Uproar on the pretext of lions, symbol of panic of opposition

(Is it right to make the emblem of India a political issue? If I ask my personal opinion, it is a very good thing to show the open mouth of lions. These lions are our national emblem. Peace is in our soul but in the changing times, forward movement It is also very important to show because in today’s political and powerful era we cannot remain only as messengers of peace. We are surrounded by enemies all around, so it is very important to show the nation’s progress. It can also be a symbol of India’s aggressive foreign policy so that the enemy thinks a thousand times before looking at this country.)

The Ashoka Pillar was constitutionally adopted by the Government of India as a national emblem on 26 January 1950. It is considered the biggest symbol of governance, culture and peace. But you will be surprised to know that hundreds of years of long history is hidden behind its adoption and to understand it, you have to walk in the period of 273 BC. When India was ruled by Ashoka, the third ruler of the Maurya dynasty. This was the period when Ashoka was considered a cruel ruler.

But seeing the terrible massacre in the Kalinga war, Chakravarti Emperor Ashoka was very shocked and left the palace and went to the refuge of Buddhism. For the propagation of Buddhism, Emperor Ashoka got the Ashoka pillars erected across the country in the form of lions roaring in all four directions. The symbol of lion is considered to be a symbol of the great human Lord Gautam Buddha, synonymous with the inclusion of lions. The name Narasimha is mentioned only in the 100 names of Buddhists.

Apart from this, the Dhamma preaching of Lord Gautam Buddha given in Sarnath is also called lion roar, hence the importance of lions was given to the propagation of Buddhism. This is the reason why Emperor Ashoka built a similar pillar in Sarnath which is called Ashoka Pillar and this was adopted as a national symbol after India’s independence.

There is also a strange fact related to Ashoka Pillar that despite showing 4 lions in it, three lions are seen in it. Due to the circular shape, only three lions are visible in it when viewed from any direction. Not only this, the figure of a bull and a horse has also been made below it. Other animals displayed on the pillar are horses, bulls, elephants and lions.

At present, there is a fierce ruckus between the ruling government and the opposition regarding the national symbol. The opposition is accusing the ruling government of what you have done; About our national emblem? What kind of national emblem was this put up? The ruling government over our new parliament?

Recently a replica like Ashoka Pillar has been installed on the roof of our new Parliament House. The government says that if the Parliament belongs to India, then the emblem of India will be on it and it is the same symbol which was adopted while making the constitution. Similarly, four lions and animals have been made in this insignia.

But the opposition says that the lion shown in our old emblem is very calm. And now the newly created lion is looking very angry and it is showing the face of BJP which is a violation of the constitution.

The opposition has made 3 allegations; The first is that the insignia should have been inaugurated by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha or our Honorable President. Its inauguration by the Prime Minister of the ruling party shows his publicity. His second allegation is that the worship was done through Hindu rituals to establish this new national symbol, which is against the secularism principles of India.

India is a secular country and the government violated the rules of the constitution by conducting worship through Hindu rituals. The third allegation of the opposition is that members of any other political party were not invited to the event.

The opposition also alleges that these lions are actually showing the BJP’s advance by not showing the emblem of India. He says that the peace loving lions of India are now looking to spread hatred in the country. There is a sense of gentleness on the face of the original and on the face of the copy of the original work made in the nectar period, there is a sense of man-eating tendency to swallow everything of man, ancestors and country. Each symbol represents the inner thinking of the human being. Human beings show the common man with symbols that what is his nature.

The opposition called him from peace-loving to man-eater. Is it right to make the emblem of India a political issue? If I ask my personal opinion, it is a very good thing to show the open mouth of lions. These lions are our national symbol. Peace resides in our soul, but in the changing times, it is also very important to show progress.

Because in today’s political era, we cannot remain only as messengers of peace. We are surrounded by enemies all around, so it is very important to show the nation’s progress. It can also be a symbol of India’s aggressive foreign policy so that the enemy thinks a thousand times before looking at this country.

It is totally wrong to associate the ideology of a political party with the national symbols and this is the wrong perception of the opposition. Sunil Devde, who created this symbol, has clearly said that there has been no interference of any political party in making this symbol, nor has any party given the contract to make it. Cast on top of the central foyer of the new Parliament building, the 6.5-metre-high national emblem is made of bronze, and weighs 9,500 kg.

A supporting structure of steel weighing about 6,500 kg has been constructed to support the emblem. The building, which is the main attraction of the Central Vista project, is being constructed by Tata Projects. The designers of the sculpture claim attention has been paid to every detail. The character of the lion is the same. There may be very minor differences, people may have different interpretations. It is a large statue and photographs taken from different angles can give different impressions. Their mouths are open in the original, just as they are on the new Parliament.

National symbols represent the whole country, even if the lions are shown aggressive in it, what went wrong? It is not that these lions will eat the person in front. An emblem is “a symbolic object as a unique insignia of a nation, organization, or family”. The national emblem of a nation is a seal that is set for official purposes and commands the highest admiration and loyalty.

For a nation, it is a symbol of power and the foundation of its constitutional values. The words Satyameva Jayate from the Mundaka Upanishad, meaning ‘Truth alone triumphs’, are inscribed under the abacus in Devanagari script; Now not the political parties but the entire people of India will decide. Is this ruckus on the pretext of lions, a symbol of the terror of the opposition?
