रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | राज्य के नक्सल प्रभावित बस्तर जिले में तैनात करने गठित राज्य पुलिस की नई विशेष इकाई ‘बस्तर फाइटर्स’ में 9 ट्रांसजेंडर भी शामिल हैं। पुलिस ने पहली बार नक्सल क्षेत्र बस्तर रेंज में तैनाती के लिए ट्रांसजेंडर की भर्ती की है। पुलिस का मानना है कि यह लोग आदिवासी बाहुल क्षेत्र में पुलिस व्यवस्था में नया आयाम जोड़ेंगे। अब बस्तर संभाग में पहली बार थर्ड जेंडर समुदाय के जवान भी नक्सलियों से लड़ेंगे। इधर बस्तर फाइटर्स में चयन से ट्रांसजेंडरों में भारी खुशी है।
बस्तर रेंज के आईजी सुंदरराज पी ने बताया कि तृतीय लिंग समुदाय के चयनित 9 लोगों में आठ कांकेर और एक बस्तर जिले से है। बस्तर फाइटर्स बनने टांसजेंडर ने कड़ी मेहनत और लगन से पुलिस की बौद्धिक और फिजिकल परीक्षा पास की है। बस्तर फाइटर्स परीक्षा के अंतिम परिणाम में बस्तर से थर्ड ट्रांसजेंडर के 9 लोगों का चयन हुआ है।
पुलिस भर्ती में शामिल ट्रांसजेंडर ने यह संदेश दिया है कि उन्हें अपने हुनर दिखाने का मौका मिले तो वे स्त्री-पुरुष से कंधा से कंधा मिलाकर चल सकते हैं और वे भी सम्मानपूर्ण जीवन के हकदार हैं। तृतीय लिंग प्रतिभागियों के नाम दिव्या, दामिनी, संध्या, सानू, रानी हिमांशी, रिया, सीमा कांकेर जिला और बरखा जगदलपुर शामिल हैं।
इज्जत और सम्मान की नौकरी मिलेगी
बस्तर पुलिस के आईजी सुंदराज पी ने बताया कि शारीरिक दक्षता, लिखित परीक्षा और फिर साक्षात्कार के बाद ये चयन सूची जारी की गई है। बस्तर में नक्सलियों के विरूद्ध स्थानीय स्तर पर नई फोर्स बस्तर फाइटर्स का गठन किया जा रहा है। इधर चयनित प्रतिभागी दिव्या निषाद कहती है कि मैं आज बहुत खुश हूं। मेरे पास कोई शब्द ही नहीं है कि मैं इस खुशी को व्यक्त कर पाऊं। मैं और मेरी सभी साथियों ने इस परीक्षा के लिए बहुत मेहनत की।
यह हमारे लिए ऐसा अवसर था, जिससे हमारी जिंदगी बदल सकती थी, इसलिए सबने दिन-रात मेहनत की थी। जगदलपुर से चयनित होने वाली बरखा कहती है यह ऐसी खबर है जिस पर अभी भी भरोसा नहीं हो रहा है, क्योंकि मैंने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि इज्जत और सम्मान की नौकरी मिलेगी।
थर्ड जेंडरों को प्रशिक्षण भी दिया गया
ट्रांसजेंडर अधिकार कार्यकर्ता विद्या राजपूत ने बताया कि बस्तर संभाग के 7 जिलों बस्तर, कांकेर, दंतेवाड़ा, सुकमा, बीजापुर, नारायणपुर व कोंडागांव में बस्तर फाइटर्स बनने 300-300 पद मंजूर किए गए हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देशानुसार बस्तर फाइटर्स में थर्ड जेंडर समुदाय के लिए 2100 में से नौ पद आरक्षित किए गए थे। थर्ड जेंडर समुदाय के लोग भर्ती में सफल हो पाएं, इसलिए समाज कल्याण व पुलिस विभाग ने उन्हें प्रशिक्षण भी दिलाया था।
भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शारीरिक नापजोख, दस्तावेज परीक्षण, लिखित परीक्षा व साक्षात्कार के बाद अंतिम चयन सूची जारी की गई। चयनित ट्रांसजेंडरों ने सीएम भूपेश बघेल, गृहमंत्री ताम्रध्वज साहू, बस्तर आईजी, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता लक्ष्मी सहारे कांकेर और सोशल ए्टिविस्ट रीखा परिया जगदलपुर का आभार भी जताया।
Third gender will now take iron from Naxalites, 9 transgenders selected for ‘Bastar Fighters’

Bastar range IG Sundarraj P said that out of the 9 selected people of the third gender community, eight are from Kanker and one from Bastar district. To become Bastar fighters, the transgender has passed the intellectual and physical examination of the police with hard work and dedication. In the final result of Bastar Fighters examination, 9 people of third transgender have been selected from Bastar.
Transgenders involved in police recruitment have given a message that if they get a chance to show their skills, they can walk shoulder to shoulder with men and women and they too deserve a respectable life. The names of the third gender participants are Divya, Damini, Sandhya, Sanu, Rani Himanshi, Riya, Seema Kanker District and Barkha Jagdalpur.
Will get a job with respect and honor
Bastar Police IG Sundraj P said that this selection list has been issued after physical efficiency, written test and then interview. A new force Bastar Fighters is being formed at the local level against the Naxalites in Bastar. Here the selected participant Divya Nishad says that I am very happy today. I have no words to express this happiness. Me and all my colleagues worked very hard for this exam.
This was such an opportunity for us, which could change our life, so everyone worked hard day and night. Barkha, who got selected from Jagdalpur, says this is news which still cannot be believed, because I never thought that I will get a job of respect and respect.
Third genders were also trained
Transgender rights activist Vidya Rajput informed that 300-300 posts have been approved to become Bastar fighters in 7 districts of Bastar division, Bastar, Kanker, Dantewada, Sukma, Bijapur, Narayanpur and Kondagaon. Nine out of 2100 posts were reserved for the third gender community in Bastar fighters as per the directions of the Supreme Court. The people of the third gender community were successful in recruitment, so the Social Welfare and Police Department had also provided training to them.
In the recruitment process, the final selection list was released after physical measurement, document test, written test and interview. The selected transgenders also expressed their gratitude to CM Bhupesh Baghel, Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu, Bastar IG, social worker Laxmi Sahar Kanker and social activist Rekha Paria Jagdalpur.
