नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | खबर है कि भारत चीन को एक और झटका देने की तैयारी में है। भारत चीन के 300 से ज्यादा ऐप पहले ही बैन कर चुका है। अब कुछ फोन भारत में बैन हो सकते हैं। दरअसल भारत अपने लड़खड़ाते घरेलू उद्योग को रफ्तार देना चाहता है। इसके लिए वह चीनी स्मार्टफोन निर्माताओं को 12,000 रुपये ($150) से कम कीमत वाले फोन बेचने से प्रतिबंधित करना चाहता है। ब्लूमबर्ग की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, भारत चाहता है कि 12 हजार रुपये से कम कीमत वाले चीनी कंपनियों के फोन बैन कर दिए जाएं। अगर ऐसा होता है तो Xiaomi Corp सहित कई ब्रांडों को बड़ा झटका लगेगा।

क्यों चीनी फोन बैन करना चाहता है भारत?
बता दें कि चीन के बाद भारत दुनिया का दूसरा सबसे बड़े मोबाइल बाजार है। मामले से परिचित लोगों के अनुसार, 12 हजार से कम कीमत के चीनी फोन को बैन करने का उद्देश्य भारतीय फोन बाजार के निचले हिस्से से चीनी दिग्गजों को बाहर निकालना है। भारतीय मोबाइल मार्केट के निचले हिस्से पर रियलमी और ट्रांससियन (Tecno, Itel, and Infinix) जैसे चीनी ब्रांडों की पकड़ है।
चीनी बाजार ठप, भारत पर भरोसा
भारत के एंट्री-लेवल मार्केट में अगर चीनी मोबाइल फोन पर बैन लगता है तो Xiaomi जैसे चीनी ब्राडों को तगड़ा झटका लगेगा। इन चीनी ब्रांडों ने हाल के वर्षों में अपनी ग्रोथ को बनाए रखने के लिए भारत पर तेजी से भरोसा किया है। ऐसा इसलिए भी है क्योंकि चीन में एक के बाद एक कठोर कोविड-19 लॉकडाउन ने उनके घरेलू बाजार को पूरी तरह से ठप्प कर दिया।
मार्केट ट्रैकर काउंटरप्वाइंट के अनुसार, 150 डॉलर से कम के स्मार्टफोन ने जून 2022 के तिमाही के लिए भारत की बिक्री की मात्रा में एक तिहाई का योगदान दिया है। जिसमें चीनी कंपनियों की हिस्सेदारी 80 प्रतिशत रही। आसान शब्दों में कहें तो 2022 की दूसरी तिमाही में भारत में जितने फोन बिके हैं उनमें से एक तिहाई फोन 12 हजार रुपये की कीमत तक के थे। इसमें भी 80 फीसदी चीनी कंपनियों के फोन थे।
कई पर पहले से ही चल रही है जांच
भारत पहले से ही देश में काम कर रही चीनी फर्मों, जैसे कि Xiaomi और प्रतिद्वंद्वियों Oppo और Vivo, के ऊपर जांच कर रही है। इन कंपनियों पर टैक्स की चोरी और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के आरोप लगे हैं। सरकार ने पहले हुआवेई टेक्नोलॉजीज कंपनी और जेडटीई कॉर्प दूरसंचार उपकरणों पर बैन लगाने के लिए अनौपचारिक साधनों का इस्तेमाल किया है। हालांकि चीनी नेटवर्किंग गियर को प्रतिबंधित करने वाली कोई आधिकारिक नीति नहीं है।
हॉन्ग कॉन्ग में सोमवार को कारोबार के आखिरी मिनट में शाओमी के शेयरों में गिरावट दर्ज की गई। इसके शेयर 3.6% तक गिर गए। इस वर्ष कंपनी के शेयर 35% से भी ज्यादा गिर चुके हैं। हालांकि मामलों से परिचित लोगों ने कहा कि यह स्पष्ट नहीं है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार चीनी कंपनियों को अपनी प्राथमिकता बताने के लिए किसी भी नीति की घोषणा करेगी या अनौपचारिक चैनलों का इस्तेमाल कर इसकी घोषणा करेगी।
अगर सरकार इस कदम के साथ आगे बढ़ती है तो यह पहला मौका नहीं होगा जब चीनी कंपनियों पर नकेल कसी जाएगी। लद्दाख में हुए चीन के साथ विवाद में भारत के कुछ सैनिकों की मौत के बाद भारत ने टिकटॉक सहित 300 से अधिक ऐप्स पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था।

Why India wants to ban Chinese phones?
