चंडीगढ़ | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | बलात्कार के दोषी और डेरा सच्चा सौदा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम सिंह (Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh) को (डमी) नकली बताने वाली याचिका पंजाब और हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने सोमवार को खारिज कर दी। बता दें कि गुरमीत राम रहीम सिंह रोहतक की सुनारिया जेल से एक माह की पैरोल पर बाहर आया है। चंडीगढ़, पंचकूला और अंबाला के कुछ डेरा श्रद्धालुओं ने हाईकोर्ट में यह याचिका दायर की थी।

याचिका में राम रहीम सिंह को एक ‘डमी’ (नकली) के साथ बदलने का आरोप लगाया गया था। हाईकोर्ट ने इस याचिका को बेबुनियाद बताते हुए खारिज कर दिया और याचिकाकर्ताओं को कड़ी फटकार भी लगाई है।

जस्टिस कर्मजीत सिंह ने आज मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए कहा कि यह कोई फिल्म नहीं चल रही है। हाईकोर्ट ऐसे मामलों की सुनवाई के लिए नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि लगता है कि आपने कोई फिक्शन फिल्म देख ली है। पैरोल पर आया राम रहीम कैसे गायब हो सकता है। उन्होंने याचिकाकर्ता को फटकार लगाते हुए याचिका खारिज कर दी।

चंडीगढ़, पंचकूला और अंबाला के कुछ तथाकथित डेरा श्रद्धालुओं ने हाईकोर्ट में यह याचिका दायर की थी। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने याचिका में संदेह जताया था कि उत्तर प्रदेश के बागपत आश्रम में पहुंचा गुरमीत राम रहीम असली नहीं कोई बहरूपिया है। उसके हाव-भाव भी असली गुरमीत राम रहीम सिंह जैसे नहीं हैं।

वहीं, डेरा सच्चा सौदा प्रबंधन ने इसे श्रद्धालुओं को गुमराह करने की साजिश करार दिया है। डेरा सच्चा सौदा के प्रवक्ता जितेंद्र कुमार ने कहा कि याचिका दायर करने वाले डेरा के अनुयायी नहीं हैं। डेरे के अनुयायियों को तो गुरु जी पर पूरा भरोसा है। यह सब शरारती तत्वों की ओर से की गई गहरी साजिश है। प्रशासन को इसकी जांच करनी चाहिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि डेरा सच्चा सौदा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम सिंह के नकली होने के आरोप निराधार हैं। वह उत्तर प्रदेश के बरनावा आश्रम में हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि करीब 8 माह पहले भी इन्हीं लोगों ने डेरा प्रमुख की जान को खतरा बताते हुए याचिका दायर की थी।

While hearing the matter today, Justice Karmjit Singh said that this is not a film. The High Court is not meant to hear such cases. He said that it seems that you have seen a fiction film. How can Ram Rahim, who came on parole, disappear. He dismissed the petition reprimanding the petitioner.

This petition was filed in the High Court by some so-called Dera devotees from Chandigarh, Panchkula and Ambala. The petitioners had raised doubts in the petition that Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who reached the Baghpat Ashram in Uttar Pradesh, is not a real but a deaf person. His expressions are also not like the real Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.

At the same time, the Dera Sacha Sauda management has termed it as a conspiracy to mislead the devotees. Dera Sacha Sauda spokesperson Jitendra Kumar said that those who filed the petition were not followers of the Dera. The followers of the dera have full faith in Guru ji. All this is a deep conspiracy by mischievous elements. The administration should investigate this.

He said that the allegations of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh being fake are baseless. He is at Barnawa Ashram in Uttar Pradesh. He told that even about 8 months ago, the same people had filed a petition citing threat to the life of the Dera chief.
