मुंगेली | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | शाला प्रबंधन समिति का प्रशिक्षण शासकीय उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय दाबो में दिनांक 10 जून 2022 को आयोजित किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य- शाला प्रबंधन समिति के सदस्यों, शिक्षकों, पालकों, समुदायों और जनप्रतिनिधियों के कर्तव्य एवं दायित्वों बारे में बताना और उन्हें जागरूक करना है।
मास्टर ट्रेनर अशोक कुमार यादव ने कहा कि SMC सदस्यों को नामांकन में पालकों से संपर्क करना है। शाला त्यागी बच्चों को स्कूल में पुनः प्रवेश दिलाना है। मासिक बैठक में उपस्थित होना है। शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता में सुधार करना है।
शाला विकास योजना तैयार कर क्रियान्वयन करना है। शिक्षक नियमित रूप से पलकों से संपर्क करे, विद्यार्थियों को विषय अनुरूप शिक्षा दें, प्रतिदिन होमवर्क दें और विद्यार्थियों को घर से 4 पेज लिखकर लाने के लिए कहें।
पाठ्यपुस्तक के अतिरिक्त नैतिक शिक्षा, सांस्कृतिक, खेलकूद, ललित कला, प्रतियोगिता आयोजित कर विद्यार्थियों का सर्वांगीण विकास करे। पालक अपने बच्चों को प्रतिदिन शाला भेजें, नियमित रूप से होमवर्क की जांच करें, स्कूल के बैठकों में उपस्थित होवें, विद्यार्थियों के शिक्षा से संबंधित सुझाव देवें।
समुदाय के लोग शाला के समस्याओं का निदान करें जनप्रतिनिधियों के द्वारा शाला भवन की सुरक्षा, शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता में सुधार और शैक्षिक समस्याओं का निदान करें। संकुल प्रभारी/ प्राचार्य ने कहा कि- “सभी लोग अपने कर्तव्यों का ठीक ढंग से निर्वाहन करेंगे तो शाला का विकास होना निश्चित है। पलकों को शासन की योजनाओं के बारे में बताएं और विद्यार्थियों को स्कूल में दाखिला कराने के लिए प्रेरित करें।”
इस प्रशिक्षण में शासकीय प्राथमिक शाला दाबो, शासकीय प्राथमिक शाला कारेसरा, शासकीय प्राथमिक शाला छुईहा, शासकीय प्राथमिक शाला मदनपुर, शासकीय प्राथमिक शाला सिल्ली, शासकीय प्राथमिक शाला बैहरसरी, शासकीय पूर्व माध्यमिक शाला दाबो, शासकीय पूर्व माध्यमिक शाला सिल्ली के शाला प्रबंधन समिति के 6-6 सदस्य उपस्थित हुए।
प्रशिक्षण में विकासखंड स्त्रोत समन्वयक डी.सी. डाहिरे, संकुल प्रभारी/प्राचार्य गोरेलाल बंजारे, संकुल शैक्षिक समन्वयक रामेश्वर प्रसाद साहू, व्याख्याता सत्यव्रत सिंह ठाकुर, सरपंच आशाराम साहू, पूर्व सरपंच (एस.एम.सी. अध्यक्ष) लालाराम साहू, एस.एम.सी. उपाध्यक्ष चंद्रकुमार साहू, मास्टर ट्रेनर/प्रभारी प्रधान पाठक अशोक कुमार यादव, शिक्षक लेखचंद सोनवानी, ब्रजेश दीक्षित, युगलचंद सोनवानी, कांति टंडन, यशपाल जोशी और विभिन्न स्कूलों से आए हुए शाला प्रबंधन समिति के सदस्य उपस्थित थे।

The purpose of this training is to educate and make them aware about the duties and responsibilities of school management committee members, teachers, parents, communities and public representatives.
Master Trainer Ashok Kumar Yadav said that the SMC members have to contact the parents in enrollment. To re-admission the school renounced children to the school. Must attend monthly meeting. To improve the educational quality.
To prepare and implement the school development plan. The teacher should contact the eyelids regularly, give subject-specific instruction to the students, give homework every day and ask the students to write 4 pages from home.
In addition to textbooks, conduct moral education, cultural, sports, fine arts and all round development of the students by organizing competitions. Parents send their children to school every day, check homework regularly, attend school meetings, give suggestions regarding students’ education.
People of the community should solve the problems of the school, through the public representatives, the security of the school building, improve the quality of education and solve the educational problems. The package in-charge/principal said that- “If all the people perform their duties properly, then the development of the school is sure. Tell the children about the schemes of the government and motivate the students to enroll in the school.”
In this training, Government Primary School Dabo, Government Primary School Karesara, Government Primary School Chuiha, Government Primary School Madanpur, Government Primary School Silli, Government Primary School Baiharsari, Government East Secondary School Dabo, Government East Secondary School, Silli’s 6 of the School Management Committee -6 members were present.
In training, Block Resource Coordinator D.C. Dahire, Sankul Incharge/Principal Gorelal Banjare, Sankul Educational Coordinator Rameshwar Prasad Sahu, Lecturer Satyavrat Singh Thakur, Sarpanch Asharam Sahu, Former Sarpanch (SMC President) Lalaram Sahu, SMC. Vice President Chandrakumar Sahu, Master Trainer / In-charge Principal Reader Ashok Kumar Yadav, Teachers Lekhchand Sonwani, Brajesh Dixit, Yugalchand Sonwani, Kanti Tandon, Yashpal Joshi and members of the School Management Committee from different schools were present.
