महाऊर्जावान व्लादीमीर पुतिन ने कल (14 मई 2022) सीमावर्ती नन्हें गणराज्य फिनलैण्ड की बिजली कटवा दी। रुस की 15 करोड़ की आबादी के मुकाबले फिनलैण्ड केवल चालीस लाख वाला है। कानपुर से किंचित छोटा। भूभाग में भी। राजधानी हेलसिंकी को अंधेरा करने का कारण ? फिनलैण्ड ने पश्चिमी राष्ट्रों के सैन्य सुरक्षा संगठन नाटो की सदस्यता का निवेदन कर दिया था। यूक्रेन की भांति। सोवियत रुस के खिलाफ नाटो का अमेरिका ने (4 अप्रैल 1949) गठित किया था।
किन्तु 70—वर्षीय पुतिन के तात्कालिक रोष का आधार है उनके बारह अति अंतरंग सुहृदों पर ब्रिटेन द्वारा वैश्विक प्रतिबंध लगाना। इन में प्रमुख है : 36—वर्षीया छबीली महिला मित्र श्रीमती अलिना काबायेवा। वे सांसद हैं।
अलिना विख्यात अंतर्राष्ट्रीय जिमनास्ट (व्यायामी) हैं। दिखने में रूपसी हैं। लावण्यमी भी। डीलडौल में सौष्ठव, कदकाठी में चुंबकीयता भरपूर है। यूं पुतिन को अपने पुरुषत्व पर नाज है। अश्व से समता करते हैं। परदारागमन के कारण तीस वर्षों तक व्याहता रही 65—वर्षीया अर्धांगिनी लूडमिला ने अब तलाक दे दिया। उनकी दो बेटियां और दो नातिनें भी अलग हो गयीं। लुडमिला सोवियत सेना में अफसर थी, जब पुतिन सोवियत कम्युनिस्ट गुप्तचर एजेंसी में केजेबी में अफसर थे।
इन्हीं कारणों से पुतिन के अनुयायियों को भी अचरज होता है कि एक महिला मित्र के नाज नखरे उठाकर अपनी राष्ट्रीय और विदेशी नीतियों को रुसी राष्ट्रपति ने एक कनीज को क्यों निरुपित करने दिया? मतलब सारी कायनात एक तरफ, प्रेयसी दूसरी तरफ? क्या मजबूरियां हैं ? लौकिक या फितरती ?
तो आखिर है कौन ये अलिना? ब्रिटेन का दावा है कि पुतिन के आंतरिक गिरोह के लोग रुस में अपने सरकारी पदों के माध्यम से राजकोष को अंधाधुंध लूट रहे हैं। राष्ट्रपति की जीवन शैली भी अंतिम रोमानोव सम्राट जार निकोलस एलेक्जेंड्रोव द्वितीय जैसी हो गयी, जिसे व्लादीमीर लेनिन ने 7 जुलाई 1918 को नेस्तनाबूद कर दिया था। भूलोक (क्रेमलिन) में सर्वप्रथम मजदूर—किसान का राज कायम कर दिया था। ब्रिटिश विदेश सचिव एलिजाबेथ ट्रुस ने लंदन में बताया कि अब तक एक हजार व्यक्तियों ने सौ रुसी धनपशु से मिलकर, 140 अरब डाल की संम्पत्ति लूटी है। यह सब यूक्रेन पर हमला बोलने की बेला पर हुआ था। युद्ध की अपरिहार्यता थी कि रुसी लुटेरों को बचाया जाये।
तो मूल मुद्दा है कि आखिर यह अलिना काबायेवा है क्या बला ? नायिका है अथवा खलनायिका ? वह उजेबेकी तातार इस्लामी नस्ल की मध्यपूर्व में सोवियत रुस की तुर्कीभाषी है। खेलों की महिला के नाम से मशहूर अलिना जिमनास्टिक्स क्षेत्र में दो बार ओलम्पिक पदक, 14 दफे विश्व चैम्पियन पदक, 21 यूरोपियन पदक जीत चुकी है। यह अपने में अद्भुत कीर्तिमान है। हालांकि 2001 में उन्हें फुरोसेमाइड नामक ड्रग खाने के आरोप में खेल प्रतिस्पर्धा से दो वर्षों के लिये निलंबित कर दिया गया था। रुस की शोची स्थल में नामक शीतकालीन ओलम्पिक (2014) में उनके राष्ट्रपति पुतिन से रिश्ते जगजाहिर हुये। वह दर्शक था, प्रशंसक बना, फिर आशिक।
अलिना ने पुतिन की चार संतानें पैदा की, यह आरोप 2001 में लगा था। आत्म रक्षार्थ वे स्विट्जरलैण्ड की पर्वश्रृंखलाओं में अज्ञातवास में चलीं गयीं। कारण यही था कि पुतिन चाहकर भी उनसे शादी नहीं रचा पाये।
खेल से उठकर मीडिया जगत की बड़ी मालकिन अलिना बन गयीं। दैनिक ”इजवेत्सिया” (सेना का समाचारपत्र) 2007 से सात साल में फिर चैनल—वन, रेन टीवी को मिलाकर, उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय मीडिया ग्रुप स्थापित किया तथा स्वयं अध्यक्षा बनीं। अरबपति रुसी विज्ञान अकादमी का पुनर्गठन करा कर अलिना ने अमेरिका द्वारा अनाथ रुसी बच्चों को गोद लेना, अवैध वेबसाइट, समलैंगिकता आदि पर कड़ा कदम उठया, प्रतिबंध लगाया। कापी राइट क्षेत्र में फर्जीवाड़ा आदि को रोका।
अलिना को दण्डित करने के मसले पर भी मास्कों में मत सदैव विभाजित रहा। रुसी विपक्ष नेता एलेक्सी नवलर्ना के सलाहकार जार्जी उलबुरोव की मान्यता है कि रुस को युद्धरत करने के लिये अलिना को सजा मिले। दैनिक ”मास्कोव्स्की करस्पांडेंट” को 2008 में बंद कर दिया गया था, क्योंकि उसने छापा था कि पुतिन द्वारा पत्नी लुडमला को अलिना से इश्क के कारण तलाक लेना पड़ा। उनके ओलम्पिक पदक छीन लेने का प्रस्ताव भी आया था।
यूक्रेन युद्ध से अलिना की रुचि सीधी और गहरी रही। उनका मीडिया समूह यूक्रेन पर रुसी हमले का विस्तार से प्रचार करता रहा। फिर भी अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जोए बिडेन अलिना पर प्रतिबंध का विरोध करते रहै। खौफ हुआ कि आक्रोशित होकर पुतिन कहीं यूक्रेन पर आक्रमण में अधिक क्रूर तथा निर्दयी न हो जायें। हालांकि रुसी आर्थोडक्स चर्च अलिना का पक्षधर रहा।
अलिना विलक्षण व्यक्ति निश्चित ही है। उसके बाल्काल की क्रीड़ा शिक्षिका श्रीमती इरीना वाइनर बताती है कि अलिना चार वर्ष की उम्र में करिश्माई जिमनास्ट रहीं। उनके शरीर में दो विशिष्टतायें थीं। अंगीय लचीलापन तथा शरीरिक फुर्तीलापन। उन्हें रुस की श्रेष्ठतम लचकदार खिलाड़ी कहा गया था।
कुछ रुसियों ने अलिना की तुलना इवा ब्राउन से की जिससे एडोल्फ हिटलर ने आत्महत्या के चन्द घंटे पूर्व ही शादी कर ली थी। तब हिटलर के भूमिगत बर्लिन बंकर के स्टालिन की सेना पहुंच गयी थी। हाल ही में करीब साठ हजार रुसी नागरिकों ने एक ज्ञापन पर दस्तखत किये कि हिटलर और उसकी संगिनी ईवा ब्राउन की भांति इन्हें भी मरने पर विवश किया गया। पुतिन तथा अलिना के साथ भी ऐसा ही हो। चाहकर भी अमेरिका—ब्रिटेन ऐसा नहीं कर पायेंगे क्योंकि रुसी धनपति जन अलिना के पक्षधर हैं। पुतिन जैसे हिमायती तथा साथी तो तनमन से हैं ही !!

The great energy Vladimir Putin yesterday (14 May 2022) cut off electricity in the border small Republic of Finland. Finland is only about four million against Russia’s population of 15 crore.
