रायपुर | [ छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन ] | छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर में आज देश के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधिपति न्यायमूर्ति श्री एन वी रमणा हिदायतुल्ला नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी के पांचवें दीक्षांत समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि के रुप में शामिल हुए। दीक्षांत समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए सीजेआई श्री रमणा ने छात्रों से कहा कि आप सभी के पास एक विजन होना चाहिए और उसे पाने के लिए आप सभी के भीतर जोश और जज्बा होना चाहिए। सीजेआई श्री रमणा ने छात्रो से कहा कि आप सभी इस देश के लिए अनमोल हैं और हम सभी को टेलेन्डेट माइन्ड्स को सही दिशा मे ले जाने की जरूरत है।

उच्चतम न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री एन. वी. रमणा ने आज रायपुर में कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ज्यूडिशियल कम्युनिटी के बजट और अधोसंरचना सम्बंधित सभी आवश्यकताओं का पूरा ख्याल रख रही है। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि ये ट्रेंड इसी तरह जारी रहेगा और छत्तीसगढ़ ज्यूडिशियरी को सर्वोत्तम अधोसंरचना उपलब्ध कराने में अग्रणी राज्य बनकर उभरेगा। मुख्य न्यायधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री एन. वी. रमणा ने मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल को छत्तीसगढ़ में विधिक शिक्षा के विकास में सक्रिय रूप से सहयोग प्रदान करने के लिए उन्हें बधाई दी। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री को छत्तीसगढ़ की जनता को गुड गवर्नेंस प्रदान करने उनके द्वारा किये जा रहे प्रयासों के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं।

रायपुर के हिदायतुल्ला नेशनल लॉ युनिवर्सिटी की तारीफ करते हुए सीजेआई श्री एन वी रमणा ने कहा कि इसका नाम एक महान विधिवेत्ता के नाम पर रखा गया है जिन्होंने अपना पूरा जीवन विधि के नाम पर समर्पित कर दिया था। सीजेआई श्री रमणा ने दीक्षांत समारोह में छात्रों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि ज्ञान और सूचना सबसे बड़े धरोहर हैं और इनका सही उपयोग करके ही हमें विकसित होते जाना है।

दीक्षांत समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में सम्मिलित हुए। मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने हिदायतुल्ला नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी के जर्नल लॉ एंड सोशल साइंस के छठें संस्करण का विमोचन करते हुए गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट छात्रो को उपाधि वितरित की एवं उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं।

रायपुर के हिदायतुल्ला नेशनल लॉ युनिवर्सिटी के पांचवे दीक्षांत समारोह के अवसर पर दो शोधार्थियों को डाक्टर आफ फिलासाफी की उपाधि प्रदान की गयी। इसके अलावा कुल 23 छात्र छात्राओं को 66 गोल्ड मेडल के सम्मान से सम्मानित किया गया। 6 गोल्ड मेडल्स के साथ वर्ष 2020 बैच के अंकित पाल एवं 11 गोल्ड मेडल्स के साथ वर्ष 2021 बैच की पल्लवी मिश्रा ओवरआल टापर रहे।

दीक्षांत समारोह की अध्यक्षता सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधिपति न्यायमूर्ति श्री एस अब्दुल नजीर ने की। दीक्षांत समारोह में उच्चतम न्यायालय की न्यायमूर्ति बी वी नागरत्ना भी मौजूद थीं। इस अवसर पर छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय के चीफ जस्टिस तथा हिदायतुल्ला नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलाधिपति श्री अरूप कुमार गोस्वामी और आंध्र प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के चीफ जस्टिस श्री प्रशांत मिश्रा भी उपस्थित थे। दीक्षांत समारोह में छत्तीसगढ़ के विधि मंत्री श्री मोहम्मद अकबर एवं आदिम जाति कल्याण विभाग के मंत्री डा प्रेमसाय सिंह टेकाम भी दीक्षांत समारोह में उपस्थित थे।

CJI Shri NV Ramana said at the fifth convocation of Hidayatullah National Law University – Chhattisgarh is playing an active role in the development of legal education

Raipur | [ Chhattisgarh Bulletin ] | The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the country, Justice Shri NV Ramana, attended the fifth convocation of Hidayatullah National Law University as the chief guest in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. Addressing the convocation, CJI Shri Ramana told the students that all of you should have a vision and to achieve it, you should have enthusiasm and passion. CJI Shri Ramana told the students that all of you are precious to this country and we all need to take the talented minds in the right direction.

Chief Justice of Supreme Court Justice Shri N. V. Ramana said in Raipur today that the Chhattisgarh government is taking full care of all the budget and infrastructure related requirements of the judicial community. He expressed hope that this trend would continue like this and Chhattisgarh would emerge as a leading state in providing best infrastructure to the Judiciary. Chief Justice Shri N. V. Ramana congratulated Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel for actively cooperating in the development of legal education in Chhattisgarh. He congratulated the Chief Minister for the efforts being made by him to provide good governance to the people of Chhattisgarh.

Complimenting the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, CJI Shri NV Ramana said that it has been named after a great jurist who devoted his entire life to the cause of law. CJI Shri Ramana while congratulating the students at the convocation said that knowledge and information are the biggest assets and we have to grow only by using them properly.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel attended the convocation ceremony as a special guest. While releasing the sixth edition of Journal Law and Social Science of Hidayatullah National Law University, Chief Minister Shri Baghel distributed degrees to the gold medalist students and wished them good luck for their bright future.

On the occasion of the fifth convocation of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, two scholars were conferred the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Apart from this, a total of 23 students were awarded with 66 gold medals. Ankit Pal of the year 2020 batch with 6 gold medals and Pallavi Mishra of the year 2021 batch was the overall topper with 11 gold medals.

The convocation was presided over by the Hon’ble Supreme Court Justice Shri S Abdul Nazeer. Justice BV Nagarathna of the Supreme Court was also present at the convocation. The Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court and Chancellor of Hidayatullah National Law University Shri Arup Kumar Goswami and Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court Shri Prashant Mishra were also present on the occasion. Chhattisgarh Law Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar and Tribal Welfare Department Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam were also present in the convocation ceremony.
