नई दिल्ली | [ गैजेट्स बुलेटिन] | WhatsApp में बड़ा अपडेट आने वाला है। यह अपडेट वॉट्सऐप के View Once फीचर से जुड़ा है। इस फीचर के आने के बाद व्यू वन्स इनेबल करके भेजे गए मेसेजेस (फोटो/वीडियो) का स्क्रीनशॉट नहीं लिया जा सकेगा। कंपनी ने व्यू वन्स को जब रोलआउट किया था, तब इस पर काफी सवाल उठे थे। इसकी वजह थी कि जिस मकसद के लिए इस फीचर को लाया गया था, वह पूरा नहीं हो रहा था।
इस फीचर को इनेबल करके भेजे गए मेसेज देखे जाने के बाद रिसीवर के चैट से गायब हो जाते हैं। हालांकि, इसमें बड़ी खामी यह है कि इसका स्क्रीनशॉट लिया जा सकता है। अब कंपनी ने इसमें सुधार करते हुए स्क्रीनशॉट को ब्लॉक करने की तैयारी कर रही है। इस फीचर के अलावा कंपनी Leave Group Silently फीचर भी लाने वाली है।
जल्द रोलआउट होगा स्क्रीनशॉट ब्लॉक वाला फीचर
वॉट्सऐप ने कन्फर्म कर दिया है कि वह व्यू वन्स फीचर में स्क्रीनशॉट ब्लॉक करने के फीचर की टेस्टिंग कर रहा है। कंपनी ने यह भी कहा कि इसे जल्द ही ग्लोबल यूजर्स के लिए रोलआउट कर दिया जाएगा। उम्मीद की जा रही है कि इस फीचर के आने से यूजर बेझिझक व्यू वन्स फीचर का इस्तेमाल कर सकेंगे। कंपनी ने व्यू वन्स फीचर को iOS के साथ ही ऐंड्रॉयड यूजर्स के लिए रोलआउट किया था।
हाइड कर सकेंगे अपना ऑनलाइन स्टेटस
वॉट्सऐप ने यूजर्स के लिए एक और नए प्राइवेसी फीचर का ऐलान किया है। यह यूजर्स को ऑनलाइन स्टेटस को हाइड करने की सुविधा देगा। यह फीचर उसी तरह काम करता है, जैसे लास्ट सीन, प्रोफाइल फोटो और स्टेटस को खास कॉन्टैक्ट्स से हाइड किया जाता है। ऑनलाइन स्टेटस और लास्ट सीन को हाइड करने के ऑप्शन को वॉट्सऐप सेटिंग्स के अकाउंट सेक्शन में दिए गए प्राइवेसी में जाकर ऐक्सेस किया जा सकेगा।
लास्ट सीन सेक्शन में यूजर्स को Everyone, My Contacts, My Contacts Except और Nobody का ऑप्शन मिलेगा। वहीं, ऑनलाइन स्टेटस सेक्शन में कंपनी Everyone और Same as last seen का ऑप्शन देने वाली है।
ऐसे में अगर आप वॉट्सऐप पर अपना ऑनलाइन स्टेटस किसी को दिखाना नहीं चाहते, तो आपको लास्ट सीन सेक्शन में Nobody और ऑनलाइन स्टेटस में Same as last seen का ऑप्शन सेलेक्ट करना होगा। कंपनी ने कहा कि इस फीचर को अगस्त के आखिर तक रोलआउट करना शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
चुपचाप छोड़ें ग्रुप, किसी को नहीं चलेगा पता
वॉट्सऐप इस महीने के आखिर तक Leave Group Silently फीचर भी रोलआउट करना शुरू कर देगा। इस फीचर के आने के बाद आप अनचाहे ग्रुप चैट को चुपचाप छोड़ सकेंगे और किसी भी मेंबर को इसका पता भी नहीं चलेगा। ग्रुप का कौन सा मेंबर एग्जिट हो रहा है, इसकी जानकारी केवल ग्रुप ऐडमिन को ही होगी।

Hide your online status
WhatsApp has announced another new privacy feature for users. This will allow users to hide online status. This feature works in the same way as hiding last seen, profile photo and status of specific contacts. The option to hide online status and last seen can be accessed by going to the privacy section of the account section of WhatsApp settings.
In the Last Seen section, users will get the option of Everyone, My Contacts, My Contacts Except and Nobody. At the same time, in the online status section, the company is going to give the option of Everyone and Same as last seen.
In such a situation, if you do not want to show your online status on WhatsApp, then you have to select the option of Nobody in the last seen section and Same as last seen in the online status. The company said that this feature will start rolling out by the end of August.

WhatsApp will also start rolling out the Leave Group Silently feature by the end of this month. With the introduction of this feature, you will be able to leave unwanted group chats silently and no member will even know about it. Only the group admin will be aware of which group member is exiting.
