नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | देश की तीनों सेनाओं के लिए केंद्र सरकार की ओर से शुरू की गई अग्निपथ योजना का भारत के कई हिस्सों में जमकर विरोध हो रहा है। शुक्रवार को भी उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, बंगाल, तेलंगाना समेत कई राज्यों में विरोध प्रदर्शन और आगजनी की घटना सामने आई है। अग्निपथ योजना के विरोध के नौसेना प्रमुख एडमिरल आर हरि कुमार का बड़ा बयान सामने आया है। नौसेना प्रमुख ने कहा कि उन्हें योजना को लेकर इस तरह के व्यापक हिंसक विरोध प्रदर्शन की उम्मीद नहीं थी।
एक निजी न्यूज एजेंसी से बात करते हुए नौसेना प्रमुख ने कहा, ‘मुझे इस तरह के किसी विरोध प्रदर्शन की उम्मीद नहीं की थी। हमने करीब डेढ़ साल तक अग्निपथ योजना पर काम किया…’। अग्निपथ योजना को परिवर्तनकारी बताते हुए एडमिरल कुमार ने कहा, यह भारत में निर्मित और भारत के लिए बनाई गई योजना है।

‘योजना को समझना जरूरी’
इस योजना को वापस लेने की मांग के बीच, नौसेना प्रमुख ने कहा, ‘मैं लोगों से कहना चाहता हूं कि वे विरोध न करें और हिंसक न हों। उन्हें योजना को समझना चाहिए और शांतिपूर्ण रहना चाहिए। युवाओं के लिए देश की सेवा करने का यह एक शानदार अवसर है।’
4 साल की सेवा के बाद रिटायरमेंट
थल सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना में 4 साल की अवधि के लिए जवानों की भर्ती की अग्निपथ योजना के खिलाफ बुधवार से कई राज्यों में विरोध प्रदर्शन हो रहे हैं। 4 साल की सेवा के बाद इस योजना के तहत भर्ती जवानों में से 75 प्रतिशत को बिना ग्रैच्युटी और पेंशन लाभ अनिवार्य रिटायरमेंट दी जाएगी।
24 जून से शुरू होगी भर्ती
अग्निपथ योजना के तहत वायुसेना की ओर से चयन प्रक्रिया 24 जून से शुरू होगी। वायुसेना प्रमुख वी आर चौधरी ने शुक्रवार को यह जानकारी दी। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि 2022 के लिए अग्निपथ योजना के तहत (सशस्त्र बल में) भर्ती किये जाने वालों की उम्र सीमा बढ़ा कर 23 वर्ष कर दी गई है, जिससे सशस्त्र बल में भर्ती के नए ‘मॉडल’ के तहत युवाओं के एक बड़े हिस्से को शामिल किया जा सकेगा।

‘It is important to understand the plan’
Amid calls for withdrawal of this plan, the Navy Chief said, “I want to ask the people not to protest and not to become violent.” They should understand the plan and remain peaceful. This is a wonderful opportunity for the youth to serve the country.
Retirement after 4 years of service
Protests have been taking place in several states since Wednesday against the Agneepath scheme to recruit soldiers for a period of four years in the Army, Navy and Air Force. After 4 years of service, 75 percent of the recruits under this scheme will be given compulsory retirement without gratuity and pension benefits.
Recruitment will start from June 24
Under the Agneepath scheme, the selection process from the Air Force will start from June 24. Air Force Chief VR Choudhary gave this information on Friday. He also said that for 2022, the age limit for recruits (in the armed forces) under the Agneepath scheme has been raised to 23 years, allowing a large segment of the youth to join the new ‘model’ of recruitment in the armed forces. can be included.
