उदयपुर | [ राजस्थान बुलेटिन ] | कांग्रेस नवसंकल्प चिंतन शिविर में बैलट पेपर से चुनाव कराने की मांग उठी है। इस दौरान EVM पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की बात भी सामने आई। कांग्रेस सूत्रों के मुताबिक महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और राजनीतिक कमेटी पैनल के सदस्य पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण ने कहाकि सभी नेता इस पर सहमत हैं कि मौजूदा भाजपा से EVM बैन करने का आग्रह व्यर्थ है। इस पर एक सदस्य ने तर्क दिया कि इस मुद्दे को 2024 के लिए कांग्रेस के चुनाव घोषणापत्र में शामिल किया जाए।
शिविर में कहा गया कि 2024 के आम चुनावों में कांग्रेस के घोषणा पत्र में इलेक्ट्रानिक वोटिंग मशीन पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के मुद्दे को शामिल किया जाए। दो दिन के विचार-विमर्श के दौरान कांग्रेस नेताओं के बीच यह मुद्दा ज्यादातर नेताओं ने उठाया।
चुनाव घोषणापत्र में हो EVM की बात
EVM पर प्रतिबंध लगाने और कागजी मतपत्रों पर लौटने का संकल्प लिया जाए। राजनीतिक कमेटी में शामिल सदस्यों ने कहाकि जापान और अमेरिका ने EVM के साथ प्रयोग किया था। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मशीनों के कामकाज में कमियां स्वीकारने के बाद यह देश बैलेट पेपर पर लौट आए। चव्हाण ने कहाकि राजनीतिक समूह ने EVM और उनकी सत्यता पर व्यापक चर्चा की। उन्होंने व्यक्तिगत रूप से कुछ अन्य नेताओं के साथ सुझाव दिया कि पार्टी को इस मुद्दे पर एक रुख अपनाने की जरूरत है।
गठबंधन पर विचार
राजनीतिक कमेटी ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि भाजपा को हराने के लिए राज्य स्तर पर समान विचारधारा वाली पार्टियों से गठबंधन किया जाएगा। हालांकि इस मुद्दे पर कुछ लोगों की भिन्न राय थी। उनका कहना था कि पार्टी को अकेले ही मजबूती के साथ आगे बढ़ने की जरूरत है। यह कदम दूरगामी होगा। इस दौरान इस मुद्दे पर भी चर्चा की गई कि भाजपा अभिनेताओं के जरिए महाराष्ट्र के सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे, शरद पवार पर हमला कर रही है। इस चुनौती से निपटने के तरीकों पर भी जोर दिया जाना चाहिए। सांसद नवनीत राणा, मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे और अन्य अभिनेताओं ने शरद पवार विरोधी लेख लिखे हैं।
