आगरा | [उत्तर प्रदेश बुलेटिन] | राज्य के आगरा में शादी का जो किस्सा सामने आया है उसने सभी को हैरान और परेशान कर दिया। फतेहाबाद मार्ग स्थित होटल ताज इन में रक्षेंद्र बारात लेकर पहुंचा था। जयमाला हो चुकी थी। फेरों से पहले पुलिस ने उसे पकड़ लिया। दूल्हा-दुल्हन का जयमाला कार्यक्रम हो चुका था। लड़की और लड़का पक्ष वाले अब 7 फेरों की तैयारी कर रहे थे, लेकिन तभी कुछ ऐसा हुआ तक बाजी पूरी तरह से पलट गई।

पहली पत्नी से तलाक लिए बिना वह दूसरी शादी रचा रहा था। यह देख दुल्हन के घरवालों ने भी हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। आनन-फानन में देवर से उसकी शादी कराई गई। दूसरी शादी करने पहले दूल्हे को हवालात में रात गुजारनी पड़ी। पुलिस ने शुक्रवार को शांतिभंग में उसका चालान किया।

नगला मंशा (ताजगंज) निवासी रक्षेंद्र मोबाइल व्यापारी है। उसकी पहली शादी 16 फरवरी 2012 को चोर नगरिया निवासी रेखा के साथ हुई थी। एक बेटी भी है। ससुराल में उत्पीड़न से परेशान होकर 25 अक्तूबर 2017 को रेखा ने महिला थाने में रक्षेंद्र के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करा दिया। मुकदमा कोट में विचाराधीन है।

रेखा ने भरण पोषण का एक मुकदमा दिल्ली कोर्ट में डाला। दोनों का अभी तलाक नहीं हुआ है। रेखा के भाई जगवीर ने बताया कि गुरुवार को उन्हें सूचना मिली कि रक्षेंद्र बिना तलाक लिए दूसरी शादी रचा रहा है। होटल ताज इन में बारात लेकर आया है। लड़की वाले लकावली के हैं।

जानकारी होने पर रात 11 बजे वे होटल पहुंचे। जयमाला हो चुकी थी। रक्षेंद्र सेहरा पहने हुए मंडप पर बैठा था। फेरों की तैयारियां चल रही थीं। यह देख उन्होंने दुल्हन के घरवालों को हकीकत बताई। 112 नंबर पर सूचना देकर पुलिस को बुला लिया। पुलिस ने मौके पर आकर रक्षेंद्र से तलाक के प्रमाण मांगे। उसके पास कोई जवाब नहीं था। पुलिस ने उसे हिरासत में ले लिया। ताजगंज थाने लेकर आई। हवालात में बंद कर दिया।

वहीं दूसरी तरफ दुल्हन के घरवालों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। लड़के वालों से कहा कि वे भी धोखाधड़ी का मुकदमा लिखाएंगे। मामला बिगड़ता देख आनन-फानन में रक्षेंद्र के भाई मोहित को दूल्हा बनाया गया। उसकी शादी कराई गई। रक्षेंद्र को सुबह पता चला कि जिससे वह शादी करने वाला पहुंचा था। अब उसका जेठ बन गया है।
