नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | सेना में भर्ती के लिए मोदी सरकार की ओर से घोषित की गई अग्निनीवीर स्कीम का तीव्र विरोध देश के राज्यों में शुरू हो गया है। मंगलवार को इस स्कीम का ऐलान प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने किया था और बुधवार सुबह ही बिहार के कई जिलों में छात्रों ने इसके खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया था। यही नहीं गुरुवार को एक बार फिर से मुंगेर, कैमूर, सहरसा, छपरा समेत कई जिलों में छात्र विरोध के लिए उतरे हैं।

कैमूर में छात्रों ने इंटरसिटी एक्सप्रेस को आग के हवाले कर दिया तो कई जगहों पर सड़क जाम कर टायरों में आग लगाकर प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा दिल्ली-जयपुर हाईवे को भी छात्रों ने राजस्थान में जाम कर दिया है। भाजपा शासित उत्तर प्रदेश के बरेली में सेना की तैयारी कर रहे युवाओं ने विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू किया है। बिहार से शुरू इस आंदोलन की आग देश के अलग-अलग राज्यों में फैल रही है।

छात्रों के संयम की न लो अग्निपरीक्षा : राहुल गांधी

अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में देश भर में छिड़े आंदोलन के बीच राहुल गांधी ने भी सरकार पर हमला बोला है। उन्होंने कहा कि न कोई रैंक, न कोई पेंशन। बीते दो सालों से कोई भर्ती भी नहीं हुई है। न 4 साल के बाद स्थिर भविष्य है, न सरकार का सेना के प्रति सम्मान। देश के बेरोज़गार युवाओं की आवाज़ सुनिए, इन्हे ‘अग्निपथ’ पर चला कर इनके संयम की ‘अग्निपरीक्षा’ मत लीजिए, प्रधानमंत्री जी।

रांची में अग्निपथ एक घंटे मेन रोड जाम

सेना में अग्निपथ योजना के तहत संविदा पर चार साल की नौकरी का गुरुवार को रांची में युवाओं ने जमकर विरोध किया। मेन रोड स्थित सैनिकभर्ती कार्यालय के पास बड़ी संख्या में युवाओं ने प्रदर्शन किया और करीब एक घंटे तक में रोड जाम रखा। डीएसपी जीतवाहन उरांव और चुटिया थाना की टीम ने काफी देर युवाओं को समझाया, इसके बाद युवा वहां से हटे। मेन रोड से निकलकर युवा रांची रेलवे स्टेशन के पास जमा हुए। सभी रेलवे पटरी जाम करना चाहते थे, लेकिन यहां पुलिस ने उन्हें समझा कर मामला शांत करा दिया।

जोधपुर कलेक्ट्रेट को घेरा, सीकर में तोड़फोड़

राजस्थान में सेना भर्ती में अग्निपथ स्कीम को लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन तेज हो गया है। जयपुर के बाद जोधपुर, सीकर, अलवर और अजमेर मे विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू हो गया है। जोधपुर में युवक जबरन कलेक्ट्रेट में घुस गए। सीकर जिले में युवाओं ने तोड़फोड़ की है। वहीं अजमेर में आरएलपी के विरोध प्रदर्शन की खबर है। अलवर जिले में युवक स्कीम के विरोध में सड़क पर उतर आए है। जोधपुर मे कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर पूरी तरह छावनी बन गया है। जोधपुर में युवक रातानाड़ा से होते हुए नई सड़क चौराहे पर पहुंचे। वहां पर युवकों ने नारेबाजी की। सीकर जिले में भी आरएलपी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। मोदी सरकार के खिलाफ युवाओं ने नारेबाजी की। युवाओं का कहना है कि हम इसे बर्दास्त नहीं करेंगे। सीकर जिले में रैली में युवाओं ने हाथों में डंडे ले रखे थे। युवाओं का कहना था कि हम इसे बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे। मोदी सरकार युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रही है।

ग्वालियर के एक रेलवे स्टेशन में लगाई आग

अग्निपथ भर्ती स्कीम के खिलाफ मध्य प्रदेश में भी आंदोलन तेज है। ग्वालियर के बिल्ला नगर रेलवे स्टेशन पर कुछ प्रदर्शनकारियों की ओर से आग लगाने की बात सामने आई है। पुलिस प्रशासन ने आंसू गैस के गोले दागे हैं और लाठीचार्ज किया है। इसके अलावा ग्वालियर के मुख्य रेलवे स्टेशन पर भी बड़ी संख्या में आंदोलनकारी पहुंचे हैं। फिलहाल बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस फोर्स को तैनात किया गया है और वे युवाओं को मनाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं ताकि किसी भी तरह की हिंसा को टाला जा सके।

प्रदर्शनकारियों को समझाने में जुटा प्रशासन

ग्वालियर में युवाओं की भीड़ गोला का मंदिर चौराहे पर जमा हो गई, जिसके बाद शुरू हुआ उत्पात। चारों तरफ का ट्रैफिक थम गया। पुलिस के अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचकर युवाओं से बात की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। और साथ ही पुलिस हंगामा शांत करने के प्रयास में जुटे हुए हैं।

अग्निपथ स्कीम पर विचार करे मोदी सरकार : नीतीश के मंत्री

बिहार सरकार के मंत्री बिजेंद्र यादव ने भी अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में चल रहे आंदोलन पर टिप्पणी की है। जेडीयू के नेता ने कहा कि मोदी सरकार को इस पर विचार करना चाहिए। छात्रों के विरोध पर बोले कि इसमें तो बिहार सरकार का कोई रोल ही नहीं है।

हिमाचल के कांगड़ा में भी सड़कों पर उतरे अभ्यर्थी

हिमाचल प्रदेश के कांगड़ा में भी सेना में भर्ती की तैयारी कर रहे अभ्यर्थियों ने अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में प्रदर्शन किया है।

भागलपुर में खड़ी हैं ट्रेनें

अग्निपथ के खिलाफ आंदोलन का असर ट्रेन सेवाओं पर भी पड़ा है। बिहार के भागलपुर में प्रदर्शनकारियों नेकई जगह पर रेल पटरी का पैंडू क्लिप खोल दिया है। जब तक ट्रैक फिट नहीं दिया जाएगा,ट्रेन सेवा शुरू नहीं हो सकेगी। नाथनगर स्टेशन पर बीते एक घंटे से गरीब रथ रुकी हुई है। विक्रमशिला एक्सप्रेस भी निर्धारित समय पर भागलपुर से रवाना नहीं हो सकी। 11.50 समय है। अबतक ट्रेन स्टेशन पर खड़ी है। मालदा किऊल इंटरसिटी भी भागलपुर स्टेशन पर खड़ी है।

हरियाणा पहुंचा प्रदर्शन, दिल्ली-जयपुर हाईवे जाम

सेना में चार साल सेवा के लिए आई अग्निपथ योजना के विरोध में बिहार से शुरू हुए आंदोलन की लपटें हरियाणा तक पहुंच गई हैं। गुरुग्राम और पलवल में भी युवा बवाल कर रहे हैं। पलवल में प्रदर्शनकारियों ने पुलिस पर किया पथराव किया और गाड़ियों में तोड़फोड़ के बाद आग लगा दी है। डीसी कार्यालय में भी तोड़फोड़ लगा दी गई। भीड़ को खदेड़ने के लिए पुलिस की ओर से हवाई फायरिंग की भी सूचना है। उधर, गुरुग्राम में दिल्ली-जयपुर हाईवे को पूरी तरह जाम कर दिया गया है। दोनों ही जगहों पर बड़ी संख्या में तैनात पुलिसकर्मी हालात को काबू करने में जुटे हुए हैं।

कटिहार पूर्णिया नेशनल हाईवे छात्रों ने किया जाम

छात्रों ने कटिहार पूर्णिया सड़क मार्ग को जाम कर दिया है। छात्र काफी आक्रोशित हैं और मोदी सरकार से अग्निपथ जैसे नियमों को रद्द करने की मांग कर रहे हैं। छात्रों ने कहा कि 2 साल से वह लोग मेडिकल पास है लेकिन परीक्षा नहीं ली जा रही है। जब कटिहार पहुंचकर अधिकारी से बातचीत करते हैं तो कहा जाता है कि परीक्षा को रद्द कर दिया गया है। परीक्षा कब होगी इसकी जानकारी उन्हें नहीं है। इसी बात से छात्र आक्रोशित हैं। सड़क जाम की सूचना पर मुफस्सिल थाना अध्यक्ष रंजीत कुमार सीओ सोनू भगत के साथ-साथ कई प्रशासनिक और पुलिस अधिकारी घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे और लोगों को समझाने बुझाने का प्रयास में जुटे हैं।

आंदोलन के चलते भागलपुर में थमे ट्रेनों के पहिये

अभ्यर्थियों के आंदोलन के चलते विक्रमशिला एक्सप्रेस भागलपुर से आनंद विहार के लिए समय पर रवाना नहीं हो सकी। रवाना होने का समय 11.50 बजे है। अब तक ट्रेन स्टेशन पर खड़ी है। मालदा-किऊल इंटरसिटी भी भागलपुर स्टेशन पर खड़ी है। गरीब रथ को नाथनगर स्टेशन पर रोक दिया गया है। आक्रोशित छात्रों ने कई जगह पर रेल पटरी का पैंडू क्लिप खोल दिया है। जब तक ट्रैक फिट नहीं होगा, ट्रेन सेवा शुरू नहीं हो सकेगी।

अग्निपथ के विरोध में उतरे अभ्यर्थी

सेना भर्ती के लिए केंद्र सरकारी की अग्निपथ योजना के खिलाफ गुरुवार को मधुबनी में जमकर अभ्यर्थियों ने हंगामा किया। इस दौरान युवकों ने थाना चौक पर आगजनी कर प्रदर्शन किया। युवकों को रोकने के लिए एहतियातन पुलिस ने सड़क पर बैरिकेडिंग की है। छात्रों की संख्या बढ़ते देख थाना चौक पर पुलिस की संख्या बढ़ा दी गई है। पुलिस का दावा है कि छात्र प्रदर्शन कर रहें हैं लेकिन व्यवस्था नियंत्रण में है। हालांकी छात्रों ने इस दौरान मधुबनी-दरभंगा रोड को जाम कर दिया है।

बिहार में पुलिस पर भारी पथराव

बिहार के कैमूर जिले के भभुआ रोड स्टेशन पर छात्रों ने भारी पथराव किया है। पुलिस वालों की ओर से सख्ती किए जाने की कोशिश पर छात्र भड़क गए और पथराव कर दिया।

बरेली के मेन चौक को किया जाम

सेना में भर्ती को लेकर मोदी सरकार की नई योजना ‘अग्निपथ’ के खिलाफ यूपी के बरेली में प्रदर्शन हो रहा है। बड़ी संख्या में युवा सड़कों पर उतरे हैं। उन्होंने चौकी चौराहा पर जाम लगा दिया है। गुरुवार सुबह 11 बजे के करीब चौकी चौराहा पहुंचे युवाओं ने जमकर प्रदर्शन किया। वे सेना में सेवा की अवधि 4 साल किए जाने के खिलाफ आंदोलित हैं। उनका कहना है कि इस योजना से न उन्हें फायदा होगा न देश को। चार साल की सीमित अवधि में वे अपना अच्छा प्रदर्शन नहीं कर पाएंगे। इस अवधि के बाद बिना पेंशन और सेवानिवृति के अन्य लाभों के वे एक बार फिर बेरोजगार हो जाएंगे।

उत्तराखंड में भी शुरू हुआ आंदोलन

अग्निपथ भर्ती योजना के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन उत्तराखंड में भी शुरू हो गया है। चंपावत समेत कई जिलों में अभ्यर्थी सड़कों पर उतर आए हैं। इसके चलते रास्ते जाम हो गए हैं।

राजनाथ सिंह को पत्र, तेज हो सकता है आंदोलन: वरुण गांधी

सेना में भर्ती के लिए लॉन्च की गई अग्निपथ स्कीम पर आगे बढ़ना सरकार के लिए भी ‘अग्निपथ’ साबित हो सकता है। बिहार से लेकर राजस्थान तक में युवा सड़कों पर उतर आए हैं और इस स्कीम का विरोध कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा विपक्षी दलों, कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह और वरुण गांधी जैसे नेताओं ने भी इस योजना पर सवाल खड़े किए हैं। बिहार में लगातार दूसरे दिन इस स्कीम के खिलाफ आंदोलन हो रहा है। मुंगेर, सहरसा, छपरा और मुजफ्फरपुर जैसे जिलों में युवा सड़कों पर उतर आए हैं। कहीं रेल की पटरियों पर बैठे हुए हैं तो कहीं टायरों में आग लगाकर प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है। वरुण गांधी ने इस स्कीम को लेकर सरकार का पक्ष साफ करने की मांग करते हुए रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह को पत्र लिखा है।

बरेली में भी विरोध करने उतरे अभ्यर्थी

अग्निपथ स्कीम का विरोध बिहार से होते हुए यूपी तक आ पहुंचा है। बरेली शहर के चौकी चौराहा में छात्र प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं और चौराहे को घेरकर प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। चौकी चौराहा जाम होने की वजह से आसपास लगी लंबी लाइनें हैं। कोतवाली समेत दो थानों की पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची है और लोगों को समझाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

राजस्थान में भी गुस्साए अभ्यर्थी

राजस्थान में भी छात्र अग्निपथ स्कीम के विरोध में उतर आए हैं। बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने दिल्ली-जयपुर हाईवे को जाम कर दिया है। कल अजमेर में भी सेना की तैयारी कर रहे युवाओं ने हाईवे जाम कर दिया था।

बिहार में ‘अग्निपथ’ पर हिंसक आंदोलन, ट्रेनों में आग, बस में तोड़फोड़

बिहार में सेना में भर्ती के लिए मोदी सरकार द्वारा लाई गई अग्निपथ योजना के विरोध ने गुरुवार को हिंसक रूप ले लिया। कैमूर जिले के भभुआ रोड रेलवे स्टेशन पर उग्र प्रदर्शनकारियों ने इंटरसिटी ट्रेन की एक बोगी में आग लगा दी। हालांकि यात्रियों को किसी तरह का नुकसान नहीं हुआ है। आरा जंक्शन रेलवे स्टेशन पर प्रदर्शनकारियों ने प्लेटफॉर्म 4 पर तोड़फोड़ की। यहां स्टेशन की दुकानों से सामान भी लूट लिए गए। छपरा में रेलवे स्टेशन के यार्ड में खड़ी एक ट्रेन की बोगी को आग के हवाले कर दिया गया। शहर के कई जगहों पर बसों और बाजारों में तोड़फोड़ की खबर है।

 Violent agitation on ‘Agneepath’ in Bihar, fire in trains, vandalism in bus

The protest against the Agneepath scheme brought by the Modi government for army recruitment in Bihar took a violent turn on Thursday.
