लखनऊ | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | ताजमहल के 22 कमरों को खोलने को लेकर याचिका पर आज इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच में सुनवाई हो रही है। जस्टिस डीके उपाध्याय और जस्टिस सुभाष विद्यार्थी की बेंच में यह सुनवाई हो रही है। इस दौरान जस्टिस डीके उपाध्याय ने याचिकाकर्ता को कड़ी फटकार लगाई। उन्होंने जनहित याचिका की व्यवस्था का दुरुपयोग न करने की बात कही। यह भी कहा कि कल आप आएंगे और कहेंगे कि हमें माननीय जज के चेंबर में जाने की इजाजत चाहिए।
याचिकाकर्ता से हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि आप मानते हैं कि ताजमहल को शाहजहां ने नहीं बनाया है? क्या हम यहां कोई फैसला सुनाने आए हैं? जैसे कि इसे किसने बनवाया था या ताजमहल की उम्र क्या है? आपको जिस बारे में पता नहीं है, उस पर रिसर्च करिए। जाइए एमए कीजिए, पीएचडी कीजिए, अगर आपको कोई संस्थान रिसर्च करने से रोक रहा है तो फिर हमारे पास आइए। हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि आपने ताजमहल के 22 कमरों की जानकारी किससे मांगी?
इस पर याचिकाकर्ता के वकील ने कहा कि हमने अथॉरिटी से जानकारी मांगी थी। तब हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि यदि उन्होंने कहा है कि सुरक्षा कारणों से कमरे बंद हैं तो यह जानकारी है। यदि आप इससे संतुष्ट नहीं हैं तो इसे चुनौती दें।
कोर्ट में याचिकाकर्ता ने उन कमरों में जाने की इजाजत मांगी। इस पर हाई कोर्ट ने तल्ख टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि कल आप आकर कहेंगे कि हमें माननीय जजों के चैंबर में जाना है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि जनहित याचिका का मजाक न बनाएं। इसके बाद हाई कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के लिए 2 बजे का समय तय कर दिया।

The High Court said that from whom did you ask for information about the 22 rooms of the Taj Mahal?
On this, the counsel for the petitioner said that we had sought information from the authority. Then the High Court said that if they have said that the rooms are closed due to security reasons, then it is information. If you are not satisfied with it, challenge it.
In the court, the petitioner sought permission to go to those rooms. On this, the High Court made a strong comment and said that tomorrow you will come and say that we have to go to the Honorable Judges’ Chamber. The court said that the public interest litigation should not be made fun of. After this, the High Court fixed the time of 2 o’clock for the hearing.
