प्रयागराज | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | उत्तर प्रदेश के 2 अपर जिला एवं 1सत्र न्यायाधीशों व 1 विशेष न्यायाधीश अनुसूचित जाति जनजाति कानून को कदाचार के आरोप का इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने दोषी करार दिया है। इन्हें बर्खास्त करने की राज्यपाल को संस्तुति भेजी है।
सूत्र बताते हैं कि 5 न्यायिक अधिकारियों के खिलाफ शिकायतों की जांच की गई। जिसमें से 2 के खिलाफ पुख्ता सबूत नहीं मिलने के कारण बरी कर दिया गया। 3 न्यायिक अधिकारियों को कदाचार का दोषी करार देते हुए बर्खास्त करने की संस्तुति की गई है।
बर्खास्त होने वाले अधिकारियों में बदायूं से 11 जुलाई 2015 से निलंबित अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश अशोक कुमार सिंह, बलिया से निलंबित अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश हिमांशु भटनागर तथा सिद्धार्थनगर के विशेष न्यायाधीश अनुसूचित जाति जनजाति अधिनियम डॉ. राकेश कुमार जैन को बर्खास्त करने की संस्तुति की गई है।
राज्यपाल से कभी भी इसकी मंजूरी मिल सकती है।
