नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | देश में चल रहे मंदिर-मस्जिद विवाद के बीच सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका दायर की गई है। जनहित याचिका में 100 साल से अधिक पुरानी प्रमुख मस्जिदों के तालाबों और कुओं से वुजू को स्थानांतरित करने के लिए निर्देश देने की भी मांग की गई है। वुजू एक इस्लामी प्रक्रिया है जिसे मस्जिदों में प्रवेश से पहले शरीर के अंगों को साफ करने के लिए अपनाई जाती है।
इस याचिका में सुप्रीम कोर्ट से मांग की गई है कि वो देश की 100 साल से अधिक प्राचीन और प्रमुख मस्जिदों की भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण विभाग के जरिए एक गोपनीय सर्वे कराने का निर्देश दे।
इन्होंने दायर की है कोर्ट में याचिका
जनहित याचिका में कहा गया है कि ऐसी मस्जिदों का गोपनीय सर्वेक्षण किया जा सकता है ताकि वहां से यदि कोई अवशेष मिले तो अनावश्यक सांप्रदायिक तनाव और धार्मिक भावनाओं को आहत करने से बचा जा सकता है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में यह जनहित याचिका अधिवक्ता शुभम अवस्थी की ओर से अधिवक्ता विवेक नारायण शर्मा के जरिए दायर की गई है।
वहीं, सप्त ऋषि मिश्रा ने गोपनीय सर्वे होने और रिपोर्ट जमा किए जाने तक विवादित संपत्तियों को किसी भी पक्ष या उनके हस्तक्षेप से मुक्त रखने के लिए दिशा-निर्देश जारी करने की मांग की है।
कोर्ट में दायर जनहित याचिका में प्रतिवादियों को सभी प्राचीन और प्रमुख मस्जिदों पर सर्वे करने के निर्देश देने की मांग की गई है जो 100 साल से अधिक पुरानी है और महाभारत, रामायण, पुराणों, वेदों और उपनिषदों में उपस्थिति के कारण विवादों में हैं।

New Delhi | [Court Bulletin] | A PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court amid the ongoing temple-mosque dispute in the country. The PIL has also sought a direction to shift Wuzu from the ponds and wells of major mosques that are more than 100 years old. Wudu is an Islamic process that is followed to clean the body parts before entering the mosques.
In this petition, the Supreme Court has been demanded to direct a confidential survey of more than 100 years old and prominent mosques of the country through the Archaeological Survey of India.
He has filed a petition in the court
The PIL has said that a confidential survey of such mosques can be done so that unnecessary communal tension and hurting religious sentiments can be avoided if any remains are found from there. This PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of Advocate Shubham Awasthi through Advocate Vivek Narayan Sharma.
At the same time, Sapta Rishi Mishra has demanded the issuance of guidelines to keep the disputed properties free from any party or their interference till a confidential survey is conducted and the report is submitted.
The PIL filed in the court has sought directions to the respondents to conduct a survey on all ancient and prominent mosques which are more than 100 years old and are in dispute due to their presence in Mahabharata, Ramayana, Puranas, Vedas and Upanishads.
