अंबिकापुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | प्रदेश के यशश्वी मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के सभी 90 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के दौरे की शुरुआत सामरी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के कुसमी से हुई। सीएम यहां राशन दुकान पहुंचे। यहां एक महिला ने गरीबी रेखा से नाम कटने व कार्ड बनवाने के लिए भटकने की शिकायत उनसे की। शिकायत सुनते ही सीएम ने कुसमी नगर पंचायत के सीएमओ को तत्काल सस्पेंड करने के निर्देश दिए।
दरअसल कुसमी में हेलीकॉप्टर से उतरते ही सीएम भूपेश बघेल ने श्रीराम-जानकी मंदिर में भगवान के दर्शन कर पुलिस के परिजनों से मुलाकात की। उन्होंने थाने के मालखाने का भी निरीक्षण किया। इसके बाद वे सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल तोड़ते हुए आमजनों के बीच पहुंचे उनकी समस्याएं पूछी।
आमजनों से भेंट मुलाकात के बाद सीएम कुसमी के राशन दुकान में पहुंचे और स्टॉक का निरीक्षण कर हितग्राहियों से बातचीत की। यहां उन्होंने एक हितग्राही को खुद तौलकर राशन दिया। मुख्यमंत्री से शशिकला नाम की महिला ने गरीबी रेखा से नाम कटने की शिकायत की। जिसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने कुसमी नगर पंचायत के सीएमओ एसके दुबे को सस्पेंड करने के दिए निर्देश दिए।
सीएम बघेल कुसमी आत्मानंद अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूल के निरीक्षण के लिए भी पहुंचे और बच्चों से रूबरू हुए। मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने आम के पेड़ के नीचे बैठकर लोगों से चर्चा की और समस्याएं सुनी। लोगों की मांग पर सीएम ने आठ किलोमीटर सड़क निर्माण सहित अन्य घोषणाएं की। इस दौरान प्रभारी मंत्री डॉक्टर शिवकुमार डहरिया, विधायक चिंतामणि महाराज व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
अच्छा किसान बनना चाहता था- सीएम
कुसमी में आत्मानंद अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूल में एक बच्चे ने मुख्यमंत्री बघेल से यह पूछ लिया कि क्या आपका गोल शुरू से मुख्यमंत्री बनने का था। इस पर मुस्कुराते हुए बघेल ने कहा कि मेरा उद्देश्य था कि मैं अच्छा किसान बनूं और जनसेवा करूं। जन सेवा करते करते-करते यहां तक पहुंच गया।
नहीं उड़ा हेलीकॉप्टर, सड़क मार्ग से गए
कुसमी में सीएम के प्रवास के दौरान तेज आंधी के कारण बघेल अपने अगले गंतव्य शंकरगढ़ के लिए सड़क मार्ग से रवाना हुए। तेज आंधी के कारण हेलीकॉप्टर नहीं उड़ सका। कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच मुख्यमंत्री का काफिला शंकरगढ़ पहुंच गया। पूर्व में ये क्षेत्र घोर नक्सल प्रभावित रहे हैं।

In fact, as soon as he got down from the helicopter in Kusmi, CM Bhupesh Baghel visited the Lord at Shri Ram-Janki temple and met the family members of the police. He also inspected the warehouse of the police station. After this, breaking the security protocol, he reached among the general public and inquired about their problems.
After meeting the general public, CM reached Kusmi’s ration shop and inspected the stock and interacted with the beneficiaries. Here he weighed himself and gave ration to a beneficiary. A woman named Sasikala complained to the Chief Minister about her name being cut from the poverty line. After which Chief Minister Baghel gave instructions to suspend the CMO SK Dubey of Kusmi Nagar Panchayat.
CM Baghel Kusmi also reached for the inspection of Atmanand English Medium School and got acquainted with the children. Chief Minister Baghel sat under a mango tree and discussed with the people and listened to the problems. On the demand of the people, CM made other announcements including construction of eight kilometer road. During this, in-charge minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria, MLA Chintamani Maharaj and administrative officers were present.
Wanted to be a good farmer- CM
At Atmanand English Medium School in Kusmi, a child asked Chief Minister Baghel whether his goal was to become Chief Minister from the beginning. Smiling on this, Baghel said that my aim was to become a good farmer and do public service. While doing public service, he reached here.
Helicopter did not fly, went by road
During the CM’s stay in Kusmi, Baghel left for his next destination Shankargarh by road due to strong storm. The helicopter could not fly due to the strong storm. The Chief Minister’s convoy reached Shankargarh amidst tight security. In the past these areas have been heavily affected by Naxalism.
