पटना | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | सहारा इंडिया के प्रमुख सुब्रत राय की मुश्किलें बढ़ती नजर आ रही है। सहारा कंपनी ने कई स्कीम में हजारों उपभोक्ताओं से निवेश के नाम पर पैसा जमा करवाया था लेकिन अवधि पूरी होने के बाद भी पैसे नहीं लौटाए। इस मामले में 2000 से ज्यादा लोगों ने पटना हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी।

दरअसल, शुक्रवार को पटना हाईकोर्ट उनके खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वॉरंट जारी कर दिया है। कोर्ट में निवेशकों का पैसा नहीं लौटाने के मामले में बीते गुरुवार को सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस संदीप कुमार ने अंतरिम आवेदन को खारिज कर दिया।

उन्हें आज 10:30 बजे कोर्ट में पेश होने को कहा गया था। साथ ही कोर्ट ने पहले ही ये साफ कर दिया था कि अगर वह नहीं आए तो फिर उनकी गिरफ्तारी का वारंट जारी किया जाएगा लेकिन आज भी वो नहीं पहुंचे। अब इस मामले में 16 मई को फिर से सुनवाई होगी।

He was asked to appear in the court today at 10:30. Also, the court had already made it clear that if he did not come, then a warrant for his arrest would be issued, but even today he did not reach. Now the matter will be heard again on May 16.
