जांजगीर- चांपा / सक्ति | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | अपने ही घर केबोरवेल में 10 जून किडोपहर 2 बजे गिरे राहुल साहू को 105 घंटे के लंबे अंतराल के बाद 14 जून की देर रात सुरक्षित भर निकल लिया गया है। टनल में चट्टानों को हटाए जाने के बाद बचाव दल बोरवेल तक पहुंच गया, इसके कुछ छड़ों के बाद ही आखिरकार राहुल साहू का रेस्क्यू कर लिया गया है। वह पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है, 105 घंटे तक बोर में फंसे होने के कारण हालत गभीर बताई जा रही है। राहुल को जल्द ही ग्रीन कॉरिडोर से बिलासपुर के अपोलो लाया जाएगा।

जैजैपुर के चंद्रा बोरवेल के संचालक नरेंद्र कुमार चंद्रा शुक्रवार रात से वहां डटे हुए हैं। उनके पास वाटरप्रूफ कैमरा है। रस्सी की मदद से कैमरे को बोर के नीचे उतारा गया। करीब 60 फीट नीचे जाने के बाद कैमरे के बाहर लगे मॉनिटर में राहुल नजर आने लगा। जिसके जरिए राहुल की हर एक्टिविटी पर निगरानी रखी जा रही है और उस तक केला, जूस, ORS घोल पहुंचाया जाता रहा। इसकी मदद से वे राहुल की गतिविधियों को देख रहे थे।

कैमरे में नजर आ रहा था राहुल का मूवमेंट

63 फीट गहरे बोर में कैमरा ही एकमात्र सहारा था, जिसकी मदद से राहुल पर नजर रखी जा रही थी। डॉक्टरों की टीम के साथ NDRF के अफसर, जवान, कलेक्टर, SP सहित रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में शामिल विशेषज्ञ कैमरे के माध्यम से ही राहुल की गतिविधियों का आंकलन कर रहे थे। NDRF की टीम ने जब प्लान A पर काम शुरू किया, तब कैमरे की मदद से ही पता चला कि वह सफल नहीं हो पा रहा है।

63 फीट नीचे गिरने के बाद भी नहीं लगी चोट

कैमरे में राहुल की हर एक्टिविटी नजर आ रही थी। बोर के नीचे 6 इंच पानी भी नजर आ रहा था। राहुल के हाथ पैर-पानी में डूबे हुए थे। इसके चलते उसके शरीर में कीचड़ और मिट्‌टी लग गई थी। कैमरे की मदद से उस तक केला, जूस और ऑक्सीजन सहित जरूरी चीजें पहुंचाई जाती रहीं और उसकी एक्टिविटी पर नजर रखी जा रही थी।

 तैनात रहे NDRF के 2 जवान

NDRF आंध्र प्रदेश के जवान बी अनिल और महाराष्ट्र के कापसे एल बी शुक्रवार की रात से ही जांजगीर-चांपा जिले के ग्राम पिहरीद पहुंच गए थे। दोनों जवान बोर के बाहर कैमरा संभालकर राहुल की हर गतिविधियों पर नजर रख रहे थे।

दोनों राहुल का हर पल ख्याल भी रख रहे थे। राहुल का मूवमेंट शांत होने पर दोनों जवान बार-बार आवाज लगाकर रस्सी के सहारे राहुल तक केला, जूस सहित अन्य सामग्री पहुंचा रहे थे। करीब 60 घंटे से दोनों जवान बोरवेल के बाहर लगातार बैठे रहे। राहुल के रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में इन्होंने उसके स्वास्थ्य का ख्याल रखने में अहम भूमिका निभाई।

ये है नेशनल डिजास्टर फोर्स (NDRF)

राष्ट्रीय आपदा अनुक्रिया बल यानी NDRF प्राकृतिक और मानव निर्मित आपदाओं के लिए विशेष प्रतिक्रिया के प्रयोजन के लिए गठित किया गया है। NDRF का गठन डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट एक्ट के तहत सन 2006 में वैधानिक प्रावधान के अंतर्गत प्राकृतिक आपदा और मनुष्य निर्मित आपदा से निपटने के लिए किया गया था।

इसमें BSF, CRPF, इंडो-तिब्बत बॉर्डर पुलिस और CISF के जवान पांच साल के लिए डेप्यूटेशन पर आते हैं। आपदा प्रबंधन प्राकृतिक या मानव निर्मित आपदाओं के दौरान जीवन और संपत्ति की रक्षा करने और आपदा के प्रभाव को कम करने के लिए विशेष तैयारी की प्रक्रिया है। आपदा प्रबंधन सीधे खतरे को खत्म नहीं करता है बल्कि यह योजना बनाकर जोखिम को कम करने में मदद करता है।

Didn’t get hurt even after falling 63 feet

Every activity of Rahul was visible in the camera. 6 inches of water was also visible under the bore. Rahul’s hands and feet were submerged in water. Due to this, his body was covered with mud and mud. With the help of the camera, essential things including banana, juice and oxygen were being delivered to him and his activity was being monitored.

  2 NDRF personnel deployed

NDRF jawans B Anil of Andhra Pradesh and Kapse LB of Maharashtra had reached village Pihrid in Janjgir-Champa district since Friday night itself. Both the jawans were keeping an eye on Rahul’s every move by handling the camera outside the bore.

Both were also taking care of Rahul every moment. When Rahul’s movement calmed down, both the jawans were delivering bananas, juice and other materials to Rahul with the help of a rope by making repeated noises.
