नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | हाईकोर्ट में पेश मामले में दोनों पक्षों के बच्चों के बीच खेलने के दौरान झगड़ा हो गया। इसके बाद बच्चों के माता-पिता भी इस विवाद में शामिल हो गए और नौबत मारपीट तक पहुंच गई। इसके बाद पुलिस ने ममता देवी व अन्य के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। हाईकोर्ट में पक्षकारों ने कहा कि उनके बीच मामले का समझौता हो गया है, ऐसे में दर्ज मुकदमे को खारिज कर दिया जाए। दोनों पक्षों ने कोर्ट में कहा कि उन्हें इस विवाद को तूल देने के लिए काफी पछतावा है।
खेलने के दौरान दो पक्षों के बच्चों के बीच झगड़ा हो गया। इसके बाद बच्चों के माता-पिता भी इस विवाद में शामिल हो गए और नौबत मारपीट तक पहुंच गई। मामले में जस्टिस जसमीत सिंह ने कहा कि न सिर्फ आरोपियों, बल्कि शिकायतकर्ताओं को भी यमुना नदी की सफाई करनी होगी। अदालत ने पक्षकारों (आरोपी और शिकायतकर्ता) को दिल्ली जल बोर्ड टीम के सदस्य (ड्रेनेज) अजय गुप्ता की देखरेख में 45 दिन तक नदी को साफ करने का आदेश दिया है।
हाईकोर्ट ने कहा है कि सफाई का काम संतोषजनक होने पर जल बोर्ड आरोपियों और शिकायतकर्ताओं को यमुना सफाई का प्रमाणपत्र जारी करेगा। प्रमाणपत्र मिलने के एक सप्ताह के भीतर इसे अदालत के रिकॉर्ड में पेश करना होगा।
हाईकोर्ट ने आरोपियों और शिकायतकर्ता पक्ष के लोगों को 10 दिन के भीतर जल बोर्ड के सदस्य ड्रेनेज से मिलने और उनके बताए अनुसार नदी सफाई का काम शुरू करने का निर्देश दिया है।
इस शर्त पर हाईकोर्ट ने जैतपुर थाना में फरवरी 2022 में मारपीट, लड़ाई-झगड़ा, छेड़छाड़ व अन्य आरोपों में दर्ज मुकदमे को खारिज कर दिया। कोर्ट ने ममता देवी व अन्य की ओर से दाखिल याचिका का निपटारा करते हुए यह आदेश दिया है।
Unique punishment given to parents by dismissing the case of ‘children’s quarrel’

In the High Court, the parties said that the matter has been settled between them, in such a case the registered case should be dismissed. Both the parties said in the court that they have a lot of regret for giving rise to this dispute.
During the play, a fight broke out between the children of two sides. After this, the parents of the children also got involved in this dispute and the situation reached till the fight. In the case, Justice Jasmeet Singh said that not only the accused but also the complainants will have to clean the Yamuna river. The court has ordered the parties (accused and complainant) to clean the river for 45 days under the supervision of Delhi Jal Board team member (drainage) Ajay Gupta.
The High Court has said that the Jal Board will issue a certificate of cleaning Yamuna to the accused and the complainants after the cleaning work is satisfactory. It has to be produced in the court records within a week of the receipt of the certificate.
The High Court has directed the accused and the people of the complainant side to meet the members of the Jal Board, Drainage within 10 days and start the work of cleaning the river as per their instructions.
On this condition, the High Court dismissed the case registered in Jaitpur police station in February 2022 for assault, fighting, molestation and other charges. The court has given this order while disposing of the petition filed by Mamta Devi and others.
