बेमेतरा | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | प्रदेश के गृह जेल एवं लोक निर्माण मंत्री श्री ताम्रध्वज साहू आज दोपहर जिले के विकासखण्ड बेरला के ग्राम पंचायत पतोरा प्रवास के दौरान 248.66 लाख रुपये के विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण एवं भूमिपूजन किया। लोकार्पण किये गये कार्यों में ग्राम पतोरा में हायर सेकेण्डरी स्कूल भवन का निर्माण काय के लिए 121.16 लाख रुपये, हाय स्कूल भवन पतोरा पहुंच मार्ग हेतु 20 लाख रुपये एवं बेरला पतोरा मुख्य मार्ग से पतोरा पहुंच मार्ग हेतु 48.16 लाख रुपये कुल 189.32 लाख रुपये शामिल हैं।
इसी तरह भूमिपूजन किये गये कार्यों में मेन रोड से बायपास रोड पतोरा मार्ग हेतु 20 लाख रुपये, सामुदायिक भवन पतोरा में सड़क निर्माण कार्य हेतु 19.96 लाख रुपये, हायर सेकण्डरी स्कूल भवन एवं सामुदायिक भवन पतोरा में बाऊण्ड्रीवाल निर्माण कार्य हेतु 19.38 लाख रुपये कुल 59.34 लाख रुपये शामिल हैं।
कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता। क्षेत्रीय विधायक आशीष छाबड़ा ने की। गृहमंत्री श्री साहू आज संक्षिप्त प्रवास पर पतोरा पहुंचे थे। उन्होंने मंच से उतरकर बड़े बुजुर्गों का आशीर्वाद लिया। स्कूली बच्चों ने छत्तीसगढ़ राज गीत अरपा पैरी के धार महानदी महानदी हे अपार…………की शानदार प्रस्तुति दी। सरपंच श्री मोहित राम साहू ने स्वागत भाषण दिया।
गृह मंत्री श्री साहू ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार ने बीते साढ़े तीन वर्षों के कार्यकाल के दौरान घोषणा पत्र में जो-जो वादे किए थे वे लगभग पूर्ण हो गए हैं। इसके अलावा जो घोषणा पत्र में शामिल नहीं था, राजीव गांधी ग्रामीण भूमिहीन कृषि मजदूर न्याय योजना की शुरुआत कर हितग्राहियों को 7000 रुपये सालाना दिया जा रहा है। किसानों से धान उपार्जन 2500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल की दर से किया जा रहा है।
प्रदेश सरकार ने बिजली बिल हाफ किया है, इसमें गरीब एवं अमीर को भी इसका लाभ मिल रहा है। श्री साहू ने कहा कि टेलीविजन की अपसंस्कृति से युवओं में इसका दुष्प्रभाव पड़ रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने शिक्षकों से आह्वान किया कि वे विद्यार्थियों को सिलेबस के अलावा नैतिक शिक्षा भी प्रदान करें, जिससे आने वाले पीढ़ी संस्कारवान बन सके। आज के बच्चे अपने माता-पिता का चरण छूकर प्रणाम करने में झिझक महसूस करते हैं। इस कमी को दूर करने की जरूरत है।
स्थानीय सरपंच द्वारा नये हाई-हायर सेकेंडरी स्कूल के लिए पहुंच मार्ग निर्माण के संबंध में ध्यान आकर्षित करने पर गृह मंत्री ने कहा कि प्राचीन समय में गांव वाले श्रमदान कर गांव का छोटा-मोटा कार्य संपादित करते थे। हमे श्रमदान को बढ़ावा देने की जरूरत है, इससे ग्रामीणों में अपनत्व की भावना जागेगी। गृह मंत्री का ग्रामीणों ने गजमाला से स्वागत किया।
गृह मंत्री ने सुझाव दिया-पतोरा के ग्रामवासियों को गृहमंत्री श्री साहू ने हाई-हायर सेकेंडरी स्कूल के नए भवन का लोकार्पण हो जाने के बाद वहां के पुराने हाईस्कूल भवन में प्राथमिक एवं मीडिल स्कूल की कक्षा का संचालन किया जा सकता है। इस संबंध में मौके पर उपस्थित जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी को गृहमंत्री ने आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
विधायक श्री छाबड़ा ने कहा कि आज मुख्य अतिथि के रुप में पधारे गृहमंत्री द्वारा लगभग ढाई करोड़ रुपए के कार्यों का लोकार्पण एवं भूमि पूजन किए हैं। बेमेतरा विधानसभा क्षेत्र में हिंदी मिलाकर पांच स्वामी आत्मानंद उत्कृष्ट अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूल प्रारंभ किए गए हैं। निश्चित ही इससे समाज के सभी वर्ग के लोगों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा।

The Home Minister Shri Sahu said that the promises made by the State Government in the manifesto during the tenure of the last three and a half years under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel have almost been fulfilled. Apart from this, which was not included in the manifesto, Rs 7000 is being given annually to the beneficiaries by starting the Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana. Paddy is being procured from farmers at the rate of Rs 2500 per quintal.
The state government has halved the electricity bill, in which poor and rich are also getting its benefits. Mr. Sahu said that due to the uncultured culture of television, it is affecting the youth. The Chief Minister called upon the teachers to provide moral education to the students in addition to the syllabus, so that the coming generation could become cultured. Today’s children feel hesitant to bow at the feet of their parents. There is a need to address this shortcoming.
On drawing attention of the local sarpanch regarding the construction of approach road for the new high-higher secondary school, the Home Minister said that in ancient times the villagers used to do small works of the village by doing shramdaan. We need to promote Shramdaan, this will inculcate a sense of belongingness in the villagers. Villagers welcomed the Home Minister with a gajmala.
The Home Minister suggested that after the inauguration of the new building of the High-Higher Secondary School by the Home Minister Shri Sahu to the villagers of Patora, the classes of primary and middle school can be conducted in the old high school building there. In this regard, the Home Minister gave necessary instructions to the District Education Officer present on the spot.
MLA Mr. Chhabra said that the Home Minister, who came as the chief guest today, inaugurated works worth Rs. 2.5 crore and performed Bhoomi Pujan. Five Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium Schools have been started by including Hindi in Bemetara Assembly Constituency. Surely all sections of the society will get benefit from this.
