जिला न्यायाधीश संजीव कुमार अग्रवाल ने आदेश में कहा कि कुछ सामग्री पवित्र पुस्तकों कुरान और हदीस में दी गई शिक्षा के समान होने के लिए बाध्य हैं और इस्लाम धर्म से संबंधित अन्य धार्मिक पाठ सभी पुस्तकों में समान होने के लिए बाध्य हैं, जो इस्लाम पर पढ़ाने के बारे में हैं।

दावा किया गया कि मौलवी अब्दुल अजीज किताबों की ‘इस्लामी तालीमत’ श्रृंखला नामक साहित्यिक कृति के मालिक और लेखक हैं। उन्होंने बिना शर्त कंपनी को अपना कॉपीराइट सौंपा था और विचार के खिलाफ काम की पांडुलिपि भी सौंप दी थी।
