलिस को सौंपी थी। जांच में दोषी पाए जाने पर कविनगर एसएचओ तथा दरोगा को सस्पेंड किया है। साथ ही दोनों के खिलाफ विभागीय जांच के आदेश भी दिए गए हैं।’

Auto driver Rohit Gurjar, along with two of his companions, had tortured the girl in such a way that her soul trembled even after hearing it. The accused first gang-raped her in a deserted area and then took her to the house of the sister of one of the accused and also harassed her. Due to the passage of urine and defecation of the girl, the girl had to be hospitalized for about a month. The doctors had to perform several operations on him in turn. The condition is that even after two and a half months, the girl is lying on the bed at home.
It is alleged that in one case the police had taken the girl’s brother and mother into custody. In the name of releasing them, the police had asked the girl to bring the documents at 1 pm. When the girl was returning from home with documents, the auto driver kidnapped her and along with two accomplices had done the incident of gang-rape with her.
The SSP has taken action after finding negligence in a serious matter. On the morning of March 31, the Kavinagar police had detained a youth resident of Lalkuan area and his brother in connection with the fraud. The 22-year-old sister of the youth kept pleading with the police to release the brother and mother, saying the matter was wrong. At around one o’clock in the night, the police asked the girl to bring the Aadhar card and other documents of her brother and mother in lieu of releasing both of them.
The girl also talked about bringing the documents in the morning, but the police threatened to send them to jail in the morning if they did not bring the documents. To get the mother and brother released, the girl reached home in the night itself and took the documents from there and went to Kavinagar police station. On the way he caught an auto. Seeing the girl alone at around one and a half o’clock in the night, the driver diverted her towards auto Dadri instead of Kavinagar police station. Along with this, he also called two of his friends.
The three accused took the girl hostage and raped her for two days. After getting the location of the girl’s mobile, the police recovered her on March 2 and arrested auto driver Rohit Gurjar and his associates Bhupendra and Shivam.
The victim’s relatives had complained to the district police officials, blaming the Kavinagar police for the incident, but only got assurances. Then the family appealed to ADG Meerut for justice. The ADG handed over the investigation to Hapur police. In the investigation, Kavinagar SHO Anand Prakash Mishra and Inspector Ichharam were found guilty. Based on the inquiry report, both have been suspended.
14 days ago, the negligence of the police was also revealed in the case of molestation victim at Sihani Gate police station. On May 31, fed up with molestation, a class X student had consumed poison. The police did not register an FIR. The SSP had suspended Sihani Gate SHO Saurabh Vikram Singh, SSI Prabhakar Singh and Purana Bus Adda Outpost Incharge on charges of negligence.
SSP Muniraj said, ‘Kavinagar police was accused of negligence in the gangrape case. The ADG handed over the investigation of the allegations to the Hapur police. Kavinagar SHO and Inspector have been suspended after being found guilty in the investigation. Along with this, a departmental inquiry has also been ordered against both of them.
