रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | छत्तीसगढ़ में भाजपा- कांग्रेस के बीच आईटी की रेड पर जबर्दस्त सियासत चल रही है। आयकर विभाग की रेड के बाद चर्चा में आए कोयला कारोबारी सूर्यकांत तिवारी ने हैरान करने वाला खुलासा किया है। कोयला कारोबारी सूर्यकांत ने दावा किया है कि छत्तीसगढ़ में सत्ता पलट की साजिश रची जा रही थी। आयकर विभाग ने दवाब बनाया कि सीएम सचिवालय की उप सचिव सौम्या चौरसिया का नाम छापे में जोड़ दूं। उन्हें 40-45 विधायकों की सूची बनाने कहा गया, ताकि विपक्षी विधायकों के सहयोग से प्रदेश में सरकार बन जाए। महाराष्ट्र के एकनाथ शिंदे की तरह सूर्यकांत तिवारी को छत्तीसगढ़ का नया मुख्यमंत्री बना दिया जाएगा।

सूर्यकांत तिवारी ने दावा किया कि उन्हें छत्तीसगढ़ का एकनाथ शिंदे बनाने के लिए आयकर अफसरों ने साम, दाम, दंड और भेद अपनाया। मुझे छत्तीसगढ़ का एकनाथ शिंदे बनाने दबाव डाला गया। मुख्यमंत्री बनने तक का ऑफर दिया गया। प्रदेश में सत्ता परिवर्तन की साजिश रची जा रही है और इसके लिए आईटी विभाग का इस्तेमाल किया गया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि मैं एक कारोबारी हूं। अपराधी नहीं हूं। आयकर विभाग की टीम जब 30 जून को मेरे ठिकाने पर छापे के लिए आई तो अफसरों ने मुझे पीटा। मुझे आयकर के अफसरों ने गलत बयान देने के लिए दबाव बनाया, लेकिन मैंने गलत बयान नहीं दिया।

सौम्या चौरसिया से मेरे पारिवारिक संबंध

सूर्यकांत तिवारी ने कहा कि मेरे सभी राजनेताओं से अच्छे संबंध हैं। वर्तमान सरकार और पहले की सरकार में भी मेरे संबंध रहे हैं। सीएम की उप सचिव सौम्या चौरसिया से मेरे पारिवारिक संबंध हैं। उनके घर के सभी लोग मुझे जानते पहचानते हैं। आयकर विभाग के अफसरों ने छापा मारकर 3 दिनों तक मुझे सोने नहीं दिया। मेंटली टॉर्चर किया गया। मैं कानूनी रूप से अपनी लड़ाई लड़ूंगा। उन्होंने दावा किया कि सत्ता परिवर्तन के लिए मुझे मोहरा बनाया गया।

सूर्यकांत तिवारी ने पूर्व सीएम डॉ. रमन सिंह पर भी गंभीर आरोप लगाए। किसी के यहां आईटी का छापा पड़ जाए तो वह अपराधी नहीं हो जाता है। रमन सिंह मुझे गिरफ्तार करने की मांग कर रहे हैं। मैं जेल जाने को तैयार हूं, लेकिन मैं जेल के जिस सेल में रहूंगा बगल की सेल में रमन सिंह को भी रहना होगा। सूर्यकांत तिवारी ने कहा कि अगर मुझे और मेरे परिवार को कुछ होता है तो इसके जिम्मेदार आयकर विभाग के लोग और भाजपा होगी।

200 करोड़ की ‌अवैध संपत्तियों का खुलासा

बता दें कि आयकर विभाग ने 30 जून को कोयला-परिवहन और इससे जुड़े व्यवसाय वाले कारोबारियों व सीएमओ दफ्तर में पदस्थ उपसचिव के घर आईटी ने दबिश दी है। आईटी की टीम ने रायपुर, भिलाई, रायगढ़, कोरबा, बिलासपुर, सूरजपुर जिले में 30 से अधिक घर और दफ्तरों में सर्च अभियान चलाया था।

आईटी ने रायपुर में सूर्यकांत तिवारी, कोयला व्यवसायी हेमंत जायसवाल, लक्ष्मीकांत तिवारी, ठेकेदार अजय नायडू, ट्रांसपोर्टर रिंटू सिंह, उप सचिव सौम्या चौरसिया सहित इनके कई रिश्तेदारों के यहां छापा मारा था।

आयकर विभाग को 200 करोड़ की संपत्तियां, 9.50 करोड़ कैश व 5 करोड़ की गोल्ड व ज्वेलरी मिली है। इस मामले को लेकर छत्तीसगढ़ में भाजपा व कांग्रेस के नेता एक-दूसरे पर पलटवार कर रहे हैं। भाजपा ने प्रेस कांफ्रेंस कर मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल से इस्तीफा भी मांगा था।

My family relation with Saumya Chaurasia

Suryakant Tiwari said that I have good relations with all the politicians. I have had relations with the present government and the previous government as well. I have family relations with CM’s deputy secretary Soumya Chaurasia. Everyone in his house knows me. The officers of the Income Tax Department raided and did not let me sleep for 3 days. Mentally tortured. I will fight my battles legally. He claimed that I was made a pawn for change of power.

Suryakant Tiwari also made serious allegations against former CM Dr. Raman Singh. If someone is raided by IT, then he does not become a criminal. Raman Singh is demanding to arrest me. I am ready to go to jail, but Raman Singh will also have to live in the cell next to the cell in which I will be staying. Suryakant Tiwari said that if anything happens to me and my family, then people of Income Tax Department and BJP will be responsible for it.

 Disclosure of illegal properties worth 200 crores

Let us tell you that on June 30, the Income Tax Department has raided the house of the Deputy Secretary posted in the CMO office and the businessmen engaged in coal-transportation and related business. The IT team had conducted a search operation in more than 30 houses and offices in Raipur, Bhilai, Raigad, Korba, Bilaspur, Surajpur districts.

In Raipur, IT raided the places of Suryakant Tiwari, coal businessman Hemant Jaiswal, Laxmikant Tiwari, contractor Ajay Naidu, transporter Rintu Singh, Deputy Secretary Soumya Chaurasia and many of their relatives.

The Income Tax Department has got properties worth Rs 200 crore, cash of Rs 9.50 crore and gold and jewelery worth Rs 5 crore. In Chhattisgarh, the leaders of BJP and Congress are attacking each other over this matter. The BJP had also demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel by holding a press conference.
