नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के पूर्व कप्तान महेंद्र सिंह धोनी को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नोटिस भेजा है। यह नोटिस आम्रपाली ग्रुप और धोनी के बीच लेनदेन को लेकर जारी किया गया है। बता दें कि भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के पूर्व कप्तान महेंद्र सिंह धोनी आम्रपाली ग्रुप के ब्रैंड एंबेसडर थे।
आम्रपाली ग्रुप का बायर्स को फ्लैट की पजेशन देने के लेकर विवाद चल रहा है, जिसको लेकर सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई।
क्या है मामला
दरअसल भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के पूर्व कप्तान महेंद्र सिंह धोनी के आम्रपाली ग्रुप से 150 करोड़ रुपये लेने हैं। इसी मामले में फ्लैट बायर्स ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका फाइल की थी कि अगर इतना पैसा धोनी को दे दिया तो फ्लैट नहीं बन पाएगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने धोनी का पक्ष जानने के लिए उन्हें नोटिस भेजा है।
पहले आम्रपाली ग्रुप और महेंद्र सिंह धोनी के बीच लेनदेन का यह मामला हाईकोर्ट में था। हाईकोर्ट ने एक कमिटी का गठन किया था और मामला सुलझाने का काम दिया था।
इसके बाद फ्लैट बायर्स ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी दी और कहा कि आम्रपाली ग्रुप के पास फंड कम है। ऐसे में उन्हें फ्लैट नहीं मिल पा रहे हैं। अगर इतना पैसा आम्रपाली ग्रुप महेंद्र सिंह धोनी को दे देगा तो उनके फ्लैट मिलने मुश्किल हो जाएंगे।
आम्रपाली ग्रुप पर आरोप है कि उसने समय सीमा बीतने और कीमत लेने के बाद भी फ्लैट की पजेशन नहीं दी है। इसके बाद पता चला कि फ्लैट बनकर तैयार ही नहीं हो पाए हैं। मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया। महेंद्र सिंह धोनी लंबे समय तक ग्रुप के ब्रैंड एंबेसडर थे और कई विज्ञापन भी किए थे।
जब नोएडा में आम्रपाली ग्रुप के विरोध में प्रदर्शन हो रहे थे तो धोनी के खिलाफ भी कैंपेन चलाया गया था। इसके बाद उन्होंने आम्रपाली ग्रुप से संबंध तोड़ लिया था।

In this case, the flat buyers had filed a petition in the Supreme Court that if so much money was given to Dhoni, the flat would not be built. The Supreme Court has sent a notice to Dhoni to know his side.
Earlier this matter of transaction between Amrapali Group and Mahendra Singh Dhoni was in the High Court. The High Court had constituted a committee and given the task of solving the matter.
After this, the flat buyers filed an application in the Supreme Court and said that Amrapali Group has less funds. So they are not able to get flats. If Amrapali Group will give this much money to Mahendra Singh Dhoni, then it will be difficult to get his flats.
Amrapali Group is accused of not giving possession of the flat even after the expiry of the deadline and taking the price. After this it came to know that the flats have not been ready yet. The matter reached the Supreme Court. Mahendra Singh Dhoni was the brand ambassador of the group for a long time and also did many advertisements.
When there were protests against Amrapali Group in Noida, a campaign was also run against Dhoni. After this he severed ties with Amrapali Group.
