शास्त्रों में कहा गया है “अति सर्वत्र वर्जयेत्” । अति हर चीज की बुरी होती है। आवश्यकता से ज्यादा होना दुष्परिणाम का कारण बनता है। तीव्रर गति बढृती जनसंख्याा के कारण आज विश्व संकट के दौर से गुजर रहा है। अनेक चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहा है।

इस धरती पर पैदा होने वाले हर इंसान को उत्तम जीवन चाहिए। यह सही भी है क्योंकि उसका अधिकाार भी है किंतु वर्तमान में स्थिति बहुत गंभीर है। दुनिया के सभी राष्ट्र ही नहीं बल्कि पूरीी दुनिया चिंतित है। इसी चिंता को लेकर 11 जुलाई 1987 कोो दुनिया में 500 करोड़ के बच्चे ने जन्म लिया तब यूनाइटेड नेशंस ने इस विश्व में विस्फोटक समस्या पर चिंता करते हुए 11 जुलाई 1989 से विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस के रूप में मनाने का फैसला लिया। तब से प्रतिवर्ष 11 जुलाई को विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।

दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा जनसंख्या चीन में है। इस चुनौती को स्वीकार करते हुए चीन ने सन 1979 में एक संतान की नीति को लागू किया था। उसे उसमें सफलता भी मिली और वह आगे भी बढ़ा। विश्व जनसंख्या में भारत दूसरे स्थान पर है। यह भारत के लिए चिंता का विषय है। आज भारत की आबादी विश्व जनसंख्या का 17. 7% है। बढृती जनसंख्या के कारण राष्ट्र अनेक चुनौतियों से जूझ रहा है।

कुछ लोगों की मान्यता है कि घर में ज्यादा लोग हो तो सहुलियत रहती है। घर में आमदनी बढृ जाती है।किंतु खर्च और चुनौतियां भी बढृ जाती है इस बात को भी हमें समझने की जरूरत है। कुछ लोगों का (अंधविश्वासीयों) मानना है कि संतान तो ऊपर वाला दे रहा है लेकिन एक संतान का सही रूप से पालन पोषण में राष्ट्र का कितना खर्चा होता है। कितना नुकसान उठाना पड़ता है इस बात को भी समझने की जरूरत है।

जनसंख्या में क्वांटिटी के बजाय क्वालिटी होनी चाहिए। धरती पर सिर्फ मनुष्य के रूप में पैदा होना ही सार्थकता नहीं है बल्कि एक आदर्श इंसान बनकर जीना ही बेहतर जीवन है। आज मानव अपनी मूलभूत आवश्यकता( रोटी, कपड़ा ,मकान, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य तथा रोजगार) की पूर्ति ही नहीं कर पा रहा है। राष्ट्र अपनी बेहतरीन नीतियां लागू करने में आज सक्षम नहीं है।

आज राष्ट्र को चिंता और चिंतन करने की आवश्यकता है। चीन की तरह “हम दो हमारा एक” के नारे को अपनाने की जरूरत है। इस कहावत को और मजबूत करने की जरूरत है “शेर का बच्चा एक ही अच्छा।”विश्व के सारे देश इस बात को गंभीरता से लें कि विश्व महामारी में ज्यादा जनसंख्या वाले देशों को जनधन की सर्वाधिक हानि हुई है। उनका इलाज, ऑक्सीजन की किल्लत को सबने देखा है।

विश्व का यह ताजा प्रमाण है। कम जनसंख्या हो तो राष्ट्र अपने प्रति व्यक्ति आय, रोजगार को बढ़ाने में सक्षम हो सकता है। गरीबी और बेकारी से हर जन को बचाने का संकल्प समाज राष्ट्र और विश्व लें। आज प्रति व्यक्ति आय में दिनोंदिन कमी होती जा रही है। राष्ट्र की ताकत मानी जाने वाली युवा पीढ़ी अपने रोजगार की चिंता में पीस रही है।

आज देश की आजादी के 75 साल बाद भी हम राष्ट्र को विकसित नहीं बना पाए। आज हमारा राष्ट्र वैश्विक भुखमरी में सूचकांक 2021 में 101वें स्थान पर है। बढृती जनसंख्या की वजह से अपराधों में कमी नहीं आ रही है। भारत में 1000 पुरुषों पर 944 महिलाएं है।

बताया जा रहा है। महिला पुरुष का भेद बना हुआ है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र के अनुसार 6 जुलाई 2022 को हमारे देश की जनसंख्या 1अरब 40 करोड़ 71लाख99हजार 129 हैं। सचमुच में यह आंकड़े डराने वाले हैं।राजस्थान राज्य की जितनी जनसंख्या है उतनी थाईलैंड देश की है। बताया जा रहा है कि 2021 में नवंबर में विश्व की जनसंख्या 7.9 अरब पहुंच गई हैं।

विश्व में सर्वाधिक जनसंख्या एशिया में निवास करती है।एशिया में विश्व की 36% जनसंख्या निवास करती है।माना जा रहा है कि प्रतिवर्ष दुनिया में 800 महिलाएं बच्चों को जन्म देते समय काल के ग्रास में समा जाती है। राष्ट्र आत्मनिर्भर तब बन सकता है जब उस राष्ट्र की आय एवं उत्पादन के अनुपात में जनसंख्या हो। प्रति व्यक्ति आय में वृद्धि हो। हर व्यक्ति के हाथ में काम हो।

आपदा और विपदा के समय व्यक्ति, समाज और राष्ट्र के पास उचित प्रबंध हो।तभी भारत जैसे राष्ट्र की सरकारी पंचवर्षीय योजना सफल हो सकती है। जब उसके बजट में प्रति व्यक्ति राष्ट्रीय आय में वृद्धि होगी, राष्ट्रीय उत्पादन और संसाधनों में उचित वृद्धि हो देश में पैदा होने वाले हर बच्चे को राष्ट्र संभालने में सक्षम हो व उचित जिम्मेदारी लेने में सक्षम हो तभी राष्ट्र आत्मनिर्भर बन सकता है।

आज राष्ट्र के विकास की शक्ति को बढृती जनसंख्या विरुद्ध कर रही है। बढृती जनसंख्या के कारण में महिला अशिक्षा, रूढ़िवादी धार्मिक सोच लोगों की मानसिकता यह भी है कि बुढ़ापे में बैठा ही सहारा होता है। वंश वृद्धि हेतु पुत्र होना आवश्यक है। ऐसी अनुचित धारणा से भी जनसंख्या वृद्धि हो रही है।

बुजुर्ग पीढ़ी युवा पीढ़ी को संदेश दे और संकल्प दिलाए कि एक संतान के बजाय ज्यादा संतान पैदा करने से व्यक्ति समाज और राष्ट्र को मुसीबतों का सामना करना पड़ता है। रात में करोड़ों तारे उदय होकर भी एक चांद का मुकाबला करने में सक्षम नहीं है।

Growing population has a deep crisis on the world

It is said in the scriptures “Ati Sarvatra Varjayet”. Too much of everything is bad. Excess of it leads to adverse effects. Today the world is going through a crisis due to the rapidly increasing population. is facing many challenges.

Every human being born on this earth wants a perfect life. This is also true because he also has a right, but at present the situation is very serious. Not only all the nations of the world but the whole world is worried. Due to this concern, on July 11, 1987, a child of 500 crores was born in the world, then the United Nations, worrying about the explosive problem in this world, decided to celebrate it as World Population Day from July 11, 1989. Since then every year 11 July is celebrated as World Population Day.

China has the largest population in the world. Accepting this challenge, China implemented the one-child policy in 1979. He also got success in that and he went ahead. India ranks second in the world population. This is a matter of concern for India. Today the population of India is 17.7% of the world population. The nation is facing many challenges due to the increasing population.

Some people believe that if there are more people in the house then there is convenience. Income in the house increases. But we also need to understand that the expenses and challenges also increase. Some people (superstitions) believe that the child is being given by the above, but how much does the nation spend in nurturing a child properly. There is also a need to understand how much loss has to be suffered.

Population should have quality rather than quantity. It is not only meaningful to be born as a human being on earth, but living as an ideal human being is a better life. Today man is not able to fulfill his basic needs (roti, clothes, house, education, health and employment). The nation is not capable of implementing its best policies today.

Today the nation needs to worry and think. There is a need to adopt the slogan of “Hum Do Hamara Ek” like China. There is a need to strengthen this saying “the lion’s child is only good.” All the countries of the world should take seriously the fact that the most populous countries have suffered the most in the world epidemic. Everyone has seen their treatment, lack of oxygen.

This is the latest proof of the world. If there is less population then the nation can be able to increase its per capita income, employment. The society, nation and the world should take a pledge to save every person from poverty and unemployment. Today the per capita income is decreasing day by day. The young generation, considered the strength of the nation, is grinding in worry about their employment.

Today, even after 75 years of the country’s independence, we could not make the nation developed. Today our nation is ranked 101st in the Index of Global Hunger 2021. Due to the increasing population, crime is not decreasing. There are 944 females per 1000 males in India.

At the time of calamity and calamity, the individual, society and nation should have proper management. Only then the government five year plan of a nation like India can be successful. When per capita national income will increase in its budget, there is a proper increase in national output and resources, every child born in the country is able to handle the nation and is able to take proper responsibility, only then the nation can become self-reliant.

Today, the increasing population is turning the power of the nation’s development against it. Due to the increasing population, women’s illiteracy, conservative religious thinking, people’s mentality is also that sitting in old age is the only support. It is necessary to have a son for the growth of the family. Population growth is also taking place due to such an unfair assumption.

The elderly generation should give a message to the younger generation and resolve that by producing more children instead of one child, the individual society and the nation have to face troubles. Even after rising millions of stars in the night, it is not able to compete with a single moon.
