रायपुर | [जॉब बुलेटिन] | राज्य में 10,000 स्कूली शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए जल्द प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने इसकी घोषणा की है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने शुक्रवार शाम राज्य विधानसभा में चालू वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के पहले अनुपूरक बजट के मांग प्रस्तावों पर हुई बहस का जवाब देते हुए यह घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा, ‘10,000 नए शिक्षकों की भर्ती की प्रक्रिया जल्द शुरू की जाएगी। 1998 से अब तक राज्य सरकार 14,000 शिक्षकों की भर्ती की है…।’

श्री बघेल ने कहा कि पशुओं के इलाज के लिए जल्द ही 163 सचल (मोबाइल) पशु चिकित्सा इकाइयां शुरू की जाएंगी, जिसके लिए अनुपूरक बजट में 10 लाख रुपये का प्रावधान किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि अनुपूरक बजट में सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (पीडीएस) की दुकानों के संचालकों को सार्वभौम पीडीएस योजना के तहत डीलर मार्जिन राशि देने के लिए 266 करोड़ रुपये, कोरबा, कांकेर और महासमुंद में मेडिकल कॉलेजों और बिलासपुर में एक कैंसर संस्थान के निर्माण कार्य और चिकित्सा उपकरणों की खरीद के लिए 250 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान किया गया है।

‘देवगुडी’ और ‘घोटुल’ के लिए इतना बजट

इसके साथ ही आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में ‘देवगुडी’ और ‘घोटुल’ की स्थापना के लिए 25.50 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान किया गया है। देवगुडी आदिवासियों के पूजा स्थल हैं, जबकि घोटुल एक परंपरा है जिसके अनुसार युवा लड़के और लड़कियां घोटुल नामक स्थान पर कोई भी त्योहार मनाने आते हैं और वे वहां अपना जीवन साथी चुनने के लिए स्वतंत्र होते हैं।

कोरोना के दौरान लिया था 4000 करोड़ का कर्ज

बघेल ने कहा, ‘केंद्र द्वारा राज्य को मिलने वाले वित्तीय संसाधनों को कम करने के बावजूद, वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 में राज्य की राजस्व प्राप्ति 79,688 करोड़ रुपये थी, जिसमें राज्य से 41,000 करोड़ रुपये की राजस्व प्राप्ति शामिल है, जबकि केंद्र से यह 38,688 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त हुआ था।’ उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस महामारी की दूसरी लहर के दौरान, राज्य सरकार ने 2021-22 की पहली तिमाही में जन कल्याण कार्यों और पूंजीगत व्यय के लिए आवश्यक संसाधनों की व्यवस्था करने के लिए 4,000 करोड़ रुपये का बाजार कर्ज लिया था। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस ऋण राशि में से 3000 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया जा चुका है।

10,000 school teachers will be recruited in Chhattisgarh

Mr. Baghel said that soon 163 mobile veterinary units would be started for the treatment of animals, for which a provision of Rs.10 lakh has been made in the supplementary budget. He said that in the supplementary budget, Rs 266 crore for giving dealer margin money under Universal PDS scheme to operators of Public Distribution System (PDS) shops, construction work of medical colleges in Korba, Kanker and Mahasamund and a cancer institute in Bilaspur and A provision of Rs 250 crore has been made for the purchase of medical equipment.

 So much budget for ‘Devgudi’ and ‘Ghotul’

Along with this, a provision of Rs 25.50 crore has been made for the establishment of ‘Devgudi’ and ‘Ghotul’ in tribal areas. Devgudi is the place of worship of the tribals, while Ghotul is a tradition according to which young boys and girls come to a place called Ghotul to celebrate any festival and they are free to choose their life partner there.

 Had taken a loan of 4000 crores during Corona

Baghel said, “Despite reducing the financial resources of the state by the Center, the revenue receipt of the state in the financial year 2021-22 was Rs 79,688 crore, which includes Rs 41,000 crore revenue receipt from the state, while this from the Centre. 38,688 crore was received. He said that during the second wave of the corona virus pandemic, the state government had taken a market loan of Rs 4,000 crore in the first quarter of 2021-22 for public welfare works and for arranging necessary resources for capital expenditure. The Chief Minister said that out of this loan amount, Rs 3000 crore has been paid.
