सिरोही | [राजस्थान बुलेटिन] | सिरोही जिले में शिक्षा विभाग में लम्बित प्रकरणों पर शिक्षा अधिकारियों एवं जिला कलेक्टर द्वारा जांच के निर्देश के बावजूद जांच नहीं करने के दोषियों कार्रवाई में विलम्ब होने से राजस्थान शिक्षक संघ (प्रगतिशील) में भारी आक्रोश है। पीड़ित को राहत देने की दिशा में शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों द्वारा कोई कदम नहीं उठाने पर जिला कलेक्टर डॉ.भंवरलाल के समक्ष राजस्थान शिक्षक संघ (प्रगतिशील) के मुख्य महामंत्री धर्मेन्द्र गहलोत के नेतृत्व में प्रतिनिधि मण्डल ने नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए ज्ञापन सौंपकर कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है।

मीडिया प्रभारी गुरुदीन वर्मा ने www.onlinebulletin.in को बताया कि संघ के प्रदेश मुख्य महामंत्री धर्मेन्द्र गहलोत द्वारा जिला कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन देकर बताया कि सिरोही जिले में शिक्षा विभाग में विभिन्न लम्बित प्रकरणों पर गम्भीरतापूर्वक विचार कर दोषी अधिकारियों के विरूद्ध दोष प्रमाणित होने के बावजूद कार्रवाई नहीं होने पर नाराजगी प्रकट की।

जिसमें महिला शिक्षक सरोज धारू अध्यापिका राउमावि मुदरला- आबुरोड का प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा अकारण वेतन व वेतनवृद्धि रोकने के दोषी पीईईओ कम प्रधानाचार्य राउमावि मुदरला पंचायत समिति आबुरोड जिला सिरोही के विरू़द्ध तत्काल प्रभाव से कठोर दण्ड की कार्रवाई हेतु प्रस्ताव निदेशक माध्यमिक शिक्षा बीकानेर को भेजने के बावजूद कार्रवाई नहीं होने एवं सरोज धारू को रोके गये वेतन व वेतनवृद्धि नहीं देने, पीड़ित शिक्षक सत्यनारायण बैरवा, रा.प्रा.वि.,बुबरियाफली (मुंगथला) आबूरोड़ एवं उनकी शिक्षिका पत्नी सविता बैरवा रा.उ.प्रा.वि. कुई (खड़ात) आबूरोड़ के 15 सितम्बर 2019 से 23 दिसम्बर 2019 तक लगभग 100 दिनों का मासिक वेतन का भुगतान देने के संदर्भ में राज्य सरकार के निर्देश पर हुई जांच के बावजूद पीड़ित दम्पति को राहत नहीं देने, प्रधानाध्यापक रामावि तरतौली एवं आहरण वितरण अधिकारी रामावि गांधीनगर-आबुरोड द्वारा निरीक्षण के नाम 11 फरवरी 2022 को गांधीनगर विद्यालय के समस्त शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाओं को समय से पूर्व प्रातः 9.55 बजे उपस्थिति के बावजूद दिये गये कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी कर हस्ताक्षर पर कांट-छांटकर आधे दिन के आकस्मिक अवकाश काटने पर प्रधानाध्यापक के विरूद्ध जांच के निर्देश के बावजूद कार्रवाई नहीं कर बेवजह दिये गये नोटिस एवं आधे दिन के अवकाश को अपास्त नहीं करने, प्रधानाचार्य राउमावि मुंगथला-आबुरोड एवं प्रधानाचार्य राउमावि खडात-आबुरोड द्वारा शिक्षक दम्पति की सेवा पुस्तिका एवं सेवा अभिलेख को खराब करने पर इनके विरूद्ध विभागीय स्तर पर मुकदमा दर्ज करवाकर कार्रवाई नहीं करने, हजारीलाल वर्मा व.अ. राउमावि मावल आबुरोड को प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा विधि विरूद्ध दिये गये 17 सीसीए के नोटिस को अपास्त कर प्रधानाचार्य मावल आबुरोड के विरूद्ध कठोर दण्डात्मक कार्रवाई करने, सविता बैरवा अध्यापिका रामावि गांधीनगर आबुरोड द्वारा संस्था प्रधान से मांगी गई सेवा पुस्तिका की प्रमाणित प्रति नहीं देने, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा सिरोही के आदेशानुसार सविता बैरवा अध्यापिका रामावि गांधीनगर-आबुरोड के चिकित्सा अवकाश स्वीकृति के बावजूद प्रधानाचार्य खडात द्वारा वेतन भुगतान करने में 8 माह के विलम्ब पर सीसीए नियमों में प्रधानाचार्य के विरूद्ध कार्रवाई करवाकर पीड़ित को वेतन भुगतान करने, सत्यनारायण बैरवा अध्यापक राउमावि चण्डेला-आबुरोड के चिकित्सा अवकाश स्वीकृति के बावजूद प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा वेतन भुगतान करने में 8 माह के विलम्ब पर सीसीए नियमों में प्रधानाचार्य के विरूद्ध कार्रवाई करवाकर पीड़ित को वेतन भुगतान करने सहित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई नहीं होने पर संगठन द्वारा आंदोलन किया जायेगा।

जिला कलेक्टर ने संगठन को आश्वस्त किया कि संगठन द्वारा दिए गए ज्ञापन के बिन्दुओं की शिक्षा अधिकारियों से रिपोर्ट मांग कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। प्रतिनिधि मण्डल में प्रदेश महामंत्री डॉ.हनवन्तसिंह मेडतिया, जिलाध्यक्ष देवेश खत्री, रघुनाथ मीणा, प्रवीण मीणा, रफीक खान सहित अनेक शिक्षक उपस्थित थे।
