रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | छत्तीसगढ़ में अभी मंकीपॉक्स जांच की सुविधा नहीं है। इस बीच राजधानी रायपुर और भिलाई में मंकीपॉक्स के 2 संदिग्ध मरीज मिलने से हड़कंप मच गया है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने उनका सैंपल लेकर जांच के लिए पुणे भेजा है।
रायपुर के डॉ. आंबेडकर अस्पताल में भर्ती 14 साल का बालक कांकेर जिले का निवासी है। उसकी कोई ट्रैवल हिस्ट्री नहीं है। वहीं भिलाई का संदिग्ध मरीज हाल में ओमान से लौटा है। वह कोविड पॉजीटिव भी निकला है।
मंकीपॉक्स के संभावित खतरे को देखते हुए स्वास्थ्य विभाग भी अलर्ट हो गया है। सैंपलों की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद स्थिति स्पष्ट होगी।
मंगलवार को रायपुर और भिलाई में एक-एक संदिग्ध मरीज मिले हैं, जिसमें मंकीपॉक्स के लक्षण हैं। रायपुर में मिला बच्चा बच्चा कांकेर जिले के एक गांव का है। उसे त्वचा रोग के इलाज के लिए डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर अस्पताल लाया गया था।
मंकीपॉक्स के लक्षण दिखने पर डॉक्टरों ने बच्चे को आइसोलेट कर दिया है। उसके सैंपल को जांच के लिए पुणे स्थित नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ वायरोलॉजी भेजा गया है। डाक्टरों ने बच्चे की ट्रैवल हिस्ट्री जांची है। वह प्रदेश से बाहर नहीं गया। किशोर पुरानी बस्ती इलाके में रहता था, उसके साथ कुछ और बच्चे रहते हैं, जिनका सैंपल जांच के लिए भेजा गया है।
ओमान से लौटा है भिलाई का संदिग्ध
दुर्ग जिले के जुनवानी भिलाई में भी मंकीपॉक्स का एक संदिग्ध मरीज मिला है। मरीज के शरीर में लाल दाने व सूजन की शिकायत है, जिसके बाद उसने शंकराचार्य हॉस्पिटल में सोमवार को टेस्ट कराया गया था। संदिग्ध मरीज हाल में ओमान से लौटा है। वह कोविड पॉजीटिव निकला है।
डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि सैंपल पुणे भेजा गया है। रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही कुछ पता चलेगा। राज्य नोडल अधिकारी इंट्रीग्रेटेड डिसिज सर्विलेंस प्रोग्राम डॉ. धमेद्र गहवई का कहना है कि प्रिकॉशन के तौर पर मरीज को आइसोलेशन में रखा गया है। पुणे से सैंपल की जांच रिपोर्ट आएगी। तब तक पूरी एहतियात बरती जाएगी।
मंकीपॉक्स के लक्षण और सावधानियां
डॉक्टरों के मुताबिक मंकीपॉक्स वायरल बीमारी है। मरीज के पूरे शरीर या कुछ हिस्से में चेचक जैसी फुंसियां निकल आती हैं। इनकी वजह से संक्रमण फैलने की आशंका ज्यादा रहती है। मंकीपॉक्स के प्रमुख लक्षण तेज बुखार, मांसपेशी में दर्द, त्वचा पर चकत्ते, थकावट, गले में खराश, खांसी होती है। किसी भी उम्र वालों को बीमारी हो सकती है।
कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव की गाइडलाइंस भी इस बीमारी से बचने का तरीका है। कोरोना संक्रमण की तरह इसे फैलने से रोकने पीपीई किट और मास्क उपयोग करें। शारीरिक दूरी का पालन करें। हाथ साफ रखें। बार-बार आंख-नाक, कान, चेहरे को न छुएं।

Bhilai suspect has returned from Oman
A suspected patient of monkeypox has also been found in Junwani Bhilai of Durg district. There is a complaint of red rash and swelling in the patient’s body, after which he was tested at Shankaracharya Hospital on Monday. The suspected patient has recently returned from Oman. He has turned out to be covid positive.
Doctors say that the sample has been sent to Pune. We will know only after the report comes. State Nodal Officer Integrated Disease Surveillance Program Dr. Dhamendra Gahvai says that the patient has been kept in isolation as a precaution. The test report of the sample will come from Pune. Till then all precautions will be taken.
Monkeypox symptoms and precautions
According to doctors, monkeypox is a viral disease. Smallpox-like pimples come out in the whole body or some part of the patient. Because of these, the risk of spreading infection is high. The major symptoms of monkeypox are high fever, muscle pain, skin rash, tiredness, sore throat, cough. Anyone of any age can get the disease.
